THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD FROM ONE HOTEL. SOMEBODY STOLEN MY 2.000 EURO FROM THE SAFE BOX OF MY ROOM, AND THE HOTEL MANAGER WAS LOOKING THE STARS. POLICE HAD MANY COMPLAINS FOR LOST THINGS OF THE HOTEL. IT WAS THREE YEARS AGO WITH A INTERNATIONAL MISSION FOR A EVENT OF AUSTRIAN GOVERNMENT. MY OPINION? STAY FAR OF THIS HOTEL, IT CAN BE HAPPEN TO EVERYBODY. Can you send me back my money please, after the next meeting of directors?😅😅😅

I will give three stars due to next reasons: 1) external appearance looks somewhat old and antiquated - it would be much better if you renovated exterior of hotel ,,Ananas", since Vienna is modern and prosperous city, and since technology advances as the time goes on; 2) they don't inform you about everything. I was in room 138 with my mother. During my stay in Vienna, I meet one girl. That girl was in room 286. She was alone and didn't had anyone to keep her company. I've tried to get to that room, so I can keep company with her, but at first, I was unable to get to that room, since my room card didn't worked for second floor. Card from my room has worked only for the first floor and nothing else. Later, I found out that, in order to get to some floor, you need a corresponding card for that floor. This is annoying since, in order to get to another floor, you need to make contact with someone that is in the room within another floor and request room card from that person. Luckily, I've contacted that girl and we have meet at the reception, from where are we, via the elevator, went to the second floor and then to the room 286. When we entered into room 286, I made company to her and she wasn't alone anymore. This means that staff of this hotel should inform you about everything. And not just partially; and 3) while the interior of this hotel looks markedly better than the exterior of this hotel, it still should be upgraded. Interior of all rooms (while still better than exterior of hotel Ananas) should be renovated, since it gives the impression that it's 1990 (and the year is 2023). Bathrooms, however, look excellent and newly built. These are the three reasons why I gave three stars. Otherwise, positive aspects of this hotel are: you get your room (where you can rest and enjoy your free time), there is breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and staff is very fine and kind. Also, rooms are regularly cleaned up, and this is another positive aspect of this hotel. Honestly, I like this hotel and I enjoyed in it, but please - renovate the external appearance of this hotel and interiors of all its rooms and also make sure that every guest of this hotel is informed about everything. If it's the first time that you're staying in Vienna, you can find accommodation in this hotel. However, if you're staying in the Vienna as a tourist for the second time (and onwards), I recommend another hotel that is better. When they renovate exterior and interior of this hotel and when they make sure that every guest is informed about everything, I will give 5 stars.

I liked very much Austria Trend Hotel Ananas. The hotel is very close to a metro station. The staff at the reception desk is very polite and did the check in and check out very fast. The room was spacious and there was a table and chair suitable for sitting and working on a laptop. The wi-fi in the room was very fast. The breakfast was delicious and with a big variety of food. It was very clean in the room and all the hotel.

A few problems with the room: twin beds (it was our honeymoon), loud air conditioning wouldn't switch off, and shower head wouldn't stay up. But bed was comfy, breakfast was plentiful m, and some good, inexpensive bars and restaurants nearby. Very handy for U-bahn too.

This hotel was disappointing. Its location was ok. The breakfast was not tasty and they seem to put air freshener in the ventilation, which ruined all the taste of the food for me. Our room had a broken bathroom door, sliding, so we had no privacy in the bathroom. I would not stay there again. In fact, we left a day early.

Rooms are good but small. Location right next to the metro stop is convenient, in less then 15 minutes you reach historical centre or Schonebrunn palace. Unfortunately, there is huge construction side right in front of the hotel which can get noisy. What puts hotel down is staff, they all were very indifferent to the guests, took them ages to deal with your requests. They seemed not to care about 4* customer service at all. Also breakfast seems overprices, 16eur per person. including 2 years old child.

First impressions, scary. Vandalism everywhere and the construction outside ain’t helping. Bums sleep and make themselves cozy outside this hotel as well. It terrifies me to walk to the train next to it as you pass by the bums at night on that dark alley by the construction site. The rooms are so old and outdated especially the hallways. Give you the feel of an old motel. Or a two or one star hotel. The staff are great otherwise. Michael at the front desk is very helpful. Maya, Jun, John, Darius and Helen (at the food/restaurant and bar) were very helpful, friendly, kind and understanding as well. Staff is great!

the rooms were really good! But the towels and the bed covers were dirty! the fixed menu food was also awful! The staff was kind but sometimes they were a bit rude! also the toilet door cannot fully close and your roomate can see you through a hole. the elevator cannot go to another floor than your room floor

I stayed here as a bar and restaurant guest. The food and drink selection is creative and interesting. The tasted drinks and food were of excellent quality. The ambience is well done, many plants make you feel good. I really liked the two chill-out areas (outdoors and in front of the restaurant), but you can also sit comfortably inside and outside and let yourself be pampered. It is to be hoped that many locals will soon discover and visit Indigo.

The price of this place is very good if we want to have good quality of place. Rooms are clean, in common size. Very nice toilet. Maybe it's not too near to the centre of Vienna, but 1.5 km is not very far for a simple walk in city like Vienna.

Well we had a lovely experience there during our three nights stay, the settlement was clean and tidy though it was crowded. The room was a bit narrow but it was clean and warm, the WiFi was functional so we had no problems, the hotel is located close to the main attractions, also the metro is right away across the street, like a minute away, among the hotel and the city centre one can visit a big restaurant area of all tastes, how convenient!! The breakfast was good enough and with a big variety of foods, fruits and beverages, also i consider the price per night of a normal charge.Finally the desk was very helpful and patient even in the late night, good job u guys

We've stayed here for 5 days and everything was absolutely great. The hotel is well positioned, near public transportation - you get to the city center in 10 minutes by bus or metro (when it will work again).The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, every morning they had fresh and diverse food. Rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds. Thank you for a wonderful time in Vienna!

The hotel overall not bed for the money you give for staying in Vienna, but obviously it does not deserve to be for star hotel. What are the pros? - Location: one minute to a matro station -beds and pillows are fine, -garage option -price for money What are cons? -wifi internet poor -too crowded, so during the breakfast you cant find the place to sit -breakfast nice but poor options available -rooms are small for three people, bathroom door is glass and does not have their purpose (so if you are staying with someone who you are not so free of emerassment, dont come here)

Rooms are ok in size but poorly maintained. Shower size was laughable for a hotel that calls itself a 4 star. Our rooms had no body wash (empty bottles), uncleaned bins, lights not working and clogged bathroom washbasin. WiFi didn't work the 3 days we were there and the manager didn't care that it wasn't. Service and general attitude of staff is appalling. When we politely listed all the issues to the manager he wasn't even concerned. No apology, no assurance that better service will be provided. We had to call housekeeping and reception and ask for everything to be fixed one by one which although was done, was a complete pain in the backside because we were there on holiday not to get their hotel fixed! Something to note is that the U bahn next to the hotel has got ongoing construction works. We were not aware of this unfortunately at the time of booking and it can be a bit noisy during the day. It didn't affect us much except the station didn't have a lift and it was a bit inconvenient with a baby pushchair. Location and connectivity is good otherwise if you ignore this. Overall, didn't get value for money and this hotel is definitely not a 4 star.

The hotel is 20 min from center. Rooms are spacious. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Unfortunately a big Arabian family have been accomodated just in the opposite room. They were very noisy during the day and night. Otherwise nice place to stay with excellent service and tasty breakfasts.

Rooms are very clean and staff, especially maids, are friendly and pleasant. Location would be good that station near hotel is working, but it doesn't for a year. Breakfast is pretty much basic. It needs more choises of flakes, eggs etc. It's always the same so become bored after few days. Rooms are small and bad isolated (loud often). It's cold, heaters doesn't work and after complaining they still didn't do anything. Toilets are nice and new, but toilet doors are not doors. Not bad, but it needs more. Greetings

Everything was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, the food was amazing, great selection. The only thing that bothered us was the glass door of the bathroom, you could hear and see everything that is going on inside, so no privacy at all. Everything else was great!

Great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The food and the service were also great! The location was good, you have to walk 100m to the nearest u-bahn.

The hotel is very well positioned in relation to the means of transport (metro, bus). The rooms are spacious, it's clean, but it's a bit cold for my taste. Breakfast is the same every day and there are no fresh fruits. The price of the room per night is very good.

Location: perfect for tourism. Staff: professional at the main desk, but cleaners stormed our room several times, woke us, very disturbing. Rooms: you can tell the quality isn't it anymore - sinks worked poorly, bath was worned out etc. It's decent for one - two nights if you don't care too much about it.

The hotel is very well located, about 20 minute walk from the city centre. The service is very good. We have 02 rooms with us. But I personally didn't like the rooms, they don't smell fresh and are cold with no floor carpeting.

Great location and price! The hotel is old but very charming. Room was clean and very comfortable. I left my suitcase after checkout and they have a dedicated room which is locked and only staff can access it which makes it very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Although we requested a 2+1 room, we were given a 1+1 bedded room. then they apologized and +1 bed was added to the same room. As a result, we are a family and slept in separate beds. The breakfasts are very limited but sufficient. rooms are very small. the hotel needs to be renovated. I also experienced constant dizziness when I entered the hotel, although I could not find the reason. There may be a fault in the ventilation system.

3 years ago I stayed in this hotel and it was a really good experience back then. I'd repeat if I come back to Wien. Location was perfect.

Great place . Clean . Near in centre with metro ( uban ) . But is in a place with some noice . And bad WiFi . That’s the reason I didn’t give 5 stars

The hotel is fine. Well located right next to a metro stop of the U4 line, so you can easily move around in the city. The interior probably needs a facelift to look more modern, especially in the rooms. The breakfast is nice although questionable the 16€. Great staff that was always helpful

Lovely place, not to my taste but still a strong 4 star hotel. Huge building works out front, but, we were lucky to be in a back room. Our kettle broke and we never received a replacement. Which was a big deal because we didnt book breakfast and my wife loves a green tea in the morning. The bar staff are great and deserve a medal for their welcome and service It was a nice stay Thanks

Very good hotel with clean rooms and polite staff. Putting 4 stars for the location - there's a building of something near the hotel now so it's no comfortable to be nearby in the morning and in the afternoon.

Great location, with clean and cosy rooms & washroom. Service could have been better, they said no bell boy is available when we asked, but when this other guests came they had a bell boy take their luggage to the room.

Location is great, good restaurant and bar in case you need it in the hotel available. The room was nice, very clean sheets, nice bathroom, the only thing I struggle was the smell of the pillows and duvet, they need to be replaced for sure, no matter how clean the sheets are.

They claim 4 stars but it's exaggerated. Rooms are nothing special, walls are scratched, floors are dirty, dust on furniture. AC did not work properly. Wi Fi is poor. No coffee in the rooms! Positive: the bathroom was clean. Beds are comfortable.

This is a nice hotel. Very easy to access from the metro and only two stops to the city centre. The rooms are decent, nothing special. The bathroom doors are odd, glazed sliding glass doors that don't close fully. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Lots of choices for all appetites. The croissants are enormous and delicious! I was there for business and we used the meeting room all week. It was well equipped with drinks throughout the day. However the wifi was really bad most of the week. The staff is very friendly.
