This is an excellent accommodation choice. The service offering is consistent and it is good value for money. The location is good in terms of many amenities and transport options. The staff is well trained, helpful and polite. The room are a decent size, the air-conditioning works well and the rooms are quite. The breakfast option is great and worthwhile.

If you look for a clean cheap place in Vienna, with excellent accessibility to train station, airport bus, subway , this place is really good. It's a bit far from State Opera or St Stephan cathedral , but it's with the price . Rooms are very good, excellent bed, shower is great, very quiet ,good WiFi All was good at excellent rate .

Very clean, very nice! The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows were the perfect comfort. The bathroom was very clean and had a blow dryer. There is also a safe for valuables in the room.

I send my family to this hotel for few years. The receptionists are so rude. Not helpful at all. The manager was so unprofessional and had no manner how to behave with clients. He took the side of receptionist and behaved like he is their body guard! Shameful! Very awful staffs!

Location is superb: some steps outside Vienna's Westbahnhof, access to subway, airport bus service, and lots of grocery stores and restaurants right at the door. Rooms are not big, but very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, great breakfast!

Hotel locates nearby the all public transportation connections. Hotel itself is clean and modern. Room was big enough for short term stay. Breakwast was nice.

I liked the way how the receptionist told me that he on his own canceled my reservation and left me without accomodation at 1 A.M. in a area where shaddy people on substance roam freely. You are lucky nothing happened to me on my way to find a place to stay. Would recommend to everyone to try this, such experience is one in the life time. Nevertheless, it is always good to know that there is a compentent Hotel in vicinity of this barn, which has a room without reservation.

Great value for 100 euro per night. Clean, modern rooms with air conditioning. Well connected by train, tram and bus. Good.

We stayed there for four nights and it was really great. The rooms do have the right size for a city trip. Air-Condition and WLAN worked well and the bathroom was clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was also really good. The best experience was the bar in the evenings. Lorans and Mahdi offered perfect service. Drinks where wonderful. We enjoyed every minute there. Slightly negative was the parking situation. Our ticket didn't work twice, but that was solved. All in all great recommondation for a city trip to Vienna.

It is a three star hotel. They give you a bed in a small, clean, rather stylish room . The location is near a train station in a big city, so don‘t expect sunny hills. It comes with all the facets of a train station. The staff was very friendly and polite. The customers rank from business people to people who rarely stay in hotels, including the expected behavior:). If you look for sophisticated conversations at a hotel bar this is probably not the place. All over, they keep their promises made and we enjoyed the central location near public transportation where prettier parts of the city can be reached easily.

This hotel used to be a nice place to stay, have been staying many times in the past. However, a hair came onto my face when I wiped with a new towel in the bathroom in my room. I made a complaint, but I did not get any response. I told the reception, but nothing happened. This time in April 2019, the quality of services went down not to mention the cleanliness. I'm not against immigrants, but I see that they employ a lot and the problem is that they don't train them how to clean properly. With the expanding tourism, I also see that the guest quality also have gone down. This will be my last stay.

Austrian Airlines sent us to this hotel when we got stuck in Vienna because of the English air traffic control palaver. I had reservations because of its name, Motel, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only looked the hotel beautiful, but the staff was lovely and very polite (even though it must have been a very stressful day for them with all those stranded tourists turning up demanding rooms), the rooms were small, but neat and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I have stayed in some big hotels, but I have never seen such an impressive variety of vegan choices before! As for the location, it is right next to the Western Railway station, so there are plenty of public transport connections to pretty much anywhere in the city, and about 10 minutes walk from the Vienna Aquarium (Das Haus Des Meeres) and Gaming Museum.

Overall positive experience at Hotel Motel One Vienna-Westbahnhof. However, there's a room for improvement, as the bathroom had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a rundown bar. Improvement in cleanliness is crucial for a more satisfactory stay.

Superb hotel with the most comfortable beds, great location near the central station, a high-quality and varied breakfast (which you can enjoy in the hotel's peaceful inner yard in the morning sun), and high standards when it comes to cleaning/hygiene. We truly enjoyed our stay with you!

I had a great stay in Vienna staying at this hotel. The room are small but comfy with a good bathroom (no bathtub but a beautiful shower). The location is perfect : the subway is located right in front of the motel : a 1min walk and 3 stations away from the center. You can also find restaurants in the station which is also a 1min walk. Didn't try the bar but it seemed pretty cool from what I've seen. A great deal in order to visit Vienna for a few days or more:)

Well located hotel and nice rooms however (guess that is not a common problem) our room had spots here and there which were not clean…

Cool little place. They should understand the bar is the secret ingredient on each Motel One. The lobby just happens to be there.

Rooms were ok but small, not a lot of space for luggage. Breakfast was also ok but only had the basics. No scrambled eggs, salmon, waffles or similar. The bread was good though. But kinda the worst was the non existent air conditioning: only heating was activated, so while the room was pretty warm you had no chance of cooling but to open the window which was pretty loud.

Nice ambiance. Good Service. Excellent location. Literally next to the station. Liked my stay at Motel One. It was quite comfy. The room was soundproof, there was zero noise. The washroom had utensils. You'll have to buy the breakfast. And there was no instructions about Water. Overall it's recommended. 4/5 is for sure.

Room was ok, a bit small and the shower spilled water everywhere but other than that nice hotel, friendly staff and a great breakfast.

One of the worst experiences ever. The hotel IT system was down so they would not let us check in. We finally checked in around 12.30 am, after waiting for almost 4 hours. There is no room service and no tea/coffee/water provided. Even if you need basic items like toiletries or napkins, you have to stand in a queue at the reception. Also there is no mini-bar. Only good thing about the hotel is the location.

If you are staying for more than 2 days, be aware rooms have no fridge, only hot air (no cold) and neither landry service. The rest is prefect, excellent location and probably the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel.

You can see elegance in every corner of the hotel, very modern and comfortable room,cleaning facilities 10/10. The location is right in front of westbahnhof ,so it's very easy to move to/from the airport and go everywhere in town. Very close to Mariahilferstrasse(shops,food,drinks,). Many congrats to everyone of the staff!

Perfect location just attached to Vienna West train station, clean and contemporary. Rooms are small in size but cozy and cool. Costs 80€ per night for a standard queen room Highly recommended 👌🏼

Great new hotel. Location is very good. Breakfast is very good. Pleasant atmosphere. It’s very hot outside and the AC in the room is not coping, I’m with a group and they say the same so it’s a general issue. If it’s hot weather I’d get a room on the north side and keep the window open.

The rooms are not big but absolutely big enough for a couple visiting the city. While the beds are comfortable and big, the pillows could be a bit softer but I guess that's a Hotel standard so they don't have to replace them so often. The bathroom features an open shower and complementary shampoos etc as expected. Service was on point, as was the bar staff! Will definitely visit again.

It;s very well connected with the airport bus that it terminates outside the hotel also next to the hotel is the westbanhof (train station) and it looks like a mall that station with shops fast foods supermarket cafes and 2 metro lines that connects you to the center of vienna (stephanplatz) in a few minutes. The hotel is very big every floor has about 100 rooms!! The room is not very big but not also small it hasn't got mini fridge,closet but it has two rail to hang your clothes and large shelves. The rooms was quiet and everyday was cleaned.

Pretty good place to stay. The hotel is located almost on top of the main station, so travelling around is very easy and convenient. You're also just around the corner from a main shopping street and there are a few lovely local restaurants within walking distance. The staff are helpful and speak English, and the bar area is a great place to meet friends or spend an evening. The rooms are a little on the small side, but elegant and minimal, so you don't feel squashed. Breakfast is your standard continental set up. All in all, very happy with my stay.

I found this hotel via Trip Advisor. It was just across the road from the main train station which was excellent for me. I stayed 2 nights. While the view was overlooking the train station I was on the 4th floor and could not hear any outside traffic. My room was immaculate and provided me with everything I needed. As an older traveller I prefer to head out early and arrive back while still light to the hotel. There was a great little cafe around the corner and because the hotel had a lovely bar and courtyard meant I didn’t need to spend time in my room. The staff were so polite and friendly. I am now looking forward to staying at another Hotel One in Amsterdam.

It is a good hotel with a nice price in the middle of the city.
