Absolutely
disgusting
service
received.
I
was
travelling
to
Vienna
and
my
flight
was
delayed
by
16
hours,
forcing
me
to
get
to
the
hotel
at
4am.
The
guy
I
encountered
at
the
reception
was
horrendously
disrespectful
and
rude.
I
got
to
the
hotel
and
there
was
a
sketchy
guy
standing
in
front
of
the
counter
and
alerted
the
other
guy
to
come
out
to
assist
me
with
checking
in.
I’m
not
sure
if
that
guy
was
an
employee
(he
did
not
have
a
name
tag
or
any
uniform).
The
guy
that
helped
me
took
about
20
minutes
to
find
my
reservation
and
check
me
in
-
I’m
not
sure
how
it
was
taking
this
long
considering
I
was
the
only
one
in
the
lobby.
Please
keep
in
mind
that
I
booked
this
hotel
solely
based
on
the
reviews
of
their
“exceptional”
customer
service
and
location.
I
was
not
greeted
nor
was
provided
with
good
customer
service.
I
was
extremely
tired
and
frustrated
as
I
got
to
the
hotel
so
late
and
everything
was
closed
so
I
wanted
water.
I
read
in
the
description
of
the
room
that
water
is
provided
and
complimentary
to
all
guests.
I
asked
the
guy
if
there
was
water
in
the
room
already
and
he
showed
me
SO
much
unnecessary
attitude.
He
said
“
I
don’t
know
if
the
water
is
in
the
room,
you
can
go
check.
If
it’s
there
it’s
there,
if
it’s
not
it’s
not.
Only
housekeeping
is
responsible
for
that
so
I
don’t
know
anything
about
that.”
Are
you
not
an
employee
of
the
hotel?
Is
this
not
your
job?
This
is
a
basic
question
that
any
guest
can
ask
and
THAT’S
how
you
respond?
I
said
I
read
that
there
is
complimentary
water
so
if
it’s
not
there
can
I
call
you
guys
or
come
down
to
get
it?
He
replied
“water
is
a
free
GIFT
and
not
every
room
gets
one.”
Okay
so
am
I
not
a
paying
guest?
Am
I
staying
here
for
free?
A
free
gift
is
something
that
should
be
provided
to
everyone
as
it
is
a
FREE
GIFT.
They
also
don’t
have
phones
in
the
room
-
not
sure
what
kind
of
a
3
star
hotel
doesn’t
but
okay.
Anyway,
he
asks
me
to
fill
out
my
passport
information
and
the
sketchy
guy
from
before
started
getting
closer
to
me
to
see
what
I
was
writing.
The
front
desk
guy
did
nothing
about
that.
I
was
travelling
solo
during
this
trip
and
I
was
afraid
of
these
2
men
in
the
lobby.
No
hotel
that
you’re
paying
$300
for
should
make
you
feel
that
way
To
conclude
the
review
of
the
customer
service,
lots
of
negative
and
disrespectful
attitude
was
shown,
no
manners,
complete
lack
of
acknowledgment
or
sympathy,
employee
unaware
of
how
to
speak
to
guests,
no
knowledge
about
his
job
and
extremely
rude
tone
of
his
responses.
I
did
go
down
to
the
front
desk
the
next
day
to
let
the
manager
know
and
they
told
me
to
come
back
the
next
day,
since
she
was
on
vacation.
So
I
went
the
next
day
to
explain
this
disgusting
situation
I
was
put
in
and
she
said
he
was
part
of
a
third
part
company
and
is
not
employed
by
the
hotel
directly.
I
don’t
understand
how
that
even
makes
sense
-
all
employees
should
be
held
to
the
same
standard
of
practice
so
every
guest
has
a
similar
experience.
This
was
just
a
pathetic
excuse.
People
check
in
at
night
all
the
time
so
do
they
not
deserve
good
customer
service?
I
do
want
to
mention
that
the
manager
was
friendly
and
offered
me
complimentary
buffet
(which
I
accepted
cause
why
not).
Now
moving
on
to
the
rooms….if
you’re
fine
feeling
like
you’re
in
the
Sahara
desert
then
you
would
love
this
property.
The
ac
does
NOT
work
(just
for
decoration
it
seems)
-
the
reception
told
me
to
open
the
windows
to
remedy
this
issue.
The
reason
I
did
not
do
that
is
because
I
don’t
wanna
feel
like
I’m
sleeping
on
the
street.
It’s
so
noisy
there’s
no
way
anyone
could
sleep
there.
So
I
had
to
close
the
windows
and
feel
extremely
uncomfortable
in
the
heat.
What
would
guests
do
in
the
summer?
And
I
mean
god
forbid
you
check
in
at
night
lol
Overall,
this
hotel
sucks
and
the
employees
are
even
worse.
All
it
took
was
1
disgusting
and
rude
employee
to
ruin
my
experience
at
this
hotel.
Don’t
bother
with
this
property,
the
5
star
reviews
are
probably
bought.
