Booked through hotels.com. Cancelled booking before deadline for free cancellation. Hotel charged me $120 anyway. Contacted the hotel multiple times but they never responded. Bad business practice.

They have no parking. We booked on Orbits and they said the room we ordered wasn't available when we showed up. The room was small but all the features were good.

Rooms are the downside of a property quite small and need uplifting, location superb, staff that depends would be nice to see them smile more 😀

Stayed here for a weekend while exploring Vienna. The staff are very friendly, and the building as a whole is very charming. Good location right next to the palace, and nice cafes down the road. Our room was spacious and clean - only wish they had black out curtains. Besides that, no complaints and great value!

Not the newest hotel but everything works perfect. It's nice and clean. The bus stop it's right accross the street and the bus will get you to the Schöbrunn palace after 1 stops but you'll need like 40-50 min to get to the city center

Old fashioned and comfortable hotel, the staff were extremely friendly. The restaurant serves dependable, traditional Austrian dishes. A short walk to Schönbrunn Palace and the Zoo.

Very nice experience. Friendly staff and very good restaurant. Needs updating. Once was a gem but is showing age with worn woodwork and lose tiles. The excuse about the wifi being spotty due to the thick walls and old building worked 10-15 years ago. Ours didnt work at all. Still recommend, eapecially to eat or to stay near Schonbrunn palace.

Wonderful place, nice staff, close to the park and other atractions. Great breakfast. I would recommend it.

The hotel is old fashion with nice dining room. But the graveyard is just across the road.

No staff except for 1 waiter who was rude. The room was totally different from what was shown in the pictures. The waiter refused to help or let us speak to the manager. The property is old and is in immediate need of repair. The room had malfunctioning taps, floor made squeaky noise, door handles loose, damaged WC, poorly fitted bathrooms with peculiar alignments, the corridor lamp was not working when we reached, curtains hanging loose from the top and the list was endless. The breakfast spread was inadequate and the waiter made no attempt to refill. Strictly avoid and don't go with fake reviews. For us it was a total loss and a very bad experience. All this was reported to them but to no avail. Please avoid and don't waste money on this hotel.
