My
family
and
I
spent
two
nights
at
this
hotel
and
we
had
a
fairly
good
experience.
Upon
arrival
at
around
12.00pm
the
receptionist
told
us
that
the
mandatory
check-in
time
was
at
3.00pm,
but
this
had
not
been
specified
anywere.
The
room
was
in
quite
good
conditions
but
the
sink
was
clogged
with
hair,
not
to
say
filthy,
and
the
bedsheets
had
two
brown
stains.
We
immediately
informed
the
reception,
however
the
bed
linen
got
replaced
only
about
one
hour
later.
On
the
top
of
this,
towels
are
not
replaced
and
the
room
does
not
get
cleaned
daily.
Awful
breakfast
prices,
as
you
get
a
croissant
and
cappuccino
for
the
dealbreaking
price
of
€10.50,
and
a
full
breakfast
for
€22.00
per
person,
regardless
of
what
you
get.
Fortunately
there
are
many
solutions
in
the
nearbies
as
the
Hauptbahnhof
has
plenty
of
food
shops
in
it.
If
you
are
lucky
enough
you
can
find
a
parking
spot
in
the
underground
parking
lot,
which
has
CCTV
and
an
adequate
price
per
day.
The
hotel
is,
ultimately,
a
good
modern
structure,
but
lacks
in
essential
services
and
the
staff
must
be
trained
better.
