Beatiful, spacious rooms, great service, I can only recommend it. The breakfast was excellent, wide selection of all types: warm or cold, sweet or salty, healthy and fitness food, huge selection of bread types, they had everything. The room was big, the bathroom very well equiped. Clean, tidy, excellent. The bed is more of the softer type, but this is very subjective, I personally prefer the hard ones. Great location, close to all sights, most in walking distance or easily accessible by public transport as well.

Outstanding service. Got a free upgrade to a cosmopolitan room which was so great. Room is stately and well furnished. Great small touches like chocolates waiting for you, shoe shine service. Extremely comfortable bed. Unmatched location 50m from Subway entrance. Gym is small and mostly empty. Stay for the rooms, service and location. Really good soap too. Didn't try the breakfast.

Nice & big room (x-ordinary type) with a good view of the Ring street. A walk-in closet and a separate toilet from bathroom. Convenient location! We enjoyed the hotel very much! Staff was nice & friendly.

Perfect location in the heart of Vienna, with public transport that is near is possible to visit other beautiful parts of the city. Hotel is easy to find, parking is not so far and also easy to find. Hotel personal is very gentle and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant and bar are still closed but is possible to get your favorite drink or food in the room. There are so many exquisite dishes on the menu and you cannot leave Vienna without trying it. And if after all day walking you don’t want just to spend your evening in the room, you can enjoy sauna or fitness room.

Gorgeous hotel in a prime location, right in the middle of the city. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was lovely and filled with plenty of little extras, like slippers and robes, plus free chocolate each night. I'd highly recommend The Ring Hotel!

I used to give it a 5. Not any more. At the check in we were "informed" that the hotel was booked (?) Why would it be our concern if be had booked a room more than a month in advance? Consequently, we were place into the attic under the roof. With the smoldering July heat outside, the AC in the room did nothing. We ended up with high blood pressure and spent more time at the check in area downstairs as their AC was just fine (they take good care of themselves). I addressed the issue with the receptionist asking to relocate us. Got a cold shoulder and a deaf ear. We looked into hotels across the street, in any direction. They are nothing short of perfect. One of the them will be our choice for the next year trip.

The hotrl is amazing in every thing but the girl who was in reception was very bad

This was a lovely hotel. The room was so large and the skylight windows were lovely. If you're going as a couple, they toilet is separate from the main bathroom and shower, which is perfect. The staff are lovely. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant or drink at the bar. The location was also very good. We walked to the museum quarter and the main shopping area is just down the road. Absolutely lovely.

Quality of the structure. Excellent courtesy and cleanliness. A perfect 5 star hotel in the most special area in Vienna. It has an excellent restaurant with a magnificent menu and top-notch service.

My wife and I stayed for one week here at the Ring. Very spacious comfortable room. The staff always made an effort to help us with our requests. The location is super super central. The breakfast was very nice. We are very happy to recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, we had a good time but I would not consider it a 5 star hotel. We really liked the idea of the hotel as being casual luxury but from our experience the hotel does not deliver enough on the luxury side. We had a room on the first floor that was pretty small with low ceilings. Rooms may be nicer on higher floors but we were definitely not impressed. The sauna/spa area is tiny as is the gym. Staff members were generally friendly but the service was not outstanding. Do not get me wrong, there was nothing to complain about and we were treated nicely but it was not exceptional or special in any way.
