Great
location
close
to
the
inner
city
and
many
sights
such
as
the
Belvere,
and
easy
public
transport.
Rooms
are
big,
and
staff
were
all
very
helpful.
However,
there
are
definitely
some
areas
for
improvement:
-
The
room
has
just
two
available
power
outlets,
plus
one
more
in
the
bathroom.
Since
it's
been
quite
cold
and
I
wanted
to
make
hot
tea,
I
asked
for
a
hot
water
kettle
(oddly
that
it's
not
in
the
room
by
default,
unusual
for
hotels
in
this
part
of
Europe),
now
I'm
down
to
one
free
outlet.
It's
been
a
constant
juggle
of
plugging
and
unplugging.
There
are
no
USB
charging
ports,
which
most
hotels
in
this
price
range
have
these
days.
-
The
beds
are
really
soft
by
German/Austrian
standards.
I
didn't
wake
up
with
back
pain,
but
I
definitely
prefer
the
firmer
beds
that
most
hotels
in
Germany/Austria
have.
-
The
coffee
machine
(the
Segafredo
Zanetti
system)
is
fussy
and
doesn't
make
very
good
coffee.
Often
I'd
drop
in
a
pod
and
it
would
fall
right
through.
When
it
did
work,
the
coffee
was
way
inferior
to
the
Nespresso
machines
and
capsules
at
similar
hotels.
-
The
wifi
connection
has
been
spotty
-
VoIP
apps
that
worked
flawlessly
elsewhere
would
often
drop.
And
it
seems
like
you
have
to
disconnect
manually
and
reconnect
every
24
hours,
or
your
device
gets
no
internet
(yet
stays
connected).
Have
seen
much
more
reliable
and
consistent
internet
connections
at
other
hotels.
These
are
relatively
easy
things
to
fix,
I
hope
the
hotel
addresses
these
issues,
because
the
basics
(like
the
location)
are
great.
