Disgusting and sickening. I have never seen a room so disgusting. There was blood and body fluids on the floor, the walls were mouldy. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty and completely mouldy. In the room next to us there was constant smoking and the wind was blowing smoke in through the window. The city authorities should close this place down immediately. When I complained the hotel wanted to give me a refund of 8 euros. Everyone should stay far away!

Do NOT stay in this hotel. I am completely serious when I say avoid it at all costs. If you cannot find another place to stay, just skip your visit to Vienna. This hotel is atrociously mismanaged and literally falling apart at the seams. I had the misfortune of staying here for three nights. To begin with, the hotel's AC units are perpetually 'broken' which creates inhumane living conditions when the weather is 95 degrees in the summer. The only consolation is the small, typically broken plug-in fans they may give you (if they haven't run out). The rooms, hallways, and elevators are cramped and look like they are artifacts from the Soviet era. The wallpaper (if you're lucky enough to have some and not just and exposed wall) is peeling off and the management could not care less about fixing it. The rooms only have about 2-3 available outlets in the walls (1 or 2 of which are already occupied by the only source of lighting in the room), so to be able to plug in your phone/computer chargers or the broken fan they've given you, you have to unplug the lights and be in the dark. I've seen nicer, bigger bathrooms on airplanes compared to the ones at this hotel. The shower is the size of a miniature coffee table and it is difficult to stand in there without bumping the wall or curtain. The bathroom has absolutely no ventilation and so it smells horrible after being used. Hotel supplies are highly unsanitary as well - we found employees' hairs in our "clean" towels and bugs were crawling all over our "clean" bedsheets. When we visited, there was even a leak in the ceiling in the hotel lobby and the staff had put a bucket underneath to catch the water. That is how old and repulsive this hotel is. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival at 11 PM, we were informed that the kitchen was closed, leaving us without breakfast, but that was just the beginning. The initial room assigned had a shockingly filthy bathroom, complete with dirty water and a stained toilet seat. The bed and pillows were also visibly stained. Seeking a resolution, we complained and requested a cleaner room, but our requests were met with a series of room changes. Unfortunately, each new room presented its own set of problems, ranging from towels stained with makeup to black mold in the bathrooms. Bedding and towels were marred with unidentifiable stains, creating an overall unhygienic environment. After enduring five room changes, and with the clock ticking past 1:30 AM, we reluctantly settled for the “least worst” option. (Unfortunately, given the circumstances and short notice, securing alternative accommodation during that period would have been nearly impossible.) Resorting to disinfecting surfaces with hand sanitizer, we cleaned tables and bedside furniture that still bore the marks of previous guests. In the morning, we kindly requested that our room be cleaned, particularly for fresh towels and carpet vacuuming due to visible dust, crumbs, and undefined stains. Despite assurances, the cleaning never took place. Frustrated and hindered by my dust allergy, I requested the use of a vacuum cleaner. The response I received was disheartening: “do whatever you want.” Taking matters into my own hands, I searched for and found a vacuum cleaner, spending my time cleaning the room to make it somewhat bearable for sleep. The following day, the same cycle repeated—requesting a cleaned room, leaving for the day, and returning to find no improvement. I even had to go on a quest for clean towels myself that evening. In short, I won’t delve into every detail, but I strongly advise against staying at this nightmarish hotel. Despite the overall unpleasant experience, I want to express my gratitude to the first gentleman who welcomed us during check-in. He demonstrated helpfulness. Attached are photos that speak volumes, and I believe a thorough health inspection is urgently needed.

No we a not fools, we were aware about low rating for this hotel. We didn't expected some high service, just some basics. Unfortunately our 3 night stay turned to never ending nightmare. We payed close to 100 euro per night for this dump. So once we get our keys we went upstairs open our room and found that inside the room they don't have any lamp on ceiling. No joke this not Asia or African hotel, ceiling without light. So inside the room was dark during evenings, they have floor stick lamp but didn't helped much. Inside room was no any glasses or cups. Also we found no any hangers. Thats very weird for 100 euro per night. Finally our sink had clog. Water stuck so we could you our sink. Now list what level of stupidity and unprofessional can hotel had if you give new room with nonworking sink. So we immediately informed reception about all issues. They said its mid day we cant do anything, but next day all should be done. So next morning we found new receptionists, we asked them do they know about issues in our room, they said NO, so colleagues didn't informed next shift about our issues. Disgusting attitude to the guest. There was guy who was receptions but his look, clothes all showed that he is not employee but tourist. At reception nobody wears badge and receptionist always somewhere else, but not behind reception. So we were promised to have new room. But when we returned new person at reception said that his colleagues stupid and all room are booked. At the end of second day sink was fixed, we get cups. No hangers.....receptions guy told us that guest frequently broke ans steal many hangers so they decided to remove all hangers. No joke this is answer what we get))) I think it enough for feedback. Disgusting hotel what shroud be closed and employees bunch of idiots. Dont repeat our mistake don't stay at this hotel.

Interesting quality, the bathroom was completely broken down. There was black mould all over in the bathroom. The Tv was completely not to use. The hear dryer you'll find not in the bathroom, so you have to discover where it's hidden. If you'll find, you'll be laughing a lot . The room was smelly like some dinosaur sled there for 1 week. The bed was ok, and the room was big and looked like my father's retro communist room. It was a kind of romantic place. The location was good, easy to get to the center. At the reception there's no Austrian people. Enjoy your stay in this fanny and romantic Hotel. All the best to surviving the night?

The rooms look totally different than in the pictures. The bathroom was smaller and disgusting. We heard all of our neighbours and it was just an awful experience. There was no toilet paper when we arrived so we asked for it and the receptionist gave us the keys to the storage rooms, it's so absurd that it's actually funny. All in all, the pictures are misleading, we got the superior room, but I highly doubt that it had ever been a superior one. The only good thing about the was that it's close to the city centre.

Welcome to Enziana Hotel. You will first make your way into the wanna-be-bougie Alpine lobby featuring a plethora of wood furniture pieces. Bask in the ambience as you notice the stark proximity of the bathroom to the "bar." Finally, notice a mere teenager behind the front desk. They will be kind but of no use to you on this journey. Upon completion of check-in, head upstairs, past the suspicious dark blotches on the carpet and into your very own realm. Swing that door open and gaze upon your lands. Spot the rare wild power outlets available to you; be awe-struck at the failing air conditioning; and relax in the minimal amenities. Feel safe under the guardianship of the moth on your curtain. Follow your path even further into the bathroom. Need to pee? The toilets will be supremely low and of course lacking toilet paper. Need to shower? Wait approximately seven minutes for it to make it to lukewarm and an approximate seven additional seconds for it to make it to apocalyptic lava. Enjoy the gorgeous waterfalls that will make their way out of your shower via the lacking shower door and upon stepping out, splash in the puddles that have failed to reach the not-sloped-even-a-millimeter-downhill-drain. Shall you rest back into your bed upon all that you have accomplished thus far? There's nothing better than peering out the window and into another guest's room or hearing your neighbor *finally* reach that climax. To complete your entire stay, return to the front desk to ask for assistance. They will happily fail to send housekeeping and when they finally do, they will very kindly arrive at 8:00pm (20:00). On the other hand, consider the great side quests this journey includes: a close proximity to the inner city, easy airport access, and a bakery down the street.

I do not recommend. Hotel bought through Booking, upon arrival late at night, it turned out that the hotel was closed. On the door there is a laconic information that guests can stay in other hotels shown on the card. No one answered the phone, no one notified in advance that the hotel would be closed. However, there was no problem with blocking money for a stay that did not take place. I wonder what would have happened if I had no funds in my account. Left without accommodation, before midnight with no possibility of any contact with the hotel staff. Scandal! Embarrassing customer service these days!

The receptionist allowed us to check in earlier which was very nice from her. The hotel was clean and staff very polite but not very helpful. I have never seen that hotel did not have a hotel service, so after two days they did not even change hotel towels. They said it was excluded from the price. Also, we did not have any cosmetics and when we asked for it, we got, as woman said, the shampoo for everything. The location was nice. During the night it was a bit cold - if we did not have one bed more and blanket on it, we could have been cold. Lastly, good for 2 or 3 days, not more.

I booked a room with two single beds but was given a room with a double. Rooms did not have air-conditioning and we're not cleaned over the week we stayed there. Often there was no hot water as well. Lighting in the room is very limited and there is no overhead lamp. We didn't have our towels changed and had to chase them for toilet paper. There were no bathroom essentials like shampoo. Finally, this is the only hotel I have been in where the electricity went out during our stay.

Good: Great hotel location. Public transport is near the hotel. Railway station near too, straight way from airport to railway station Rennweg. So many morning cafe near the hotel. Simple hotel with nice lobby. Nothing special, but with very nice bed for your sleep. Bad: Moldy shower and moldy windows! Ventilation in shower didn't work. Room cleaning was once in a five days. Thin walls with bad sound insulation.

It's only benefit is the train station nearby. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, there were no shutters in the windows. It was pretty cold there as well.

The location is good, it's not so far away from city center, there's good food near and it's a cool area, the public transport is pretty accessible. The hotel is beautiful inside: the lobby and the restaurant, the food is amazing and you have a lot of options to eat. The workers are kind and helpful. The only thing that's not good is the room. Small, ugly and it's not so comfortable, I was in a room that the window was broken and dirty.

First of all,the stuff is so friendly and helpful, they are ready to respond on every our question:) There is no AC in rooms what is kind of problem in summer and also it was little dirty in the bathroom,no shower gel and bad soundproofing. But location is great, close to train station, what makes your moving around city easier and view from the room’s window was great!

Nice hotel in good location . My room on first floor was quite dark and air condition wasn’t cooling the room .I’d like to mention one thing in particular : the staff in the hotel are all extremely friendly and keen to help . The staff serving at breakfast are incredibly helpful , going out of their way to accommodate wishes , something that is often missed in much more expensive hotels .Even after the buffet is closed the lady in charge is offering to bring things.. I witnessed it on the table next to me .. almost half an hour after breakfast time . Just amazing and I commend you for your hospitality and customer service 5*! Only bone of contention , the safe didn’t work and tv cut out all the time !

Hotel is situated in a very good localization, 3 minutes from the train, around 20 minutes from the airport. Centrum is nearby, you can walk and see all popular places. Staff in the hotel was very polite and friendly. Hotel should be definitely cleaned.. there was a lot of hair on the floor, looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for months, it had bad smell, there was hair under the bedsheets, very disgusting.

Neat and tidy. Very helpful and hospitable staff. The biggest benefit of this hotel is BREAKFAST ! It is incredibly delightful, like in hotels with 5 stars. You can find dishes for all tastes 😄

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Stayed only one night in July, room was extremely hot, could not sleep. Everything other than this was very good. 97 euro per night per couple.

Old fashion and unique. If you are tall, all the furniture is low. Hotel does not have air consitioning. It has a wonderful breakfast, and the bus is just outside your door to downtown Wein. I was on and off and on the train the entire weekend. I recommend not to come during the summer, but over all I just loved this Hotel. Monika at the front desk was always so pleasant and helpful, went out of her way to help. 5 stars for Monika.

I definitely will stay here again! The room was clean, there was always someone at the front desk and breakfast was good. The only thing is, that the staff is looking at you at the breakfast all the time, that is kind of uncomfortable. The location is great also.

Room was quite compact.. with no much space to move around..! Even the table and chair were kept in the extended area (kind of closed balcony). Breakfast was good.. but not much options on the hot food for vegetarian. Housekeeping service was very disappointing.. out of 3 nights stay, room was not cleaned even once.. in spite of leaving the tag "make-up my room" outside the door and escalating the concern to receptionist after 1st day.

Good location (train to airport 23 min) just behind the corner and friendly staff, but no air con in south facing room on 38 degrees Celsius day. I couldn't sleep well obviously. To be fair it was probably warmest day of the decade, so just got unlucky.

Gorgeous hotel with driftwood furniture and porcelain sculptures everywhere. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. They have an absolutely fabulous breakfast in a room with an enormous skylight. Honestly I have no idea why it doesn’t get all 5 star reviews. I just don’t see what’s not to love. We are from Florida and we fell in love with this place.

The room was clean, spacious, and came with towels and bathroom essentials. Very good for the price. Our check in was very easy and pleasant. Right across the street from the hotel is a 24h store with vending machines selling drinks, snacks and coffee. Also a big plus is that the train station and tram are 2-3 min walk from the hotel which was perfect!

Took us 40 min plus the check in time to get the key. The room was fairly refurbished, but dirty. It’s in a good area, but if you have a little more to spend I recommend going somewhere else. There was no bathroom essentials!

The only good thing is the location. I have never seen such unprofessional, unbothered staff with 0 discipline. We have been given unclean rooms that somebody else stayed in, and afterwards the recepionist gave me a bunch of keys so i can choose a new room as she clearly did not know which one is clean. So I came tired and with such a delayed flight in the middle.of the night and now i have to go floor after floor with a bunch of keys and choose a room. If you are through booking, they pester you litterally about the check out that it has to be at 11 although it's not even the check out day. Terrible functioning of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, love all of the furniture and the style. Staff are fantastic, friendly & helpful. Great location. Only thing I can say is the coffee machine wasn't working for the entirety of our stay. Other than that I'll 100% be recommending this hotel to friends and family for future stays.

It mas my most terrible hotel experience. Really cold and windy room, no lighting except from table light, tiny shower, dirty room, NO SLIPPERS OMG, almost no toiletries. It’s just dark and cold atmosphere. The only good thing is location actually. Please don’t go there!
