There were waterfall from Air condition in both my and friends’ room. The reception clerks promised to fix the air condition or change room for us at first and then said there were no new room available for us but we would get discounts when we check out. More than months pass, we still haven’t received refunds and not surprised no reply from the hotel’s mail at all. Update: Almost half a year passed, we still not receive the refund and don’t get any reply for mail.

I would avoid staying here if possible. Whilst the building looks modern, it is very run down (they even have a sign to hang on your door to let them know what is broken - so it must be a significant issue). The air conditioning in my room was broken on a 37 degree day. I basically rented a sauna for the night. The front desk staff were nearly useless - they said they had checked the room and it was working (it wasn’t - so they must not have checked).

Worst service ever. Small rooms, no drinking water availble in the room or after 7pm in the lobby. Many members of the group had rooms without air condition working. Another has to put a basket to hold the water coming down from the ac

Perfect location The size of the room is very good Similar to holiday inn chain, but bigger rooms and bathrooms Helpful staff, we kept our luggage for two days at the hotel, when we were outside the city

To be honest I expected maybe too much. Compare to the Intercity Hotels in Germany the one in Vienana is realy outdated. Old bed, old bathroom, broken bathroom, not a cosy bar area and nthg really special. The staff is truely 5 star but the rest only 2. - No shoe horn - No tea set which is standard at any Intercity Hotel in Germany - Old fashioned Hotel - Expensive compare to the animities - Air in the bedroom stay /Almost no air circulation inside - Not even a bday wish once checked in on my bday + Staff + Location + AC

The only real nice thing about this hotel was really the location. This hotel allows smoking in some rooms, but the non-smoking rooms are practically useless as the hallways smell of smoke, and it seeps into your room. It would be better to have a floor dedicated to those who smoke so others don't have to suffer through the smell. Our toilet didn't flush properly and our fridge didn't work. When brought to the attention of the staff, they essentially said, "Oh well." The shower didn't really drain properly either to add to the list of things wrong. Breakfast was good, and access to the train station was good. Other than that, it's not really worth the cost.

The hotel is conveniently situated but not in the historic part of the city. However, I had what must be an interconnecting room as I could hear my neighbour watching tv (and not loud). There is nothing in the room, no instant coffee or else and the toiletries are kept to a minimum (shower gel only). The staff is reasonably nice

Had a great stay- 3 nights at end of January. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were lovely, very helpful, giving us lots of good advice/suggestions on how best to get around the city, get to where we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice .. lovely crispy bacon 🥓!!!

Even though the weather was very warm, there was no air conditioning at this hotel. They shut it down so you couldn't control the temperature in your own room. The hotel is just off of a very busy retail walk (mostly - a few cars) street. You are about a 4 minute walk from the large west train station (NOT central). There are lots of street cars, a large subway station and plenty of bus lines all right there. Breakfast is included and has a large variety - curiously, no oatmeal/porridge. This is a good place to stay in Vienna, I just wish you were able to control the temperature in your own room.

Great location near a major train station with tram and metro connections to all areas of the city and directly opposite a well stocked supermarket is a huge plus. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, lovely shower. Very satisfying breakfast buffet, with delicious assortment of bread rolls Our complaint was dark burned bacon and fairly long waits in front of both coffee machines. AC was not working at all, we kept our windows in the room closed, it never kicked in. Had to open them later in order not to suffocate, temperatures were very warm for October. On the plus side, we very much appreciated free city transport cards during our stay.

Good value city hotel, very close to public transport, eg Westbahnhof, bus, trams and U-Bahn stations. Good sized rooms for a city centre hotel and spotlessly clean throughout. Pleasant breakfast room on floor 2 with a wide selection of hot and cold food and coffee, tea and juices. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. My only criticism is that our rooms had interconnecting doors to other rooms which meant that we could hear their conversations and TVs and other guests were sometimes noisy when in the corridors. Overall an excellent hotel in a great location, highly recommended

Modern, very clean rooms. Great location, very close the the U bahn station and really easy to get around. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, especially for the price: you're right by the bahnhof & the popular pedestrian shipping street. There's free coffee & some good juices in the lobby. There are power outlets on both sides of the bed.

Lovely hotel ,good location with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Main station for trams/metro within 5 mins walk from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom and adequate toiletries. The staff at reception were extremely helpful ,advising us on how to get around the city, which tram or metro to take us to the various sights. I would advise using tram/metro as taxis are metered and very expensive! I would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Next to the metro and trolly from where you can access to many of the city attractions. Customer service was great. Very good options for breakfast. Ana and the other ladies from the reception were all very helpful. If you love to walk, you are just few meters from the most popular shopping avenue. In front of the hotel there’s a very nice supermarket called BILLA. Our stay was great in Wien. Lovely city

It’s located near the Wien West Station, 3 min walk from the station. So convenient for go around the wien. We can drink freely at the hotel lobby(but for only coffee has limited time from 11am to 19pm).

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel, we were in a business room on the top floor with a balcony from which there is a beautiful view of the city, the location is excellent in a very central place of shops and public transportation. The hotel staff was nice and the breakfast was good and sufficient, the room was comfortable and you can make tea and coffee there.

I pre-booked 3 rooms for a family with children. We got 2 remote rooms on the 5th floor and a third room on the 9th floor. They said there was no room together. Not good at all. They also did not make the rooms and beds each day and said that they did not have manpower because of the corona virus. At breakfast it was really crowded and the coffee machine didn't work. Except for the location, not the most recommend

Fantastic location. 3 minutes walk to U Baan station. A lot of eateries of all kind outside the hotel as well as many other shops. Wide and clean room, so is the bathroom. Downside - Long queue to the front desk. They have only one receptionist in a shift who is also function as barman. The check in took ages... They gave me a room with connecting door to the next room which disturb my sleep days and night as I could hear the couple in the next room like they are in mine.

Well maintained. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. No english channels on the tv just CNN. The receptionists are not rude but not nice. They can't smile or willing to help unless you persist. The deal breaker for me was the pillows and mattresses. They are of the worst kind and I suffered from a stiff neck and couldn't really get the night sleep I needed. You actually pay for a place to sleep and unfortunately the hotel doesnt provide, a good sleep. כריות ומזרונים בחמש שקל. אם היה אפשר לישון על הרצפה ולשים את הראש על התיק הייתי ישן טוב יותר.

Great location, it can be reached by tram or subway. You can save money with free city transportation cards. The only negative was the uncomfortable bed and cheap pillows but In general, the hotel was good and clean، staff was friendly helpful especially Walid and Dielza. I recommend this hotel.

There is a reason why this hotel is cheap, so unfriendly and hostile staff, a lot of noise from street and rooms. stay away if you can...

The hotel location is great, near attractions and Westbanhof (one of the main stations in Vienna). The view from the room was lovely which was unexpected! The staff were very kind and welcoming. They kept our luggage after we had checked-out which was super helpful and allowed us to explore the city more freely before we had to head to the airport. The room was okay - the bed was comfortable, it has a mini-fridge, and the shower was very nice. It just needs a renovation so it looks more modern. However, for the money you pay, it's a pretty great deal. I will definitely stay here again.

During our first night here the air conditioner in our unit leaked. When it leaked it soaked my baby’s car seat/stroller. We couldn’t hit the City without the stroller so we were forced to leave the room a lot later than we wanted to as we had to dry the stroller with a blow dryer before going out. Not only this but the air conditioner stopped working and the leak was constant throughout the night. We brought the issue to management’s attention and they did nothing to accommodate us, no room change, no fix, no refund, nothing. I’m not one to complain, but this was pretty ridiculous. The location is great but the rooms and management are not. I suggest looking at Ruby Marie Hotel and Bar across the street to avoid any headaches. They have much better service and rooms. Edit: I wasn’t able to upload my videos or photos so you’re just going to have to trust me on this. I suggest you avoid the headache and look elsewhere in the area.

One of the worst hotels that I’ve been to، outdated , you can smell mold in bathroom shower, the air conditioning leeks ( although we changed the room twice) but it seems that the problem is in all the rooms , the pillow is so old and thin , some of the staff members was unfriendly after i told her that i need new towels and the house keeping never answers my calls( its was only 3:30 after noon ) she told me to pick up the towels from the reception!!! Imagine picking up towel from the hotel lobby while others is checking in.The only good thing is the location of the hotel.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This website will compare countless booking web sites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. very good and competent staff, large selection at breakfast, neat and beautiful rooms. I really recommend it.

Mixed feelings. I'd definitely consider it as a 3* hotel and not a 4*. Basic - thats ok, but the atmosphere wasnt that welcoming. Only one employee made me feel comfortable (blond girl at the reception) the rest of the crew made me feel weird. Team at the restaurant needs to change their attitude. I felt like I was a burden on them at the breakfasts - one waiter even kinda shouted at my sister as the water was gone and she tried to make a coffee. In my opinion it shouldn't have ever happened. You feel the tension there and its not that cool. Even though they wear masks you know they are not happy or smiling :) I really didn't like to go there and have any interactions with the restaurant crew. Well to be honest I wouldn't book a room there despite the good offer. Better to pay a bit more and feel like home :)

Never again! A/C didn't work, room was cleaned once in a week, after we asked daily, internet didn't work, only one elevator worked for 9 floors. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. Front desk personnel is not helpful at all. Would not recommend.

The location is great, with very friendly staff. We had an issue with the room safe not being functional, we reported it couple of times but didn't get fixed.

Avoid at all costs. The manager is never around - reception can’t action jack without him/ her. Got the wrong room; the ac didn’t work; asked for an iron - never got it; housekeeping wasn’t done throughout our stay even when we explicitly ask reception to get it done. The hotel itself is literally rooms and a courtyard.

The hotel is very nice, has a great location and will give you a free public transport ticket for the duration of the stay if you sign up for their rewards program. Unfortunately the first room I received was not cleaned yet and the second one had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. In general I had the impression that it was missing a little care. At my last stay at this hotel I was in a little better condition. I hope they manage to fix those issues to get back to the quality they have already had.
