Unfortunately,
our
experience
at
this
hotel
fell
very
short
due
to
the
poor
quality
of
the
rooms
and
the
poor
customer
service
we
received
afterwards.
We
experienced
several
problems
with
our
rooms
(being
given
a
different
room
than
we
had
booked,
a
room
directly
next
to
the
noisy
lift
shaft,
and
then
a
room
with
no
hot
water),
resulting
in
having
to
switch
3
times.
The
size
and
quality
of
the
rooms
varied
drastically,
despite
apparently
all
being
the
same
rate,
so
what
you
actually
get
is
a
lucky
dip.
When
we
checked
out,
the
receptionist
(who,
to
her
credit,
did
appear
to
try
her
best
with
the
situation)
confirmed
that
the
hotel
would
compensate
us
due
to
the
issues
we
experienced.
However,
a
month
later,
we
have
not
received
any
compensation,
and
the
management
has
told
us
that
we
made
no
complaints
at
the
time?
Apparently
we
just
switched
rooms
for
fun.
Abysmal
customer
service
and
I
unfortunately
cannot
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone.
