We
had
an
appalling
time
with
multiple
staff
at
this
hotel.
A
mobile
phone
battery
pack
exploded
in
our
room
at
6AM
while
we
were
asleep,
leaving
burns
on
myself,
and
leaving
both
my
partner
and
I
in
shock.
We
put
the
fire
out
ourselves
in
the
sink
-
but
smoke
had
filled
the
room
and
the
alarm
was
going
off.
We
evacuated
downstairs
as
the
fire
engine
arrived.
We
were
both
in
shock
and
while
we
waited
45
mins
in
the
lobby
for
the
fire
men
to
inspect
our
room,
not
a
single
member
of
staff
asked
us
if
we
were
okay
or
offered
us
a
coffee
or
tea
after
such
a
frightening
experience.
Further
to
this,
the
night
manager
escorted
us
to
our
room
once
the
fire
men
left
and
the
first
and
only
thing
he
said
in
a
disgusting
tone
was
“I
hope
you’ve
got
800
euros
to
pay
for
the
call
out
fee”.
Before
standing
menacingly
in
our
room
while
we,
still
in
absolute
shock,
packed
up
our
belongings
to
move
rooms.
Further
to
this,
when
trying
to
find
out
about
the
call
out
fee,
we
were
given
conflicting
messages,
which
seemed
like
a
money
making
expedition,
while
never
once
being
asked
if
we
were
okay.
Appalling,
disgusting
service
that
lacked
any
human
empathy
in
the
face
of
a
very
real
emergency.
I
would
not
recommend
in
the
slightest.
Avoid.
