This hotel is a nightmare that kept me awake all night. They took the entire fee of my reservation, which I could not use due to de facto and legal impossibilities. An execution that violates consumer rights and can even be described as inhuman. I hope they become dependent on the money they took from me. My advice to you is not to book this hotel, it was the worst experience of my life.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. We were allowed to check-in an hour earlier. On weekends, you can park your car free of charge on the street.

It was good opinion for me and my children as we stay only one night In Vienna. Hotel room had good size bathroom and good shower. Internet was not good. Small tv with Germany language. Good stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in a room for 2. It is nice, clean and safe place for staying. The breakfast was amazing, it costs additional 16 euros, but it worth it. The area is quite so during the night it was very quite and calm there. The hotel is in a couple of stops from the main train station of Vienna, but from the tram station you need to walk about 5-7 min till hotel. I highly recommend this place. The price is fair and the quality is good!

This hotel is a bad throwback to the 1960s. This hotel is not near downtown and walkable to anywhere. However, it is near the train. The breakfast is bad. This place is in need of a remodel. There are stains on the carpet and the curtains. I only had three hangers in my closet.

It is located quite far from the main city, yet well connected by public transport. The floor in the room is filled with dust, and the housekeeping service doesn't vacuum/clean the floor. Only the beds are made, and the towels are changed on request for housekeeping.

Stayed for 2 nights. Price is reasonable compared to a similar hotel e.g in the very center. Staff is helpful, room + bathroom is clean and modern. Absolutely recommended

Stay at this hotel only if you have a back up plan because you may or may not actually have a room. Even one star is too much considering what happened to us. We picked this hotel based on the fact that it has a 24 hour reception. We even emailed them to confirm. We also called to let them know that we will be arriving later than originally planned and we were assured that this will not be a problem. So imagine my surprise when we arrived at hotel at 2am after driving for more than 10 hours only to find out that the room we have reserved and already paid for was no longer available. To make matters worse the employee at the reception was behaving absolutely horrible. She didn’t offer as much as an apology and just told us to literally “behave” ourselves. We were left stranded in the middle of the night in a foreign country because the hotel gave the room that we paid for to someone else. Btw they have other hotels in Vienna which actually had available rooms but that would be too much to ask for. An apology would have been a good start.

I don't recommend this hotel. It's quite outside the centre. The room are nice but people working here are note: look for something else.

We have been there many times and we will keep on staying there whenever we visit our families in Vienna, as long as the hotel keeps more or less the same quality and services.

I arrived late and the hotel had closed their bar. Never the less the hotel made every effort to accommodate me. The gentleman that helped me out on every request through my trip, sadly he was not there when I left, but I hope he was happy for the thank you I left at the reception €€. The hotels service personel seem proud of their job and they are both friendly and kind. I can easily recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to stay. I think the hotel is categorized as a 4 star hotel, and I would agree. WIthout the people it would be closer to a 3 star hotel, but the workers do them proud.

I enjoyed my stay at Rainers Hotel Vienna. The evening staff were friendly during check in as well as the restaurant staff who served my dessert. The morning staff were just as friendly as they offered us breakfast cocktails and made to order omelette. The room was clean, tidy, quiet and cozy.

Stayed for one night, booked via booking.com . Perfect 👍 strongly recommend. Only teapot in the room was broken but worked once, be careful when turn on. Very respectful hotel staff, helped us with ordering food as we are not locals so we didn’t know what app is used there for food delivery ✨💎. Perfect sounds isolation 💗

We had an appalling time with multiple staff at this hotel. A mobile phone battery pack exploded in our room at 6AM while we were asleep, leaving burns on myself, and leaving both my partner and I in shock. We put the fire out ourselves in the sink - but smoke had filled the room and the alarm was going off. We evacuated downstairs as the fire engine arrived. We were both in shock and while we waited 45 mins in the lobby for the fire men to inspect our room, not a single member of staff asked us if we were okay or offered us a coffee or tea after such a frightening experience. Further to this, the night manager escorted us to our room once the fire men left and the first and only thing he said in a disgusting tone was “I hope you’ve got 800 euros to pay for the call out fee”. Before standing menacingly in our room while we, still in absolute shock, packed up our belongings to move rooms. Further to this, when trying to find out about the call out fee, we were given conflicting messages, which seemed like a money making expedition, while never once being asked if we were okay. Appalling, disgusting service that lacked any human empathy in the face of a very real emergency. I would not recommend in the slightest. Avoid.

Comfortable and clean - decent breakfast. Not that close to the hbf - takes a tram journey to get there.

Bellhop Adrian and breakfast server Sangita were very nice, helpful and efficient. Great job! Some Front desk staff and Aslan are abrupt, not friendly and helpful. They do not look happy with their jobs. We slept well but the room had carpet stains and bathroom had mildew. The room had only 3 hangers and 1 pillow per bed. Towels are old. Hallway carpet had stains too. Dinner and Buffet breakfast were average. Cheeseburger was tough and greasy. Hotel is dated and in need of renovation. Sadly, not a 4 star hotel.

Rooms are small but neat. Location is great as it is close to train/tram/bus and is only a few minutes from centrum. Breakfast is decent with the usual stuff - eggs, bread, cereal, fruit. They even had champagne included in breakfast. Would recommend for a quick stay in Vienna.

Great hotel and very modern rooms with free Wi-Fi.

The carpet in the rooms were old and strained. I don't think they ever clean them. It felt gross walking without shoes or socks on. The dirty carpet ruined the whole hotel for us. The location is far away from downtown and didn't look to be in a safe neighborhood.

Im a tour guide staying many times in this hotel but this morning , while i was working in the city, they by mistake decided i should leave the room today instead of tomorrow and i found all my personal staff at the front desk!!! My portfolio open opened with private documents, my clothes on a plastic trash bag together with some food i had on the minifridge. What was their answer??? "Ups sorry...wanna a free drink?"

The hotel seems okay, but I would say max 3 stars. The carpets need to be changed and some other stuff is too old. Personal is kind. Breakfast is quite good. You can get fruits and many different seeds. Even champagne is served 🙂 The location would be ok, only a few minutes from the train station, but at the same time, graves are very close...

An excellent hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. Parking is available in front of a hotel for a fee of 15 eur. Personnel is kind, this hotel has been our choice 2 x times so far and we will surely come again.

The room was small but neat and clean. Overall the staff were cordial. The lady at the reception even guided us to the place where we could get formula milk for our baby. The hotel is perfectly situated in the city centre and is very near to Belvedere palace. The breakfast buffet was also good with lot more options

Rooms are ok, but air conditioner doesn't work. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Service reception could be more friendly

Great hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. The only complaint is the AC in room. We were in very hot weather during stay and the AC’s lowest setting, about 20o C, is not low enough for American tourists from Florida.

Stayed in the hotel last month. Location is far from good, 20 minutes walk from the train station ( not recommended if you have luggage with you). Also be aware of the taxi service that can end up it a city tour on your expense ( better download an Uber app). Closest metro station is about 15 minutes away. The hotel is quiet big , with a good variety of rooms, which are clean for the most part, but the smell of the carpets is overwhelming! The service was not as welcoming nor kind. Overall, next time in Vienna I’ll be staying somewhere else as I would recommend to all. Have a wonderful time in Vienna.

It might be a 3 star hotel. They have got plenty of rooms but the hotel is simple with very plain interiors and decorations. We were having a group booking here which was done through our travel agency. Not much aware of the prices but for me it looked like a budget hotel who are looking for a a good hotel with minimum pricing. The rooms were clean and neat. Bathroom were smaller in size. Complimentary breakfast was good with continental style. Mostly comprised of meat like beef, bacon etc. I felt the space allotted for breakfast is less me it becomes clumsy if all the hotel residents comes at a time for breakfast. There is plenty of parking space available outside hotel and it’s not for free. I don’t notice any amenities in this hotel like a swimming pool, spa or a gym. It might be there but I don’t notice it anywhere. So I am Not sure. Overall it’s a good hotel for budget travellers.

The hotel manager's attitude is not very good, and the sheets and quilts are itchy. The point is that his housing price is not very approachable. You can save money and live near the central station!

The place is adequate for a comfortable stay, but they lack in a few areas. The breakfast is certainly nice, but €22pp is overpriced in my opinion. To be a "sportsbar" they should have TVs with a reliable reception; both TVs in one area didn't have reliable reception during a WC match . We were told parking is charged by the hour, but when we paid after ~38 hours they charged us for two full days, not 38 hours. They have a sign on display for a €5 voucher if you don't use room service, which we didn't for four nights, but were unwilling to provide this for our restaurant charges upon checkout. In short, it's a fine place to stay, but they have some areas to improve upon.

Hotel doesn’t look like 4 star. Wifi didn’t work well. All members of the reception were really helpful and friendly.
