After 22:00, you make the entrance yourself. For this, a card is left for you in a coded box. Ok so far, but no card was left to enter the parking garage, even though I sent a message that I need a parking space for my car. It was not possible to access the parking lot so I had to park on the curb, which was free until a certain hour. I may have gotten a parking ticket for this reason. Also, the hotel is really, really old. Air conditioner not working enough. It was stated that there was no iron and ironing board. Breakfast is generally poor. You can find much better in the markets. The floors are not covered with carpet and there are no slippers in the room. Don't forget to buy slippers. All in all a bad hotel. The blonde-haired young woman at the reception in the morning tried to do her job well and be helpful, thank you. Probably the only good thing in the hotel was the young female receptionist with blonde hair. It is an old, neglected and bad hotel.

Normally, we are not write bad review, but this time we cant stand it anymore. This is our 2nd times to stay with this hotel. These time we are so disapointed. The receptionist gave us the 2nd floors room, and that was so terrible bad. We were so unlucky ours room was next to the students's group. You can hear them talking everthings, and it was so lound. You can hear what they talk, sing, walk, laugh, jump, and moving the table as well. We can not relax, and sleep the whole night. The receptionist should handle this problem, and warning them. However no one does't care!

A nice budget hotel in a great location - hip and young district of Vienna (Neubau). Easy walking distance to the Museums (20 mins stroll). Cafes, groceries nearby a plenty. Best Viennese schnitzel restaurant (Schnitzel wirt) and Veganista Ice cream as well as Maria-Hilfe strasse within walking distance. Easily accessible by a tram (or metro) from both train stations. The rooms was very clean and spacious, staff really nice and helpful, the breakfast spread was great. Bring some ear plugs as the noise from the street carries up if you want to leave your window open. The bed large enough for two and comfortable. Towels soft, bedding crisp. All in all a great experience. Good value for money.

We truly felt that we got our money's worth. Note that this is a 3-star hotel. The staff is friendly. We stayed in December and the hotel always warm. We only used the AC for one time on a one freezing day for 30 min. If you need a refrigerator in the room, there isn't one. The beds were comfortable and spacious and each side was sufficient for one person. We purchased breakfast and we're glad we did. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and diverse. There was a coffee machine, numerous herbal teas, and even a teapot if you preferred! Cheeses, sauces, cereals, and fruits were genuinely diverse. We couldn't have eaten anything outside for that price. They constantly refill the products during breakfast. You can get off at U3 Landsraße station and walk, but it might be challenging with luggage as the road is a bit inclined towards the hotel. Exit the U-Bahn (make sure to take the correct exit and ask or get directions), you can take tram 5 and get off in front of the hotel after 2 stops. The hotel is not in the center, but reaching the center is very easy. If I hear of someone visiting to Vienna, I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Friendly personnel and clean rooms. The only issue was that the pillows were not very comfortable. They also had a nice breakfast for 12 euro.

The location is perfect!! Near the city center, very walkable. The rooms were clean, had everything we needed. Hotel service was great and very cheap for the destination!! Loved it will definitely book a room there again next time I'm in Vienna!!

The room was very dirty, dirty bathroom, smelly bad..and reception is closing at 10 o’clock When we asked for slippers they said “we don’t provide that” which is not acceptable. No air conditioning, and location is very bad as well Personally I don’t recommend this hotel

A decent hotel just outside the center of Vienna. Multiple tram/metro stops nearby so it's easy to get to the centre. The rooms were clean and nice, but you can hear someone talking in the corridor. The shower curtain seemed to leek on the floor. The vreakfast they offer for 7eur per person is cheaper than most cafes nearby but the choice of food was quite poor. Overall reasonable for the price paid.

The room was not clean, and every time we asked for something (ex: new towels, toilet paper ) they didn't bring them, the bathroom and toilet were not clean too. there wasn't anyone like reception to help us. We had the worst experience. I don't know how they can be a 3-star hotel! I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel in the picture is very beautiful, but in real building from outside is like this, their hotel reception area is very attractive, but the reality opens when you left reception area to go to your room, this building is very old, elevator is one of the oldest type and very dangerous, furthermore when I entered in the Looby and room my experience is very bad to see such third class hotel form.inside. Don't know how they got 3 *** ratings.

You get what you pay for! Location was ideal as it was near to tram stations but that was also a drawback - that we clearly heard the loud noise of trams in room, when they were operational. Curtains were not thick enough to cover the light early morning. WiFi was dead, not working at all. Water was very hot in the bathroom for shower. Breakfast had variety and it was for €10. No room telephone service or iron service available. We stayed for 3 nights and the room service didn't make our beds on the second day, they simply placed the clean towels that's it.

Relatively cheap hotel near Mariahilfer Street. Furniture and appliances were from like 20 years ago along with noisy A/C, bathroom fan. There was also a lot of noise coming from the halls which we can clearly hear while we were sleeping. You get what you are paying for, so don't expect much.

Impossible to sleep here after 7am! We weren't informed about the construction work at all and reception seemed surprised. Not honest in my opinion and definitely not worth the money. You also here literally everything from the next room and the stairway outsider of the room. The hotel itself would have been OK. It's old fashioned and smells a bit but it's clean.

Good location, close to the Stadthalle and within walking distance to Down town area. Hotel is too noisy in night time due to the tram line in close vicinity. Hotel bathrooms need a revamp especially showers

I loved the location. A short walk to Westbahnhof, shopping streets, Prosi exotic foods, restaurant and cosmetics shop within walking distance. A public library is near and Kebab kiosks. Not on a busy noisy street.

We stayed at 7th floor and there was no wifi connection. İ'm not saying it's slow. İt's nonexistent. We stayed at 4 people room as a family and there were two glasses so we asked the reception for 2 more glasses but they said they didn't have any without even checking. İ don't know why they didn't put 4 glasses for a 4 people room. (The glasses was in the bathroom) There were no slippers. There wasn't a mini fridge/minibar at room. The AC was old. The reception didn't mind our requests. At least the room was big enough. The rooms are really clean too. İt was close to metro. Not suitable for long stays.

I was with a friend. We liked everything. The room, the service, the breakfast everything was of a high standard. Many thanks to the administrator.

Very good stay for the price you pay. They have every day cleaning service, like a regular hotel. Confy beds, regular room, spacy toilet. Small TV, it's actually monitor. The location is pretty good, there are 2-3 markets (Billa, BioMarket..) and restaurants/caffes. Metro line is near, tramway is going beside hotel.

Very kind and helpful staff. Allowed us to check in after hours and also leave our luggage at the reception desk after check out. Convenient location a few minutes walk from Westbahnhof

The hotel is great! The rooms are spacious and nice! The location is so good! All the people who work there are so kind. Every day the staff changed the towels and cleaned the room. We had a problem with the reservation (entirely our fault). However, the staff did their best to correct our mistake and they succeeded, for which we are very grateful! The girl who checked us in was really wonderful! We had great time at this hotel! Highly recommend it!

It is a miserable hotel, with unjustifiably high prices. Very poorly done cleaning and outdated and degraded furniture. In the bathroom, the radiator is rusty and the shower cabin with traces of rust. I do not recommend accommodation in this hotel to anyone, which resembles a social building for street people!

Wonderful place! We have been there 3 times... And we will make a reservation again! Nice rooms, good service, perfect location and resonable price.

Room was clean and spacious. The desk staff spoke English which was a good point. The reception is open all the time which is good if you check in late. The corridors are a bit old and need to be refurbished I think. The breakfast was ok with a lot of different food (eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit etc.) Good location, can walk to city centre and tram is just down the hotel.

Reception incharge was super polite, extremely helpful and that's the first impression which is delightful. The roo.s are spacious. There was a double bed and a double bunk bed with television, shower and bath area. The lift is at the centre and if you have a corner room the lobby is a nice walk :) . The breakfast is served just adjacent to the reception. Walk to the nearest market, metro is within metres and lot of local shops to eat and choose from .

The hotel room is really old and what is more important not clean! The floor is dirty, as all tables… the cost of the room is 85 euros and it doesn’t cost it’s mine at all.

We were very happy. The room was clean, helpfull staff. Late check-in via key box. We had some troubles (we didn’t knew the box number, but after few tries we got our cards). Great lokation, 30 min. by tram no. 5 to Prater, 5 minutes of walking to Westbahnhof, supermarket Billa nexdoor, great cafe Felzl for breakfast. Everyday cleaning, new towels on demand. It is possible to leave a baggage at the reception.

Not recommended. Terrible memories. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, dirty toilet. Hair on the linen. Staff firstly sympathetic, tried to change the room to the only one available at that time - unfortunately with a very dirty toilet, not cleaned after previous guests, after I complained they claimed they gave me another room, clean, which was not the case - I stayed in a less dirty one. So they did not admit the truth and that is really bad - they could have say that is too late to complainvor something, but not telling the truth is something that I cannot accept. Only the location is ok. If you really have to stay there, take flip-flops to avoid touching the tub with your feet. Just adding after the reply from the hotel- staff was aware of the problem and proposed the only other free room that was even worse (dirty toilet). Plsease, start telling the truth.

Perfect accommodation in centre of Vienna. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, to start your day. Parking available for an extra charge, very convenient and rare in Vienna. Plan to come back many times!

Super comfortable, super affordable. Right close by the Westbahnhof, and right next to a tram intersection, this place is ideal for easy access. There is also a parking garage. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, furniture is not new, but well maintained. Beds are comfy and clean. There is air-conditioning. What I truly appreciate, is that there is no carpeting in the rooms, instead, clean hardwood floors. Bathrooms are clean, well maintained. Only the hairdryers are a disappointment. Breakfast is superb, with lots of choice. Peoples are friendly and accommodating.

Great location, very comfort rooms, beds are big and cozy. Hotel looks a bit old, but it is perfectly clean and functional. Recepcionst are super, breakfast is very nice and tasty. Considering it's price, this in one of the best picks in Vienna.

Very convenient for the Westbahnhof and airport bus-less than ten minutes away on foot. Excellent value for money-the room was simply furnished, but spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful (ensuring that I knew how to get to the airport). Everything that I needed for an overnight stay!

Good hotel for a 3/4 night stay. Breakfast it’s good with an acceptable variety of food. The elevator it’s old so it take time to go up... clean rooms. I particularly liked those big Windows with a great view over the hotel square (I stayed at 7th floor). Good access to the internet. However Sometimes I could hear noise from other rooms. Also they forgot to clean the room and to change the towels on the second day. Located in Neubau Neighborhood is a good choice if you want to use public transports, 5 min walk from 2 ü-bahn stations (line U3-U6) or the electric. From the airport I took an uber for 30€ and it takes +\- 30 min. Many places where you can eat around.

I have stayed 7 nights the last week with my daughter. The hotel was very clean and you can find it, in an excellent location. We really had a lovely time there. The Receptionist Souleiman and the young morning lady were very polite and helpful. I will surely recommend it to anyone. Cyprus
