We took the premium room, it was great , large room and a lot of space.Just one thing the door handle of the bathroom was broken when we came. The stuff and the workers are very welcoming and the location of the hotel is on the store’s alley which was great for shopping.

Very nice, clean, large rooms with AC. Front desk staff was helpful. You will NOT have a single English speaking channel, not even BBC. That was frustrating for a 6 night stay In my opinion, it's too expensive to not have one channel. It also seems as though English speaking channels were purposely removed. There is no bar or anything to purchase at the hotel. This is nothing to do with the hotel. Be aware this country despises Americans. They hate, hate, hate us. You will be treated horribly no matter how much you try to do the right thing. You will be repeatedly given wrong instructions and then accosted by 8 men on the street to pay fines. They yell at you for no reason. Vienna isn't even that pretty. Spend your money elsewhere. There are MANY prettier places who will treat you nicely.

We loved the location on one of Vienna's shopping streets, Mariahilfer Street. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was decent. It was very kind of the hotel to provide us with a complimentary late check-out until 5:00 PM since our flight was late in the evening.

We stayed in the hotel for a weekend. The Family room was spacious and perfect for a family with two little children. Although the hotel is located on a very busy street, the room was quiet. There was a large selection of food for breakfast. But what made it the top experience was the staff! Everybody was very kind and welcoming. We will surely stay in this hotel again when we go to Vienna!

We were so pleasantly surprised this weekend. Our room was exceptional- absolutely huge, stacks of natural light and our bed was an emperor which was divine as my partner is 2m tall. The bathroom was well appointed too and they had a great space to relax and a separate desk to work from too. Breakfast was fine, we decided not to purchase it on the second morning but it was good enough. The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect, right in the centre and opposite the metro. Good bars, restaurants and attractions are within a 10 minute walk. What a hidden gem, we will be back soon, thank you.

A hotel without hot water, and when you ask the receptionist after waiting for more than an hour, the answer is that he does not have a magic hand for me to deal with the issue. Disappointed, I expected to be a good hotel

My entire experience with NH hotels from when I needed to make a reservation through to check in has been nothing short of incredible. The hotel is situated in a premium location with everything right outside your doorstep from shopping to trays to restaurants. It’s an absolute gem! This is probably one of the best NH hotels I’ve stayed in and the staff here make sure to keep to this standard too. Shout out to Nadine who calmly and efficiently sorted out any issues I had during the reservation process making my holiday in Europe all the more enjoyable. This will be my go to place to stay every time I visit Vienna :) thank you NH hotel and Nadine!

Pros: Hotel location is great. Cons: The room wasn't clean upon arrival. The floors are dusty, some parts are visibly deteriorated. It is outrageous that you have to request for room service to get the room cleaned otherwise it will not. Parking is 24€ per night, I had a problem with the parking garage one night were it didn't open. I talked to the receptionist but was unhelpful saying this garage doesn't belong to the hotel. They didn't even attempt to help in the situation. The fitness center is a joke, only 2 treadmills no weights and it is extremely small. If you request a late check out, they charge 10€/hr. Overall, bad experience at this hotel I don't recommend it.

Very kind and welcoming stuff. Big room (room for 3), comfortable with tables, safe, mini bar, nespresso machine and more. The location is excellent, next to U3 metro line station, and on the Maria Hilfer street with many stores, restaurants, fast foods, supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is pretty expensive (not included), so we didn't take it (I don't know if it worth it, but there are many alternatives around).

We visited here to find amazing people providing accommodating advice. The room was lovely and spacious (superior room) and it had a great view of the city. We had issues with the room as it was so hot and the AC was not working. I requested for help but none arrived. The hotel is in a great location, opposite McDonald’s and near the main station.

I want to give special recognition to a young man, I believe by the name of Peter, blond hair with glasses. Who was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and kind during my stay at this hotel. Not only was he attentive, but very helpful! This hotel is perfectly situated on a pedestrian street filled with shops and close to buses and other modes of transportation. In front is a McDonald’s and a grocery store, I mean you really can’t go wrong with that. The rooms are large and spacious, very clean, and uncluttered. The bed and the pillows were incredibly comfortable as well, I slept like an empress (no pun intended). Shower had great pressure and it was modern, aka I did not have to climb in lol Highly recommend this hotel!

It was our second time here, rooms are spacious and the cleanliness always matched the standard of the hotel. Reception is fast and kind at check-in, the black haired girl serving at breakfast on 11/15 was very kind and professional with guests. We will be back!

Hidden gem of Wien. Very conveniently located on a commercial street with lots of boutiques and restaurants, this hotel is offers clean and spacious rooms and a delicious breakfast with a breathtaking view ! What a great start of the day to enjoy your coffee on the top floor with great view on the roofs of Wien. Great choice of food, bread, cold cuts, cheese , pastries and much more ! Totally recommended!

My husband and I have stayed at several NH hotels throughout Europe and we really like them. This one wasn’t the exception, the rooms are very spacious which was very convenient since we were traveling with big luggages. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious as well. The staff is very polite and helpful, everyone we met was courteous and friendly. The location is good, you’ll be surrounded by shops, walking distance to the main attractions will be a bit far but if you take advantage of the subway which is right outside the hotel, you’ll get there in less than 15 min. Only problem we encountered was the keycards were faulty, we had to constantly go to the lobby to get them activated again, it could be a problem if you’re out late because the staff leaves sometimes and they close the hotel door and the only way in is with your keycard! Imagine if it doesn’t work and no one is there to open the door for you. Big problem! Also the rooms get very warm! Even during winter it can get unbearable, we opened the window and it only helped a bit.

We are staying for a week in the hotel and enjoying it very much. A family of four. We took two spacious rooms in a fine price. Rooms are clean and well equiped. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind. It's a good choice. Located perfectly on Mariahilferstr.

Everything about this hotel was great. Specially i want mention here Peter and Emine (on reception) who were incredibly helpful and friendly. Superb location, clean room, big bathroom and friendly staff! If you are looking to be right in the middle of things, this hotel is for you. Its literally right in the middle of the shopping/pedestrian district. We would have preferred to be in a slightly less busy area, but now we know, thus 3 stars. Opening the windows at night proved to be noisy until the late night hours due to all tge pedestrian traffic below. Rooms are updated, clean & spacious though. Giving only 3 stars due to. But overall, giving only 3 stars because of location, no full restaurant/bar on premisis & also the mattress was very, very firm. Probably the hardest we have ever slept on.

Gorgeous rooms, very clean and a lot of space ! Very good and varied breakfast! Very good placement, with restaurants , coffee shop, shopping stores nearby ! All the employees very nice ! 100% recommended!

I love most of the time the nh hotel this one is quite old school compare to the concurrence in 2022: TV without casting solution and internet free but slow (not usable)... due to these limitations we hadn't used it... But it's a very good value: the rooms are comfortable and spacy, beds very comfortable, breakfast with large choices and very tasty, the noise isolation seems very good (we heard nothing) Really me, my wife and my daughter spend very nice time at the hotel.

Wonderful boutique hotel in city center. The room was ideal for 2 adults with 3 years old child. Comfortable king size bed. The breakfast at NH as like usuall very tasty. Close to the MQ, Hause der Meere. There are a lot wonderfull restaurants and bars in area. Good connection with train center with 13A bus.

Excellent hotel! Very helpful and kind staff! Rooms were clean and spacious! There was parking underneath! And the most important it's located at an amazing neighborhood!

We had amazing 5 days in this hotel. Given the location, it's understandable that you can find anything you need in less than 5 mins walk, food, drinks, kids playground... Hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there are plenty garages around at reasonable price, so we parked in a underground garage less than 2 mins walk from the hotel. Subway station is literally at the front door. Staff is great, very friendly and communicative. Highly recommended.

Hotel in a really good location, close to many restaurants and the avenue of shops. The service at the hotel and the attitude of the employees is excellent and we received our every request. The best value for money. 🙂

Another excellent stay the NH Collection in Vienna. Great location in the middle of the shopping high street. Within walking distance of loads of great restaurants, bars and some of the major sights in Vienna. Great breakfast, spacious and quite rooms.

Service is outstanding. They made sure they answered all our questions and had awesome recommendations for resturants and sights and transportation. We looked forward to the next day's breakfast..incredible! Centered in the heart of shopping but not far from most of the main sights to see. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!!

The convenience of the Hotel NH Collection Wien Zentrum has made our trip. The staff simply can't do enough for you; they gave excellent advice about the sights around the hotel, as well as assisted during check out. Our room was small and slightly dark, but sufficient for a base for our trip. Breakfast was good. We look forward to returning hopefully soon.

Stayed in the XL double room for a few days, was spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location 1 minute walk to the metro, 1 minute walk to the supermarket. Had the best experience!

Ben and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was disappointing and certainly not worth 25 euros. Great location. Very convenient. Lack of streaming capability was a big negative especially with a lack of English channels.
