As for a person who worked in a hospitality and multiple hotels, it’s just mind-blowing that someone entered at 8 am (!) to our room and it probably was housekeeping, which is the biggest mistake I can imagine from hotel staff. No basic slippers/ robe or bottle of water in a room. And somehow you expect it when you pay 350 euro for 2 nights. No flexibility for late check out at all, even 1 h. About advantages: Good location, (even though street is quite noisy even during the night); room is stylish and clean. They offer you voucher for free drinks in case you don’t choose for housekeeping service during your stay.

The most welcoming and cosy hotel to stay in, besides yoga room, library and your private cinema, the design of the rooms makes you feel like every time you return to a place like home. I love the step in shower and their best self care products, that you can also buy from the lobby shop. The staff is amazing and even if you go there only for drinks on the terrace or a business meeting, Hubert and Kris will comfort you with the best atmosphere, drinks and warmth❣️

Very nice and pretty special hotel with it's vibe and attention to details - rooftop bar with terrace, working spots and even a library and mini-cinema. Breakfast made of high quality products. Bright rooms with really comfy beds and pillows. But what makes your stay is people. You really feel special attitude. Service definitely deserves 5 stars. I had support in every request from scissors to open the suitcase to changing the room for one with different view. Special thanks to Hubert, Niko, Hannah and Nikola for being there and permanent support.

The staff is the very best thing at this hotel! All the employees at reception, bar and patio were outstanding! all professional, friendly and caring! the hotel is pretty and very clean, and in good location! the only disappointing thing was the lack of door or front curtain in the shower!

The bar has great atmosphere, amazing outdoor area, delicious drinks and very friendly employees. Bartender Altan was very kind and attentive, took our order swiftly and precisely. He made us feel very welcome. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a chilled drink after work or on the weekend. 🍸🍹👍

I’ve been staying 24-25 of March 2022 in Ruby Marie with my family. There is a very comfortable zone for working. It has a great location. The breakfast is cool. We are sure to come back and stay at this hotel. Strongly recommended. Additionally, I'd like to appreciate Ruby Marie for free hosting refugees from Ukraine. It is your contribution to victory!

Very good hotel for the 107€ per night. The room was more than excellent for the money we spent. Quite near to city center of Vienna. No check out was needed. I definitely recommend that.

Was greeted with, “no cleaning of room?” Apparently they give you a drink if you don’t have your room cleaned to save water. (A bit odd when the sink cannot be plugged so you have to run tap to shave). I said I wanted my room cleaned (there three nights) and it was, very well. Corridors all painted black with dim lights - so dark I couldn’t see my room number direction so walked all the way around searching for it. So arrival not great impression and beer selection terrible (find a bar). BUT… room pleasant, comfortable large bed, good walk in shower and enough space. Great breakfast with friendly staff who remembered my coffee order each day and served excellent flat white! Didn’t get time to see movies, but a nice touch. Helpfully stored bag on departures day so I could take a walk. Good location near Ubahn (get off station before Westbahnhof, much less hassle). Right next to shopping street and a nice walk to the park to see Mozart statue. Let’s say it grew on me!

A very good hotel very near the center of Vienna. The price for why they offer is really good. That why I rank them with 5 stars. Check out is not needed and the room was more than excellent for the 107€ we paid.

If you’re planning on going to Vienna. This is the place to stay. We took a week trip to Vienna and stumbled upon this hotel for our stay. Upon arrival, we were kindly welcomed by staff at reception and they ensured that check in went more than quickly and smoothly. Our hotel room met our requests and exceeded our expectations. Clean, fresh and a beautiful city view. Including a sweet touch of local chocolates and water for the parched after a long travel day. The location is nothing short of perfect, every transportation option is just around the corner, including a huge supermarket. The hotel also offers numerous facilities for every need, calming yoga? movie nights? work space? All needs met. This also includes the lovely Bar & Restaurant, a modern but cozy living room space which was well visited most nights and created a warm atmosphere. Their menu is quite literally pages long which makes making a final decision quite difficult but no choice of drink was ever regretted. They have incredibly delicious house cocktails :) The staff Niko, Rainer or Hubert were also always open to helping you, whether it was to help you choose a drink of your liking or help guide you to top locations on the Vienna map. They also have a beautiful rooftop which we can only recommend. Sadly due to the unfortunate weather, we never really got to fully make use of it, but it’s therefore on our bucket list for next time. Thank you for making us feel right at home, we‘ll definitely see you again!

Really great hotel, positioned in a fantastic spot where I'm able to reach whichever shop I want in no time on foot. The room I got is good enough for me, has a nice view of the plaza it's in. The bar withing the reception has a unique look from what I've experienced in other hotels so far, a neat little garden where you can enjoy your drink out in the open air. The staff (Hubert, Niko, Maya and the rest of them) are all cordial, available and ready to give out any advice regarding the city if you ask them. Overall my experience has been so far really good, I'd probably book it if I were to visit Wien once more.

The staff is great. Despite it has young staff, the room was very clean, and they were very professional and helpfull. The reception not being on ground floor is a minus. The 2 half covers instead of a big One or cover sheet is also strange. The bar cocktails are great. And the bar/breakfast área is also very enjoyable.

it was a great stay for us at Ruby‘s! the staff is very friendly and supportive, the rooms are spacious and clean & the food and drinks are awesome. they offer free yoga sessions and even have a cinema & library in there! highly recommend it as it is also located perfectly close to everything, you can reach the clubs, main shopping street and most of the tourist attractions by foot. loved it!

I booked the venue for a morning of yoga on the rooftop and breakfast after. The entire group of 12 people enjoyed it so much. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooftop for yoga nice and the breakfast delicious. We look forward to return there ! Warm thanks to the entire team.

Clean and and asthetic hotel with a funky design. The staff are very friendly and kind, and do their best to accommodate the hotel guests, especially Hubert. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and were pleasantly surprised with the quick and easy check in, and within no time Hubert was helping us pick out our first round of cocktails from the hotel bar open 24/7! Really recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. They are very forward thinking you can forgo room clean up for a cocktail to help with the environment. They have free yoga classes and also every night they play 2 movies at 6 and 9pm on the home cinema. They also have a library and work space and free tea on hand as well. They have a bar. And the shower was amazing with the rain water feature. My favourite hotel at a reasonable price as well- also close to westbanoff station. Very convenient.

Spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel, it is in a perfect location, close to the city center and other attractions like schönbrunn palace. The hotel is aesthetically very appealing and its very clean with some cool things like a movie lounge and a rooftop bar. The staff were super nice, especially Serj who was very kind and helpful, made the stay better.

Great place to stay and all staff have been very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. I really appreciated their attention to the environment and their efforts towards sustainability. I would definitely recommend it.

My friend and I went for an evening drink at the bar and I was delighted with the whole experience. We were greeted by the lovely hostess Antonia and shown to the bar. The bartenders Hubert, Nicolas and Rainer took good care of us for the rest of the night

I love the place and the bar area is so cool and authentic. We had breakfast and some drinks there. The employees are very nice and friendly, David, Nick and Melike. If you ever decide to go there for drinks, just order Amaretto Sour or Averna Sour. Delicious!

This hotel was perfect. Great location for using the public transportation, the bar is open 24 hours and the staff was very nice. We will definitely stay here again if/when we return to Vienna.

The loft, not quite the size of a loft. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. There is no double blanket. There is no reception phone. There is no mini bar or coffee machine. The hotel employees are young and inexperienced. In addition, the hotel presents as if there are yoga classes in the hotel. This is a misrepresentation, because the guests are sent to an external yoga studio and must contact the yoga instructor and do the registration themselves when the number of places is limited.

Great hotel with a very cosy setup in rooms and bar and restaurant. Would highly recommend for either business travellers or vacation. My only niggle, the beds have a square frame that sticks out from the mattress and I lost count how many times I caught my legs on those sharp edges, hence the 4 stars only for rooms. Will stay again next time in Vienna

Ruby hotels are a great way to stay in general. Ruby Marie is conveniently located perfectly next to a major transportation hub in Vienna. The rooms are nice even though I had the feeling that they could use the space somewhat more efficiently (and usefully for the guest). Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and slept quite well, which is all I really want from a hotel.

We loved the stay. We passed by on our trip through Austria to get a quick drink but ended up staying for 6 hours. Great drinks and super friendly staff. Special thanks to Hubert (or Herbert?) and Melike - they even organized a cab for me after getting so hammered, that I couldn't hold up my phone straight up anymore. Strongly recommend 10/10

Tonight we spent a great evening at Ruby Marie's bar and I wanted to write this review to highlight the service of the two bartenders working that night. If I remember correctly, their names were Hubert and Nico, and they went above and beyond to make our night a great one! Great service, superb insight in drink selection and all roung amazing service professionals. We will definitely be coming back!

Stylish with great breakfast buffet. A bit pricey, but worth the location and interior design. Also good for remote working.

Great hotel. Easy check in and check out, room was perfect & felt spacious, good location (right next to the U3, lots of shops & restaurants in walking distance), and some nice extra touches like amps in the room or drinks vouchers. Best thing was the service though - everyone was lovely, but in particular I want to mention Serj behind the (24 hour) bar who was really helpful and great company when I had to spend a few hours getting work done overnight. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in Vienna.

Great. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace on the 5th floor featuring not only a cool atmosphere but an equally nice bar. It’s classic industrially styled, giving it a nice, contemporary vibe — cocktails are nice, and so is the service. The rooms are great, too; I like the addition of a yoga room so you can stretch out properly and get into your zen.

Amazing cosy rooftop bar near Westbahnhof and Mariahilfer Straße. Keep in mind the drinks are a bit pricey but very delicious.

Really nice hotel. Friendly & helpful staff, location is great with easy access to trams & trains. Room was spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. AC situation was a little strange in that if the room was too warm but the outside temp was below a certain level then you couldn't cool it down - but we managed. Overall really recommend this place.

This hotel has the coolest vibe! You walk in and the music is just right, the design carefully curated and it smells nice. Perfect central location, good cocktails and also kid friendly. I was with my 16 yo and my 7 yo and the staff was so accommodating. The best part, I have to say is the staff: cool, patient, friendly and professional! This was not our first time, we love this place, the bar, the rooftop terrace, the breakfast, the room, really everything. They welcomed our two year old, which was so nice of them, the only downside is the size of the bed. We had the wow room and it only has 160 wide, which was narrow for us. Other than that a perfect stay! Highly recommend.

A good 4 star hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing. The staff in the hotel are so nice and friendly. Rooms are ok if you are coming as couples or family because you will have a little privacy in the shower 😅. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Just be aware that at the beginning of summer or end of it the AC system may not work. There is also no phone in the room. It was a bit uncomfortable especially for calling the reception. We had a car and parked it in the parking lot across the street from the hotel. It is 25 euros which was not a problem for me as long as there is a spot for the car. Overall a good hotel. The only improvement I wish they have for the future is providing phones in the room to call reception and a better AC system.

This is a really unique and hipster type of hotel in Vienna! If you enjoy this type of vibe you will really like it! The service staff is friendly and speak english well. The bar is 24/7 we did not get a chance to try it but we plan on doing so when we come back. We spent about 100$ for the night which is very reasonable priced for Vienna.

Hotel with a great and modern style! Rooms are not too small and they have an open bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. The facilities include bar, movie lounge, working spaces. They even allow you to borrow their electric guitar in the room and plug it in the amplifier for some jamming sessions.. for free! It is less than 5 minutes from Westbanhof with trams, subway and trains. Overall it was better than expected. Highly recommended!

Not worth the price! You pay the price of an expensive 4 star hotel but you get the treatment of a cheap hostel. Rooms lack cofffee and tea, not even complimentary water! No fridge! No slippers! Not even a phone to call reception, no room service! Nothing in the room that gives you information; no tourist guide, no map, no nothing! need anything you have to go to reception! I asked for a dental kit and they made me pay for it! It is a nice hotel but not worth the expensive price!

Located in Westbahnhof, which is a couple metro stations away from the most important attractions, I definitely recommend this hotel. The check-in is smooth, the staff is accommodating and friendly. They also help out with any questions you may have. Their bar is open 24/7 which can come in handy. The rooms are adequate and clean. You can opt out of cleaning for a single drink voucher.

This hotel was even better than expected. We were very happy with the room and the hotel offers many cool things, like a movie theatre where they show classics daily (e.g. 12 Angry Men, Once Upon A Time in the West). Had an amazing time at the bar of Ruby Marie Hotel. Vibrant atmosphere and great range of cocktails for all tastes! The barmen, Nikola, Hubert and Rainer, were not only skilled but also incredibly friendly. Their top-notch service made my visit memorable. Highly recommended!
