I had high hopes for this hotel but unfortunately it let me down. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly. Got to my room and wasn't pleased with the AC filter. It was absolutely filthy. I included a photo of it. I let the front desk know but they couldn't be bothered too much with it. Truely unfortunate. Sleep was good. Quiet room. Upon checkout I needed to store my luggage for the day. This was another let down. Their luggage storage room isn't secure one bit. No locked door or anything. Literally anyone could walk into this room and steal anyone's luggage. Not something that sat well with me but nothing I could do. I would recommend skipping this hotel as there are plenty of other ones in the city that will offer cleaner rooms and better security.

Nice location , exceptional breakfast , friendly staff . Kids love it .room was spacious for our whole family . Only one hiccup we were living in apartment site where there was no elevator but staff did took our luggage to the room . I would also suggest that they should keep adapters for Phone charging for US travelers.I have to find one desperately on my arrival as our devices were dying . I got it from one of local shop outside at 10 euro but was a headache as I didn’t have euro on me and they wouldn’t take dollars or credit card . It’s walking distance to westbahnhof station where you can take train to Salzburg if you going there .You can take subway at the same location to any place in Vienna . Their restaurant is nice and always busy with locals. If you are looking for halal food , there are multiple places on your walk to station which are cheap . If you are looking to pray Friday prayer there is a masjid Ibrahim at 5 minutes walk , Friday prayer at 130 pm .

Decent rooms in a hotel with a brewery. Nice bar & outside beer garden 👌 Good selection of craft beers, made locally. 25 min walk to the centre. Enjoyed the stay Recommended

I must admit, I was quite disappointed with this hotel, given overall high ratings. I booked it for my parents for their 4 day stay in Vienna. Room was very dark, there was not enough light in it, so in the evening hours it was difficult to do anything inside, after telling about it to the hotel staff, nothing was done to improve the situation. Cleaning personnel did not replace basic things like toilet paper or soap until you specifically ask them for it. Restaurant was good indeed, beer was nice as well.

A hotel with a brewery, where you can enjoy literally all types of beer. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff and phenomenal food. Very close to Westbahnhof and all major museums in Vienna. For every recommendation.

An amazing experience.. very clean and spacious rooms.. I am giving 5 stars for this.. but honestly only one thing they need to check is the noise-cracking wooden floor in the rooms .. but would definitely repeat my visit again there regardless any other note

I enjoyed the daily lunch menu, very tasty & affordable. Anya the waitress is just so cool & always smiling! I really enjoyed my stay. The room is spacious & bed is super comfortable. Thank you✌️

The room and service were good. The hotel is a little out of the city centre but everything was accessible by public transit. My one concern was around luggage storage - luggage is stored in a room that is unlocked and accessible by anyone. All of my belongings were safe but I made sure to keep all of my valuables on me.

Great location close to Schonbrunn and Westbahnhoff station, the area outside has many cafes and bars. The breakfast is good and the room was incredibly quiet. Slept very well.

The facility is quiet new, clean. They have a very nice brewery but most of all, there is a very nice staff named "Tabea". She is the best in the city. She is so nice, kind and lovely. Thanks to her(!!!) at the Info desk, we really enjoyed our stay.

Exceeded my expectations. Room was clean, fairly equipped, and despite the restaurant right below the window, it was quiet as well. The hotels isn't exactly in the city center, but there are various stores, restaurants, bars, tram and subway stops, even a pharmacy nearby, so the location couldn't get much better than this.

Great hotel, 2 minutes walk from station that is connected with all parts of the city of Vienna. Service is excellent, everyone is very kind and helpful. Food in restaurant is very tasty and breakfast too.

I love Wien and this is my second staying at Brauhof , with my husband and son. Twice I had the same room which is sensational! The food is delicious and serving is fast. All staff members are always smiling, willing to help or give information.

Good Hotel, very spacious room, great location near to many good restaurants and also opposite to tramway stop. Only issue is some basic amenities were missing in the room like a phone to contact reception, Electric kettle, cups (which can be provided if you ask at the reception), Tea/coffee sachets etc. All over it's a good hotel

Perfect stay for any beer enthusiast. Everything is nice and clean and beer-themed. The restaurant with its own beer and Austrian cuisine is also recommendable.

Nice hotel, large rooms, and a beer garden attached. You are a bit away from centre, but metro is nearby, 4 stops und you are there. Perfect place for Vienna visit. Large shopping street nearby with all the boring chains you know and some individual shops in-between. The restaurant attached to hotel offers classic Austrian Cousine at relatively high level. Schnitzel. With perfect crust, my Tafelspitz melted on the tongue. There is a courtyard beer garden which is very nice. I would go there anytime again. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast (nice).

+The hotel is located ok, close to a tram station and only 5 minutes from U3. The room was spacious, they prepared a crib for the baby and they used a room that was very quiet for the stay. The beds were exactly what i wanted when it comes to firmness. Everything was clean and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was really good and it had plenty of choices. -They have hardwood floors that squeaked like crazy every time you stepped on them so it was almost impossible to move while the baby slept. Lucky for us we didn't need it but if we did, she would have definitely woke up. There was also an issue with getting with a stroller on the terrace of the restaurant as there were 3 steps so you had to manually lift it and climb the stairs. But that's me being picky.

The hotel has everything you need. The brewery is good advantage. We had very nice stay. The only bad thing was really uncomfortable smell from bathroom (the drain?).

Great hotel, the staff is perfect, beautiful summer garden. The rooms are big and spacious with a high ceilings, breakfast is very nice, but there would need to be some variation of food selection during weekdays. Beer selection is excellent!🍺🍺

If you are a beer lover and love to travel this Hotel-Craft Pub-Restaurant is the perfect place for you. Very friendly staff, on-site parking and a beautiful indoor terrace make this a paradise in the middle of the city. The rooms are spacious and overlooking the terrace which is covered with tall trees and the whole terrace is in shade. The food was top notch and the choice of beers offered would not embarrass even better Craft pubs. Their IPA is one of the best IPAs I’ve tried. The perfect place where we enjoyed endlessly and where we will definitely return. Tanja & Kristian

Great hotel. Very good rooms. Great service. Good AC in every room. Large rooms. Great breakfast. A very nice inner courtyard, with own, very good, restaurant. They make they own beers (tens of variations). I recommend it for all.

Very nice place to grab drinks in the evening. They have an amazing selection of beers ranging from imported ones to their own ones.

Excellent breakfast (own barista serve the Coffee) clean room, beer is frenetic. Nice staffs, great job!

Love the place it's in main area with lots of restaurant & shopping stores Hotel was great & amazed with their hospitality .My kids liked there breakfast menu lots of yummy options 👍

Lovely Hotel, excellent service, the breakfast was tasty and the located very smart. Is near supermarket, pharmacy, etc and they provide us a very convenient parking for the car.

Service is great and you can have COVID19 test with free charge which is very convenient. Rooms are big with kitchen which is wonderful. We really love it. Breakfast is good as well special on the garden like outdoor place. I'd like to stay here again next time.

The hotel was excellent.Located in a quiet part of Vienna. The room was spacious and clean;it was actually cleaned everyday. The breakfast was also nice.

The room was spacious, cozy and modern. Breakfast was wonderful with great coffee and service. The on site restaurant has good beer and food. Very happy with my stay!
