Very rude staff, initially they said for one night 60€, when we were asked to pay they said it was 70€, same as on booking. They didn't say sorry or apologize, they almost started shouting and were super rude and very aggressive! Then they even asked 100€ deposit as for the room like we were stuck in the 90s in Eastern Europe! When we finally got into our room it was 14 degress (see photo) and the window was open in January, mind you it was -5 degrees outside! We got a different room but still cold inside! It was still cold in the room even though the heater had been on for a while.

Excellent place to stay in Vienna. Not so far from city centre, just 2 stops by city train S7 and you are on Mitte. Comfortable, modern and stylish. You have everything what you need in your room. Comfortable big bed, enough pillows and towels, shower gels and also hair dryer. There was modern bathroom, I'm sure, you will enjoy. The possibility to control rooms microclimate was also good. Price was good for Vienna. For 2 nights we paid only 89€.

The only good thing is the location next to the metro stop. The service is really bad no room service people are so rude at the front desk when you ask for something. I don't recommend it for a chill stay

Just back from a much-needed 18-night stay in Vienna, at the Niu. It's my second visit, and I was not disapointed. Anna is the star of the show.. the glue that holds everything together. And just like my last visit, she looked after me sooo well, especially when I caught flu. She made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Anna received a managerial promotion during my stay....it was no surprise to me...she more than deserves it! 🥉 A big thanks also go out to all the other awesome front desk staff: David, Georgia, Lucia and Serhandt who also looked after me so well...everyone is so kind and friendly and keen to help. It's handy to be able to order a pizza to eat at the bar/lounge area if you don't want to go out or when your lieferando gets lost between Praterstern u. Dresdnerstr., and guests can also enjoy a weekend breakfast until the preferred later time of 11.30am. My room was spacious and quiet, and I was so glad the complimentary shower gel was the same as my on last visit..it's amazing. If I have one criticism, 2 mattresses side by side on 1 base move apart during the night as we move/turn over. So once again, Thank Yiu Niu...I will be back! Bis dann, Sarah 😍🤩🤗 xx

I booked a hotel room, but when I arrived, they told me that my room was already taken. The whole hotel is booked, no one called me, wrote me, etc. They offered me the same room in another hotel, for the same money. But it turned out that the room there was terrible - old, small, dirty, no air conditioning, it was cold and damp. After one night there and contacting Booking support, I was offered a discount and breakfast as an apology - but that's nothing compared to the discomfort I had to endure. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Because in a controversial situation, they do not care about your comfort.

Our stay was for Business, so the location was selected accordingly. Going into the city center took a little while, but was not impossible (bear in mind, that you should download the app for citywide travel). The reception was friendly and quick. The Room was clean, tidy and the Bathroom was clean as well. The waterpressure and temparature was great when showering, the mattress was just the right combination of not too hard and not too soft. Only the Pillows were a bit "flat" for me. Overall a great Hotel and would recommend, if looking for a stay in Vienna.

A very modern hotel with inimalistic infra in the room. No cupboard in room only open shelves, no hooks or shelf in bathroom to keep yout shaving kit exvept the small marble top, even the foor to bathroom is missing. If you want to hang your bath towel no place for that exvept the handle outside the glass door. Breakfast also followed the same theme to some extent.

Very close to tram station, takes 10-15 min to go the center. Breakfast was very nice. Friendly customer service. I just did not like the shower because of a glass door. It’s close to train station. Since we stayed upstairs, we did not hear any noise.

This is an excellent budget option for most people, easily accessible via public transport, although it is not super close to the city center. The room is fairly spacious, ideal for two people; however, tram noise could wake you up in the middle of your sleep. Considering the price I paid, I recommend this as a great option for staying in Vienna.

The location is excellent, easily accessible by car, and a quick tram ride (10-15 minutes) to the old city center. The garage parking is convenient, although a bit pricey. The hotel itself is beautifully and modernly decorated. The staff is decent and willing to help. However, the beds were disappointingly uncomfortable. The "double bed" is essentially two single mattresses placed side by side. On a positive note, the separate toilet and shower from the rest of the room were a great feature.

I called on Friday night (11/24) from Brazil to help my sister. She missed the bus, and I called to let them know she wouldn't be able to make it on time but to keep her reservation. The attendant was extremely rude, unwilling to help, couldn't find her name, even though I tried numerous times to provide the reservation number, he wouldn't listen. This is very wrong; people travel the world and encounter problems, and this could have had physical and financial consequences. Providing support is a responsibility; I hope he never needs help when traveling.

A bit far from the center. Close to the train to the airport. Food is fine in the morning, not wouao. The spa didn't work, and they didn't offer compensation for that. The staff was nice except a couple of workers there .

Nice and clean. Fresh hotel and they have genius way of exchanging room cleaning for a drink. No need to make my bed, I'll gladly enjoybmy beer.

beautiful place with modern look and very calibrated. I come from Milan, the city of the design avant-guarde and so i can appreciate this unexpected style in the hotel. Breakfast rich and people very nice and efficient with the customers' needs.

My reccommendation for a short trip in Vienna. 1 min away from Trasengasse station that connects to airport directly and also tram 2 just in front of the hotel that connects to the center (Ring strasse). Cool rooms, very colorful and clean. Interesting initiative to have free drinks in exchange of not cleaning your room for a day in order to protect the environment. Great staff!

Stayed 2 nights for a concert trip, nice experience. The location is easily reachable, multiple public transport lines nearby. The staff is kind and flexible, room was clean and well-equipped. Will book here next time also. 👌

Cozy hotel with a unique disegin by artists. Only drawback I can think about is the costly parking (17 EUR / night) and that the room could be slightly bigger. However, opening the sliding glass wall of the bathroom can make the room feel a bit more spacious. The breakfast is awesome and the staff is always helpful.

hotel very well positioned in relation to the QBB station coming from the airport (a few hundred meters or less). The connection to the city center is extremely accessible: in front of the hotel. the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. rich breakfast, a pancake machine that my daughter appreciated! :) Staff available. Unique looking place with cozy rooms. Breakfast needs a bit more variety! Also some rooms are next to the train track but the room noise isolation is not too bad.

Such a great hotel! We had a wonderful stay here during our visit to Vienna. The tram stop is right outside the hotel and gives you a few stops ride straight to the center of Vienna and the main historical sites. The staff was wonderful, very kind and polite. Very good breakfast and nice rooms. 100% good choice!!

It is a very nice hotel. Rooms are smaller but tastefully done and you have everything you would need. I was there on a business trip and will come back next time for a stay.

We booked a sprs.me trip and went to Vienna. It was a good stay at the hotel. We should have got a deluxe room but it was just a regular room. The beds were really hard. When we asked for a topmatras, we got one. That is good service. Also nice to get a drink at the bar and take it to the room. Breakfast is also nice, enough choice.

Friendly staff, varied breakfast, new and clean, young vibe, small terrace in the back of the hotel Incentive for being more nature friendly (free drinks at the bar if you skip one day of cleaning/changing sheets or towels) A bit far from city center but Tram no 2 stops right in front of the hotel and takes you downtown the rooms are quite small, so if you need more space, make sure you upgrade from Standard i would have preferred having different bottles for shampoo and soap/shower gel (not all in 1) We definitely  didn't like the skull picture in the room (right in front of the bed)

Advantages: style is great. Location is normal. Property is very clean Disadvantages: very uncomfortable beds with gap in the middle, small blankets and super hard mattress. Staff is super unfriendly and unprofessional - their knowledge of English is very poor, when you try to speak to them in German they quickly become angry and impatient. Guys, if you can’t be patient, helpful and communicate your ideas - you’d better not work in hospitality field

The breakfast table was before covid (2years ago) better and more delicious, but still it&s ok.In the room i am missing something to place my suitcase..I appreciate voucher for free drink at the bar,when you do not want to clean your room...

Small rooms but perfectly serviceable for what one needs. My room was at the back of the hotel, right opposite the train tracks, so there was a fair amount of noise. My shower drain also had an awful smell at times; there is no bathroom door so the smell lingered in the room. Staff seem friendly enough! Good location: you can walk to the main tourist area within about 30-40 mins or you can get the metro/subway (5 min walk) or the tram (right outside the hotel). Prater is about a 20 min walk, or, again, you can use public transport. For one of the more budget friendly Vienna options, it isn’t too shabby!

This hotel was great for a short stay in Vienna. It was a very short walk from a train station that connected directly to the airport train station. And then there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel that connects straight to the heart of Vienna. The staff were very accommodating as we arrived much earlier than check in but they let us leave our bags and explore the city while they got our room ready. Throughout our stay we had an extremely pleasant time. The only thing was that our room was next to the train tracks and this could be a bit loud throughout the night. But when you're extremely tired from exploring all day, you can definitely sleep through the night.

I was very pleased by this hotel that i stayed with my friend for the weekend. Everything was fine and clean! The room was exactly as he was on the pictures. The only thing that was missing was some cutlery and cups. But a great plus was the we had tablegames on our room so we could play. I would recommend it for anyone!

Affordable price. The rooms are clean though a bit tight. The location is not good if you want to walk about or hang out near the hotel. Very few places to eat and virtually no shopping. The hotel restaurant is breakfast only. It is 30 minutes by street car to the city center, or 30 minutes by train to the airport. Both street car and train station are very close to this hotel.

Really nice hotel, great staff. Rooms are not bad but were disappointed with the double bed, which was as feared 2 singles were pushed together so was uncomfortable, the pillows were way way too soft, which again didn't lend to a comfortable sleep, the breakfast was WOW! Incredible....I'm a bit disappointed that I tried to take a single croissant from my plate. I couldn't finish tp my room so it would not be wasted, but I was told that I could not remove any food..., I mentioned it's a single croissant that they would have to throw away...., but the waitress was resolute that rules are rules, so in the bin, it went

Very nice, good located and easy going Hotel. Girls at front desk are super nice and helpfull and all staff in general is really polite and guest oriented. Charming lounge bar, breakfast quality is also good. Easy reachable from the city centre and the airport. I will definetly suggest.
