Really disgusting. 1st.: They claim to have Parking but they don't. By Parking they mean you can park on the street, so they start by deceiving you and making you loose money and time. Vienna Hint: if you come with your car, make sure the hotel has private parking!!! 2nd.: It was really dirty and the premises are really out of maintenance. It is a danger specially to little kids, so families please do not book here. (See pics beneath) 3rd.: The surroundings are really not state of the art. The premises are far away from the city centre and the zone is not the safest to walk at night.

Quite big and clean room and bathroom. They speak English at the reception. They lock the central door at 21:00 but you have the key. No problems until now. No elevator at the hotel and we stay at second floor. They seem to be many muslims around the area of hotel.

Staff is nice. The bedroom itself is fine. The bed was good, large closet, a table anf two chairs, a fridge, clean towels and liquid soap and hairdryer in the shower. The layout of the room is somewhat inconvenient, like the shower and toilet is far apart. There is a hallway out of the bedroom to access the shower and the toilet is by the front door. The hallway is cold, though there is a heater is not always on. There is no elevator. The reception is on the second floor. If you have heavy suitcases or bags it's a bit of carrying up the stairs. They should have 'do not disturb' sighs for the rooms, cause of the bedroom being far from the front door, it's hard to hear the knocking by the maids. They usually enter the room and can be caught off guard. The trams are right outside the hotel which is convenient to get you anywhere into the city.

Clean, quiet and fairly comfy. No air conditioning but a fan was provided in the room, which was certainly needed... More toilet paper would have been nice, but we managed. Friendly staff, easy check in/out and reasonable rates, even at such short booking. No restaurant or other food options on-site, but not too far from Vienna centre so plenty to choose from just a few tram stops away.

This is a clean and basic room. Good value with an extremely helpful receptionist. Feels safe around the area. Bar downstairs and vibe of the place is really friendly. Lots of local kebab shops and minimarts to stock up with water, fruit and snacks to keep in the fridge in your room. Some of them open till around 10 pm. Getting around is really easy, catch the number six tram right outside, just a few stops away to the local subway to get into the main attractions. Go on the 6 in the other direction and in about 20 minutes, you can reach another really cool shopping area. Can recommend the place if you want to do Vienna on a budget.

fantastic warm rooms, hot water, comfortable rooms and beds. In the neighborhood a lot of markets and restaurants. Objections to the narrow and steep stairs, no elevator. Bad television program in the rooms. No parking place care got to look at the streets, where it does not pay.

The entrance to this hotel is very shady which next to a restaurant. The room was large and spacious but had separate toilets for bath and commode. There is no lift. Definitely not a place for family. I had to cancel and move to a new hotel.

The receptionist didn't speak English at all, the staff was dirty and some windows were broken. Such a mess of hotel.
