Stayed in that Hotel for 2 nights. Staff are very friendly and the reception area is welcoming. The room is very old model and the bathroom was very small. I had a lovely view over the Vienna and was pleasantly quiet. Location was a little out of the way but had excellent transport links so it was easy to get around.shopping locations and restaurants close, 5 minutes' walk away.

We stayed at this hotel a week ago for 3 nights. It's one step above a youth hostel. Our room was very small for 2 people. Beds were made daily but floors not vacuumed or furniture wiped down. Mugs, glasses & garbage were left untouched. One day we didn't get fresh towels. We called to reception and were told they don't have room service so we would have to go down to get them ourselves!!. The rooms & hallways are in desperate need of painting. Carpets are stained. Breakfast buffet was very good. We ate in the restaurant one night; food was also good there. Location isn't great if you have mobility issues. About a 25 min walk to old Town. 7 min walk to underground metro station. A few of the front desk staff were very helpful helping us navigate the city.

Had no hot water for 2 days. We moved rooms twice. We were told to turn the water on for 10 minutes to have hot water. Staff was nice, the emplacement of the hotel is good, next to some restaurants and metro. Breakfast was simple, apart from the bread we weren't impressed, cake was all industrial, croissant weren't so good either. Overall, the hotel is old, the rooms are old, and most importantly, the doors are very difficult to close, which is problematic for guest safety.

Our staying here was excellent! Even though we would love to have a mini-fridge in the room. 😅 I have to say that this Ibis was a surprise for us: the room was cleaned everyday, the hotel seemed so full of life (they had a lot of X-mas parties downstairs 😂) and the employees were so nice! For sure we'll be back here next year! ❤️

Really good budget hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing! Really friendly, kind, understanding and there's always someone available to talk to. You can get food delivered to the hotel and the hotel serves breakfast. The views from the hotel are surprisingly nice. The rooms are a little small but they're great for the price that you pay. Very clean rooms with all the essentials (just bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste) you can get an ironing board on request. We travelled with two infants so they gave us two cots as well.

The location is excellent, close to a shopping centre. There is a restaurant and the reception as usual, at the ground floor level. The reception staff programs and gives, room key cards to guests, to unlock their rooms from outside. But my room key card, as well as my brother's, malfunctioned several times during my two week holiday. Then I went to the reception, to change my card with a new one, several times, as well as my brother. The restaurant has a variety of food. I have eaten good food such as: - tea with honey; - pancakes with sweet fruit compote; - bread with butter and salt; - croissants (not sweet); - toasted slices of bread with butter and salt; - etc; There needs to be, but is no terrace, where to put your clothes to get dry. The hotel has a clothes cleaning service, which is expensive. The windows must not be open, because there is air conditioning as well. I have had one room with my brother, my parents have had another room, connected to my room with a door, which has been remade to be opened and closed easily during my stay in this hotel. I have had a TV, two beds (one for myself, the other for my brother), a reception phone, a bathroom with a sink and a dryer in such a room. The cleaners have cleaned the rooms once a day. They have knocked on my room's door and asked, when I desire to be cleaned, when myself or my brother was in there. They have changed bedding, cleaned the bathroom and vacuumed carpets. I have moved to my parents room or to stay in the reception, while they have cleaned my room. They have provided very good service.

Great hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fast check in and out. Amazing breakfast! Room is good size, comfortable beds. Little bit far from the center, around 30 minutes walk, but tram station and subway right there. Close to shopping aria. One small thing that was missing for us, it's refrigerator. One big for shearing is available. Thank you for having us.

As always Ibis Hotel provided me excellent experiences. All good, clean, service on high level as well the frendliest staff. One thing I would like to pinpoint one thing. They found me a room, even extremely booked, in 1 A.M. while I did not had any connections to go home until the morning. Kudoz to you gentlemen :)

A pleasant stay. Attentive service, spotless accommodation, reasonably priced and very central to all modes of transport. The food was also well prepared and plentiful but best of all, the hop on and hop off tour bus stops outside the front door. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, very helpfull, room with great view (ask for high floor, you won't regret it!), 5 min maxim proximity to Westbahnhof and Mariahillfstrasse, easy to reach all Vienna highlights. 10 min by tram to Schonbrunn.

Staff always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Location is great. Parking is a bonus. The rooms are for the price...and clean.

The location is great, near West Wien train station and Shopping Mariahilferstrasse area. Rooms are standard old fashion Ibis style. I think they can improve breakfast variety food, for example the orange juice is water and concentrated juice, not cool.

I stayed at this hotel for a city break during the first week in October, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast selection is good and plentiful and I enjoyed an evening meal in the hotel one evening. The location is excellent, very handy for public transport connections at Westbahnhof. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I visited Vienna Zoo during my stay and the directions I was provided with by your reception team to get there were pin-point accurate, this is extremely valuable local knowledge for a first time visitor to Vienna to have access to and is really appreciated. The views from my room on the 10th floor over the west of the city centre were amazing.

The hotel is practically in the city center. Very well connected with public transport in the vicinity. The staff is perfect, and very friendly.

Good and well located. There is no fridge in the rooms. I had a problem at the restaurant. I arrived at night 1h before the kitchen closes but even so my order "was forgotten".

What a beautiful trip this was! And Ibis hotel just made everything so much easier for us, from late food, packed lunches with extra sweets, clean rooms even when we were late, friendly staff, good food, perfect location ❤️

Very oldish hotel but very functional. Clean, well connected to the public transports (Westbahnhoff hub) and close to a lot of services and primarly to Mariahilfer Strasse, a food and shopping street, very useful. Rooms' TV have only Austrich channel and no internet connection so your children (if they don't speak german language) shall not use it in break times if you will stay here for turism (i.e. rainy days)

The hotel rooms are old and not well maintained. There were insects in the room, and it was not that clean. The food was not that bad but a lot of the plates, forks etc. were dirty. A part from that the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional.

The location is really good, near the public transportation stations. The rooms are spacious and clean. We also had a very beautiful view outside towards the church. I will consider coming back here on my next trip to Vienna!

I was really pleased by hotel's quality. A decent hotel with a lot of space inside the rooms, comfortable beds, good shower and a lot of choice of tasty food for breakfast. Liked it a lot

A clean and well-maintained hotel with friendly staff and near the metro. The hotel staff were kind and helpful and it was a good place to spend a few nights in Vienna. At least some of the rooms have some nice views of the city as well. It is well-located close to the Westbahnhof metro stop, which makes it convenient to travel around the city as well.

For the price charged the room was reasonably good. For me the location was great, and what really helped was the inhouse parking facility (though charged separately). What I didn't like so much was the housekeeping service provided. The cleaniness level was a bit below par IMO and there were no trash bins provided in the room (only a small bin provided in the toilet).

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this Ibis. Check-in was a breeze. Staff were polite, attentive and always ready to answer questions and provide suggestions. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. There is a full service bar that has a very decent selection of spirits, wines, beer. Friendly barkeeps. The on-site restaurant has a somewhat limited menu number of items wise. However, the mix of selections was very nice. Prompt service. Very good quality. Definitely would stay here again.

Very good hotel. Pretty good and clean rooms. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel close to good restaurant especially Turkish restaurant. Also i like it because it is close to train station. Also some malls are very close. I recommend it for anyone wants to visit Vienna for leisure.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to one of the main shopping streets of Vienna - you can easily reach Mariahilfer Straße by walking a few minutes. It is also next to one of the busiest streets of the city (Gürtel). The originally assigned room was in the first floor towards that street - already when entering the room with its closed windows the sound was so loud that there would have been no way of spending the night there. Fortunately, they were able to move us to another room into a different direction and a higher floor, which had a nice view and was quiet enough given that it's of course still a hotel in a busy area. The room was small but clean, even though the bathroom could use some deep cleaning especially in the corners. Hotel staff was friendly and nice, especially in the breakfast area. The breakfast itself was very good for a 3* class hotel, offering a wide enough choice and even the possibility to make pancakes. Especially when arriving with larger luggage or a buggy, it's important to know that there is an accessible entrance on the back side of the hotel - the main entrance from the street has a short staircase. In general, it's a great location for exploring the city, using the hotel to sleep and a good start into the day with its breakfast. The price is decent, so I'd recommend it and would choose the hotel again for this area of Vienna.

Pretty ordinary hotel. Nice location, really good breakfast, each time with room cleaning you receive water and coffee But there isn’t fridge in a room (even though there is place for that), no trash bin in a room (only tiny one in bathroom where you can’t put for example bottles). Also lamps in bathroom are awful. It takes time to light up (one even wasn’t work normally, had to ask to fix it) And sadly housekeeping lady don’t know even simple words in English

All good except one bar person who told me at 21:50 that kitchen don't take orders from 22:00 and hardly convince him to bring me one sandwich to eat... But rest of employers are super nice. Rooms are nice. No fridge or safe (for keeping valuable belong ) inside.

Very simple hotel with a 7-star location! It is near main underground station and a tram station. Rooms are clean but don't have safes, iron, kettle nor fridge. Staff are very friendly. I really liked them.

Room was clean with comfortable bed and location near Westbahnhof is convenient. However, the price is little steep considering there is no fridge or safety box. Main issue is the traffic noise that made it difficult to sleep even at higher floors, it was much worse than in my previous stay at another hotel on this same street. Room also had the problem with bathroom lights as mentioned by other user, they were definitely in need of replacement.

It s very well situated, walking distance to the subway, a tram station in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and tidy, the staff welcoming and friendly, Dave from front office helped me with all my inquiries being very kind. Fast c-in and fast c-out. The report quality-price very good!

Room was fairly basic but clean, very comfortable beds, good quality linen and towels. Great location, close to underground station and only a few stops to the centre of Vienna. Staff all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and good quality. Only thing lacking in our stay was tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Otherwise all good. Would stay again

We had a great time visiting here in November. The staff at the hotel is quite courteous and young, and they are constantly available to assist you with your needs. The hotel's location is excellent! We will definitely return when we are in Vienna.

Good rooms, boring breakfast with little options to choose from, clean but getting a “used” feel. Good location, rather near to all the important landmarks, pretty good transportation options nearby. Price/quality ratio is okish, maybe a little overpriced.
