Half hotel, half Airbnb, all backpackers, but somehow missing the charm of all three. Rooms are clean enough, though very poor airflow, and amenities are clean. No service at front counter when we checked in, and when we found our rooms did not match the original booking's request there was no one to go to - someone on the phone claimed there was nothing they could do and that was that. Non of the common area charms of a backparckers, non of the service elements of a hotel, non of the space of an Airbnb.

Good location and comfortable bed. That’s the 2 positive things with this hotel. The list of the bad things are way longer. We were not informed clearly about an ongoing renovation. During the day we had to listen the drilling/ working noises, during the evening we could listen the tv next room like it was in ours. We had to walk up to the 3rd floor every day , no elevator ( 6 month pregnant) . The room smelled like dust, didn’t have a clean feeling. The staff wasn’t nice at all.

Location: just like all Chinese products also this hotel is a complete fotoshoped place. Looked beautiful on the pictures but it was actually really disgusting, unhygienic and a scam. The only positive thing about it was the closeness to the Subway and strip club. Room: you will recognize the room and also the filter they must have used to present it. You can hear all the neighbour's. I have seen 3 different room types and they all had - stains on the walls - orange stains in the shower - dirty floor - stain on the bed towels - a lot of dust on the curtains. Check-in: it's very modern and there is no receptionist. Toilet: it's outside and will be used by everyone. The cleanness was okey but it smelled bad.

Nice Hotel, 3-5 min walking from Praterstern train and metro station. The staff were super nice. The single room I stayed in was quite decent and clean. The shower was inside the room but the toilets were shared. I had a very good experience specially considering the price.

The hotel overall was okay-ish. I can't say that i'm fond of having a shower in the room or the fact that no one came to change the sheets or towels in 3 days. And the fact that there isn't a toilet in the room annoys me. It's not hygienic. The breakfast fast okay. Not so much variation but the food was good overall and tasty.

The desk personel were all very helpful. Easy access to all transport. Good affordable & nutritious breakfast. I walked 2the shopping neighborhood. Only negative was that for the length of time that I stayed, neither the sheets nor the pillowcases were changed & they were soiled

Nice staff but there was a mold smell in the building, especially on the corridors. The shared bathroom was very small and dirty. Extremely small rooms with no space for the luggages.

We booked the hotel due to its location close to the Prater park, however the location was the only upside after all. Even though they claim to be a non-smoking hotel, the smoke was present everywhere - in the hallways and in two rooms we saw. The room was filthy and staff was not helpful at all.

A nice cozy small Hotel ....with clean bedrooms and bed sheets ... located nearby one of the main stations ( Praterstern ) from there old town area including main attractions can be easily reached . served breakfast is very basic .

It’s 02:00am and I didn’t sleep any, I’m thinking: IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF JUST SKIP THIS HOTEL! It’s hot like 🔥🥵

Not a good experience . We found after our first night that our room was filled with ants. There was nobody at the front desk to contact about it. When we did contact them, they refused to help or refund for this. The rooms also have no air conditioning, however, a broken fan is provided. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I regret to express my disappointment with the hotel, as the actual conditions are not the same as the pictures they share on their website. The room I had was old, lacked proper insulation, appeared to be only partially painted, and the bed was really uncomfortable . Despite its convenient location, my satisfaction with the hotel was not what I expected. There are certainly better options in Vienna, especially in this price category.
