Decent hotel. 3.5 stars in my opinion. Rooms are spacious, tiled not carpeted. Airconditioning in the room not very good with temp or fan control. Beds are average in terms of comfort, bed covers are small and pillows were not very comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and shower was good, but towels were not that great. Breakfast buffet is ok, has enough selection of cold cuts, eggs etc. bakeries were the best item in the buffet. There is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. Downtown is a good 45 mins walk or 2 train stops. Follow me on instagram @pilotsolly for more travel insights.

Dont know exactly why 4* hotel when the check in lady was so "not professional" even not smiling...she was more like...OMG next visitors I dont want them here. The rooms are not even clean. + For the view if you got lucky and get the corner room with nice view. + Free water +Free coffe machine +Bar that serve good drinks - staff working in the bar is super slow - dirty walls, equipment (lapms) and rooms - waiting for elevators to arrive (better to go by stairs) - not worthy the price

Lovely place! Lovely foods! Lovely staff! Our stay was delightful. The sauna is very cozy, but not for everyone bc you should be naked inside :). The view from terace is cute, I think during the summer it is more beautiful enjoying the sun from there. 20 minutes afoot from Schonbrunn palace and 3 minutes from Metro station. One more detail, the rooms are so quiet even the hotel is near the main road. Definitely come back to this!

Nice rooms, only soap no others like shampoo or condishiner. Relatively small towels, very comfortable bed. No iron or a comfortable stool for the luggage. Breakfast was nice, very close to a supermarket and the train station

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Room size is very good and comfortable. All the amenities you can think of in a room it is there. Their breakfast is also a good spread. Just be thoughtful that restaurant is closed for lunch including bar. Kitchen closes at night by 10pm.

Very nice hotel close to metro and trolley station. Spacious room and comfortable facilities with decent breakfast. The staff is a bit absent but definetly worth its money. There is a super market at the opposite corner, a big plus for me.

Make sure you do not ever interact with these scammers that could never be able to listen to the customer. Shame on them

Bad experience to stay there. Dirty room, Dirty corridors, Dirty bathroom! Toilet door cannot be closed properly! Heater without regulator, which makes your stay uncomfortable! No possibility to open windows in the room! Very poor breakfast, with unpleasant staff with some comments towards your personal, which makes you crazy! Cook which prepares eggs and omelets, just throwing it on the plate, looks like you did him something bad! Lobby bar without any hot food, so if you coming late, you’re without dinner or good snacks! Pillows in the room soft too much, so you’ll have a feeling like it is absent! On our request to get a kettle, they brought it but broken! There no anyone who is polite and respectful, starting from reception, ending in the bar.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. We had definitely a good experience and enjoyed staying there. It is very close to the metro station(4-5 walking minutes) which brings you very fast to the city center.(metro runs every 5 minutes) next to the hotel there is a small supermarket just in case you need something. (There is also a vending machine at the hotel for drinks etc) Staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice(on the weekends until 11am) . I havent tried the sauna or the gym so i cannot say anything about that. I found the rooms spacious, clean, quiet. After the first night, i put in the morning the sign at the door that room needs to be cleaned, and they brought me clean towels, emptied the bins etc(just because i read in a comment that rooms were not cleaned for 2 or 3 days). In general, i see that we had a really good deal, for what we paid for and the quality of the hotel. I will definitely stay here in my next visit to Vienna.

Very good experience. Concierge and staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food and service in bar/dinning area very good as well. Location makes things easy to access via walking or public transportation.

I tried to rent an adapter from the reception they said I had to give them my id and they’ll keep a copy of it I went back to my room picked it up I went back and the the receptionist just realized that he had to keep my actual id or I have to pay 10€ to rent the adapter I said no. I can’t relay on you to keep my id safe as I need it constantly for my work and I’m not paying 10€ to charge my phone 1h and bring back. And I’m staying in the hotel under my company’s name I’m not going to risk my job for an adapter. I am so disappointed that after arriving from such a flight that I just want to rest and I had to go around the street to look for an adapter to buy because they couldn’t just hand it to me and if I don’t bring it back they can simply charge it on the company that then when they find out I’d be the one to blame as simple as it is. And no minimum consideration from the personnel as they know our job and how tired we arrive every day here.

One of the worst hotels I had ever been either in Europe or outside Europe We arrived at the morning at 10 am and the rooms was not ready and guess what?!! The reason they told us that they didn’t have enough people working in room service After we checked in at 2 pm my colleague find the bed in his room isn’t clean with many hair and waste on and he asked them to clean it but they replied that he need to change the room as again the room service isn’t ready to clean it I asked them about massage service and they checked and told me it’ll be available at 5 pm and when I went there I found a guy waiting for me and I told them I don’t feel comfortable with a man doing a massage for me as it’s normally she has to be a lady and then they asked me to pay 30€ as a fees for cancellation as they got him as a private trainer from outside hotel and when I asked why you didn’t tell me all of these details in advance they replied that this is the normal case and I have to ask The food quality was always bad specially in the breakfast and in general you feel you’re in a hostel not in hotel because of lack of services

I think, if it will not be paid by company I would not choose this hotel. Positive is, that is, in the center on Wiena, close to the metro (U-Bahn). Negatives are that this hotel is playing on something that is not. For E.g, you came to the hotel room, put the card into the slot, and the whole room will start with full lights, why? That's not much ecological as they're claimed, etc... Only my opinion.. not more.

Likes: --------- Clean room, with good facilities: TV, desk, small refrigerator, coffee machine, iron with iron table, hair dryer, etc. Big room with bright lights. Nice and friendly staff. Dislikes: ------------- The view from my room was not that much, but not a big deal.

The room was excellent we arrived way too early but for a small fee of €30 we got in a bit early and we got a free upgrade. The breakfast spread was really good, hot food, cold food, cheeses, veggie options, and the times were convenient for us too. The location is excellent only a short distance from Wien HBF and other transport links as well as a few local shops and restaurants. The room had ac which was perfect in the current heat. When we were going to leave we were deliberating on where we were going to leave our baggage as our train wasnt till late but we were offered to leave it here before we even had to ask which was extremely convenient. Staff all very friendly.

The hotel treated them badly. At first, I asked them to deliver my bags to my room, and they refused to do so, and they told me that I had to carry them myself. Then after that I asked for slippers, and they told me that I had to come and take them myself, and then when I got to my room, I found that the air conditioner was not working, and they told me that there was no need for the air conditioner because the weather was beautiful. Outside! No need for conditioner Bad Hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We were greeted by Fablo with such a warm welcome. We stayed on the 7th floor and it was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable, just what you need after long days. The subway is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and so easy to get anywhere. If I ever come back to Vienna I would most certainly stay at this hotel again 😁

First impressions matter! A lot of shine with little substance so far... 1.The room was not ready and I was asked to wait for it to be ready even though check in is at 3pm!!! 2. I had specified when I made the booking that I needed 2 sigle beds and when I came here they said they didn't notice and they need to give me another room. 3. I had messaged the hotel in advance to inquire details about the spa offer they sent so I can book in advance and no on ever replied back. I tried calling and wouldn't get through. 4. When my friend arrived 1 hour later and gave my name at reception, they said there is no booking under my name. After asking them to double check, they confirmed it was a mistake. 5. FYI most hotel that charge similar fares, have one time use slippers together with the towels, but this hotel doesn't provide. 6. FYI, the bar area doesn't open until 6pm so there is no way to have a hot drink after a long journey. 7. FYI, the sauna and steam rooms don't open either until 4pm. 8. FYI, there are hardly many shops open around the hotel on a weekend.

Nice room got the hotel bundled with the BA flight so it was a good price. I didn’t eat breakfast here but from what I saw it was very good! Sorry I didn’t have time!

Great hotel and great staff. Check in was at 3pm; however we had an early flight and arrived at hotel at 11am. They told us the room isn’t ready however they offerred us another room which was great. Location is great and quite safe, only a 3-5minute walk to metro station which is quite convenient. However not many grocery shops nearby. Room is very nice, cosy and spacious. Shower area is quite big and there is also a make up vanity. Breakfast was great with a variety of selections of english breakfast, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, cold cuts and cheese and even a waffle maker machine. Improvement suggestions from my end: - Possibility of a functioning tea/coffee/hot choc machine in the lobby - Bed slippers and bathrobe

Rooms were very nice and clean. We had the windows open most of the time as the weather was beautiful. Rooftop deck was a great place to go to read a book and get some sun. Was not in the heart of Vienna, so we did have to Uber our take a bus to a lot of activities.

I have forgot to pack my perfume when checking out and contacted the stuff in couple of hours when I realised it. I exactly remembered and described where I left it. Stuff promised they will look for it. They contacted me in few days saying the didn’t find it. No further action taken. It’s just very disappointing that housekeeping would not report items from the room. So I don’t recommend staying in this hotel as stuff seems quite dishonest.

I'm not very demanding person and most of the time I either choose 3 or 4 stars hotels, so I was very pleased by staying in that hotel. I'm not sure if my room was the most basic or not, (most likely yes) and I must say the size of the room is really satisfying. From the other hand room is not the best equipped but most likely all things, which you may need you can get on reception. Great breakfasts, large space, desk in the room and some small coworking space. It's hard to complain on anything. I had also luck to book my room with a discount, so price to quality was on a great level. Maybe the only think I didn't like was a price of parking lot, which is 24 eur per day. I know it's quite standard, but still it was around 20-25% of room price, which is quite a lot for me. I can easily recommend that hotel to anyone.

Beautiful, spacious room, with large king-sized bed and nice, new furniture! Close to pubblic transport! Excellent cleaning, we where there with our dog and the cleaning staff cleaned even our doggybed! The staff is extremely professional and warm, helping us in every situation and making us feel at home! Nice bar area to sit and drink an icecold Wiener Bier in the evening! A special thanks to Mr. Riccardo, the hotel manager for his kindness and support! I highly recommend this hotel also to Pet owners!!

Good accommodation and service. The room I was in was clean and well-kept. Location is so-so but fine as long as you're willing to jump into the U-Bahn or tram - the nearest stop is a 5 minute walk away. Two quibbles. 1) Soundproofing isn't the best. One night, I could hear the lady next door chatting on the phone. Another night, it was some guy doing the same. They weren't being loud but I could hear them anyway. 2) The modern layout of having a large translucent "window" between the bathroom and sleeping area is a pain. Are you meant to wake your companion up when you do a midnight visit to the loo?

Excellent experience. Top class facilities. Nice and warm welcome by the staffs. Large range of breakfast items. At a very good location, near the subway, near the airport as well.

A great stay for a 3 day conference. Probably the largest selection of breakfast options in any hotel I have stayed in. Super friendly chef Great rooms, great nights sleep and ideally located for sightseeing

I felt that the stuff is not experienced. I asked not to clean my room, but they woke me up twice. Last day I went up-down 3 times, because my room was locked and a reception girl couldn't fix the key card. I late my train. The location is good and the facilities are fine.

Our room 641 was perfectly quiet, sixth floor, the last room, facing the quiet courtyard. Front facing rooms must be too loud since the street is really busy and a lot of ambulances going by. Breakfast was OK. Location is good, supermarket next to it, metro, tram and bus all within 5 minutes walking distance, quick drive to center. Rooftop area is really nice for chilling out. Room service is not well organized, they always come when you get to the room. When you ask them to come later, they never do, had to ask for towels and garbage to be picked up twice during one week stay.

We got upgraded after the place we booked with cancelled on us. Amazing hotel, the room was large and beautiful, although the modern aesthetic might not be appealing for everyone. Service was great, staff speak good English and they even understood my broken German. Location is nice, it's easy to get to using the U-Bahn, however being next to a busy main road is a bit noisy at times, so if you want quiet make sure to ask for a room facing away from the road, although you'll be sacrificing the view in this case. Really liked the place overall, and I'll definitely consider staying here again when I visit Vienna.

The hotel is very nice and clean, well located to central Vienna, couple of minutes walk to metro, tram or bus in a very clean and quiet area. Rooms are spacious and warm and the breakfast is good. However the whole experience wasn't the best. Either so we paid for our stay and breakfast for the entire duration of our stay at check in, when we had to check out the lady from the reception told us that we need to pay again. She wasn't very sure for what we have to pay, for breakfast or for the entire stay. I showed her my bank statement to prove that we have been charged already but she kept insisted that payment was done through a credit card, l only had a debit card. And by the end l found that actually not only we paid in full but that we were charged more than it should. Was an horrible check out experience, but the receptionist lady did not even apologized for all this mess and for treating us like a second hand guests

Our visit during COVID was good. Half full hotel not overcrowded, so we had “private” spa and during the breakfast were there maybe 20 people. So for us it was really pleasant since we like calm places. Such a shame that during the checking in we weren’t informed that we have to order cleaning our room for next day. At all it was really nice visit. Thank you☺️❤️
