Rooms are clean and about the size you'd expect from a pension. There was a fridge and the lack of breakfast/restaurant wasn't a problem as you've got plenty of places within 2 minutes walk that are open early and/or close late. Location is very good. For me all the city sights were in walking distance but there are excellent transport links.

Room extremely dirty with hairs everywhere and lot of dust. Service very welcoming but no one at evening. Strange entrance in a building and a little creepy at night. Beds comfortable.

Pathetic. Horrible. Not at all suitable for a couple. This is not a 4 star hotel, it’s more of a hostel. A little overpriced for its “facilities”. The couple room, has a “double bed”, but in fact, they are 2 beds! ON WHEELS! So basically, you can easily go roller skating with the bed…The beds are united only with a bed sheet. This is unacceptable . So, this is a big minus, from the start. Secondly, the shower is very small. I had to enter in the shower on one side. If you are pregnant or you like to eat and have a big belly, you can’t enter in the shower. The next issue is about the AC which is actually an electric fan, and that doesn’t help at all. Also, the WC is a little too high, for a small person. You have to maintain your balance on it. The staff was ok. But they work only until 5pm, so be careful. After 5pm there is no one in hotel. The location very good. I think this was the only plus. Maybe for some extra € you can find a hotel with a double bed. Not a 2xbed.

It is an excellent location, we had a view of the church nearby, and the trams on the street below connect well with all other transportation lines. In terms of value, the room was great, had everything that you would expect for the price, and was very clean additionally the staff came daily to do touch-up cleaning. My main complaint was the TV no Netflix or any shows that foreigners can enjoy everything was in German no subtitles were available(not the hotel's fault) but I think other guests would also appreciate that. Our room had 2 single beds placed together to form a double and I do not have a problem with this most hotels do this, the problem was that the beds had wheels and those wheels had no lever to lock them so we ended up having to sleep on separate beds as they kept moving apart. Besides the beds, I enjoyed my stay the decor was lovely and the staff was very friendly.

If you wanna a short stay (1 Night) and don't mind a little bit of noise (U-Bahn/Subway) ... that's all you need. Near to the center, Interspar (supermarket), McDonald's, Starbucks and etc.

We stayed for one night so it was OK but I wouldn't want to stay longer. The entrance to the hotel is little bit awkward and hard go find, reception is only open 9am-5pm, which was ok. Parking with a discount is around 4 minutes drive. The room was clean and nice, however the double bed was two beds connected with just a sheet so it was little but uncomfortable. There was no door to the bathroom. The street was quite noisy but we didn't mind that much as we were in the centre. The location is great, walking distance everywhere central and a few nice playgrounds around which was great as we are traveling with kids. To sum it up, room was clean, for one or two nights it's OK but would not stay longer.

The location is perfect! Very near to the center! You can go on step to a lot of streets. The point is they don’t have elevator from the door to the 1st floor-reception-rooms.

Was staying at this hotel for 5 days. It was a small room, and two single beds that were connected too eachother instead of a whole double bed. The window in our room didnt work too close properly, so that was a litttle bit annoying. The cleaners also forgot too change our glasses while cleaning it, so we had the same glasses for the whole stay. Regards from that, it was a okay room too be in, with a fan available if needed, WiFi that works from the room, and a mini-bar that get fast cold. I personally liked the service at this hotel. The receptionists were helpful, kind and showed us on our map where it was nice too go in Vienna for our stay. They leave at 19:00, so after that if you need anything, you need too message them at WhatsApp, or call the number that stands in their reception. No complaints about where this hotel is located. It's a very central location close too the main centrum, and you have a lot of possibillities by going somewhere else with the tram, train, and the underground, that is only 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. I will recommend this hotel if you just want a place too stay in for the sleep, and have the exploring experiences you can do while you staying in Vienna.

I don’t know if it was our mistake when booking but for sure this was not a hotel. At the reception we were given keys to an apartment just few meters down the street. It was an apartment with two rooms as we booked it, but it was a little bit weird why the toilet was in the second room instead of a separate room. The room was very basic but it was not a problem because the price was very low and the location was perfect. We were only 1 station away from the main square (Stephansplatz). The room was cleaned every day and we had the necessary toiletries. The only negative thing about the apartment was that it was letting back smell from the other rooms toilets (some issue with the ventilation) which was a little bit disgusting. Overall the apartment was great as the price and location are a bargain. I hope that the owner fixed the issue with the ventilation.

Nice small hotel located 20 min feom the heart of city center. You have everything you need around the hotel restaurants, pharmacy, local shops and bars. Receptionist are really great and helpful with great knowledge of English. If you are shure will you come on time they will leave a key in a key box with all the instructions for collecting it.

No air-conditioning/ check in has to be arranged if you arrive late! No lundaery room or washing machine! Very hot in the ☀️ 😮‍💨

I really liked the hotel, the staff were nice, it was a little different than expected, it’s more of an AirBnB type set up, however it’s located not so far from the main areas and attractions.

Affordable price. Extremely great location as just a 5 min walk from the Metro station and the tram station. Near the museums as well. Normal service and environment.

Very nice and tidy rooms. Shower a little small and no breakfast, thus one star minus. But the breakfast situation is mentioned on their website. Overall a very nice experience. Vintage looking building with very vintage interior. Friendly personnel and easy to reach from U2 Schottentor.

Reception closes by 5pm. Getting room keys can b tricky if u haven't arranged with them in advance. But once that's arranged it's no problems.

Very basic. Rooms are clean but very small and a bit tired. Location is very good.

I stayed two nights with my friend for a short weekend in Vienna. We were delighted with our stay for this location, cleanliness, comfort and service. Daci welcomed us very well. We arrived late, all directions were clear to arrive in the room. She is very attentive and accommodating. To summarize it was great experience :) !

The location is quite good, but other than that, it's really nothing special. The service left the equipment in the middle of the hallway for like two hours in the morning every day. Almost could not get out of my room. Once in the morning I got woken up by smoke because of the cleaning personnel was doing cigarettes next door. When reported, the desk did not bother to offer another room in different part of the hotel. Apparently there is a Whatsapp number you can write/call when there is an issue. I wrote a message two months ago and never got any answer. Overall mixed feelings. I would not recommend unless you plan a short stay for a night or two.
