We canceled a reservation because our flight was canceled and they did not wanted to give our money back. We had to pay even breakfast without going. They are very unsympathetic

The location: perfectly situated, walking distance to the center ring, lovely street, few steps away from subway, and 8m away from hop on hop off stations The place: cozy, clean, well equipped The staff: fantastic. Helpful, kind, always smiling and paying attention to making your day better. In summary - I will check in again here next time I come visit Vienna.

The hotel is divided between the 2nd and the 4th floor, rooms are very small and not always the one you booked. And they all need some important renovation! Breakfast is above the acceptable level. Far too expensive for what you get!

Exceeded our expectations for a modest pension-hotel. Don't be put off by the unattractive entrance. Location is ideal, less than a block from U station and straightline connections from train station.

Nice location; rooms are better than enterence of the hotel reasonable price. I recomend this hotel; p.s there is roof window ; impossible to open you need to breath toilet window :))

The owner of the hotel is a very nice person. I strong recommend the pension. He treated us ver6 carefully.

Booked a family room for group of 4 tourists through hostelworld, which only asks how many travelers are in the group, with no age limits mentioned in their conditions. We arrived, & were told the family room is only for 2 adults and 2 children, & required us to upgrade to a deluxe room. Had to pay extra. Found a homeless man sleeping in stairwell... not their fault though. They promptly removed him. First pre- authorized for full amount, then i reminded them I've paid a crossfitter through hostelworld, so they pre- authorized my card again for a lesser amount. The charges at the end were ok, but 2 pre- authorizations deducted from my available credit on my card, so this could've been problematic. Otherwise super clean, quiet, & comfy in a good shopping location. Staff not very friendly. You can see by the response from the reviews that they are a bit defensive rather than accept useful info that could help them improve. I expect they'll do the same for my review. No option for extra room keys. I probably wouldn't stay again just due to their policies and staff. The room itself was great

Nice hotel in center near to shops and attractive in Vienna. staff very friendly and helpful. Room are clean. Good for family.

Staff was questionable. Wasn’t sure if the receptionist understand me. We were told, that breakfast costs 50€ for one person, reality was 15€ per person, took a while when we got it clear. Receptionist could’t even tell, that the breakfast beggins at 7:30 in the morning. When we paid the real amount of money (15€ per person) he counted only 3 people instead of 4, so we had to pay one more. It was quite chaotic. Location is amazing, breakfast was decent. There are better hotels to stay in Vienna.

Really lovely small hotel in the heart of Wien shopping street. Room was clean and very spaceous. Room had also really nice bunk bed for the kids. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was also ok.
