During our 10 day trip through Europe, we stayed in 4 different hotels and this was easily the one we liked most among the four on account of the following reasons. 1. Unlike hotel rooms elsewhere in Europe which we found to be tiny, the room was quite substantial. It had a sitting area with desk and a chaise to lounge on. I should note that this may however have been because we got a free upgrade to a suite on the 7th floor. 2. The front desk staff were the most competent and friendly we encountered. The lady we worked with spoke fluent English and gave us clear directions on how we could get to St. Stephen's cathedral. They were also nice in providing us with a shower cap and offered us late checkout at no additional charge. 3. Even though it's conveniently located to the heart of town, it was on a quiet street and that made for a restful sleep. These are the two things that I found less than desirable: 1. The website says that it's a 5 minute walk from Stephansplatz. That in my view is plain incorrect especially if one has luggage with them. It may be closer to Schwedenplatz but even then 5 minutes doesn't strike me as a reasonable assessment. 2. Our room rates did not include a free breakfast. The breakfast was priced at 18 euros for 1 person and that just seemed very high. As a business person, I don't like cross-subsidies but it is hard for me to believe that on average, the cost of 1 person having breakfast downstairs in their breakfast area is 18 euros. It would be nice if those rates were considerably lower.

The hotel was nice by European standards. The rooms kind of dark they need a better View. It is centrally located there are restaurants nearby. This hotels in good deal it has an in-room refrigerator and Bar a small kitchenette a nice size bathroom and comfortable beds. This is a hotel where most of the rooms are Suites so this is a great place for small families to stay.

Nice rooms and nice and helpful staff. Our room was newly renovated and very big, which was nice. There was supposed to be a microwave oven in the room, but there wasn't one yet. When we checked out they wanted us to pay 100€ more than the price was when we booked, but we showed our booking confirmation, and they changed it without hesitation. It was a good thing my boyfriend noticed it, since I didn't. If it wasn't for this I would give the hotel 5 stars.

This hotel was astonishing. From the outside it might look a little bit old, but it kept it's original vienna style design. Everything is modern inside. The breakfast was amazing. Service to. Rooms were well maintained.

Its good hotel with all suite rooms. Location is good for trips in Wien. Also there is Sauna at 6th floor. You can ask for tgem 10 min before and they will prepare them for you. So you can relax for your trip fatigure. And you can visit very closer super market so you can buy anything you want. And rooms have a kitchen and bars so you can have a good time here.

Totally worth every penny. Great location, beautiful beautiful Vienna style building, great interiors. Rooms were HUGE! Everything from start till end was very nice. The staff was quick, friendly very helpful. No complaints in breakfast. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. This hotel gives you a very personal touch to your stay which in my opinion is very important for a tourist to take that memory with them. Me and my family were touched by a personal hand written note in our room as welcome gesture. Highly recommended!

Spent four nights here. The location of the hotel could not be better, walking distance to many attractions and buses. Hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is very quiet during nights. Breakfast is really good! And they have a really cool garage!! Our room was clean and the interior was fresh.

We found the hotel to be really lovely, the staff were great. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for us. These weren't negatives for us, but advice for the hotel could be more items in the kitchen, I felt terrible leaving the washing up for the cleaner. Also, explain the air conditioning. But, very nice place, our room was in an old fashioned style, and we thought it was great!

Great stay. Relatively expensive suite but it was a business trip. Nice apartment-suite, elegant and spacious. Great breakfast buffet for all tastes! Recommended.

Great location, freindly service. The rooms are clean and spacious, but very basic standart furniture. The sauna and small gym up the 6th floor is a nice bonus. But the location takes it all.
