Good location. Easy to get into centre for all the attractions. Some kitchen items missing such as corkscrew and scissors. Comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff.

I was a guest myself of Actilingua Apartment Hotel. I used the superior room, which I consider comfortable, functional and well equipped. Although Internet Wifi access could be better, I can highlight the cleanness and light of the room and the hotel premises in general. The staff is as well very kind and ready to help with any question you may have. Breakfast is totally recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. It came fully equipped with microwave, fridge, and stove, with appropriate utensils, mugs, and pots and pans. The beds are a bit small since they are twin sized, and I wish they had outlets in the bedroom. The breakfast is OK, but definitely pricey considering what you get--it is in a nice location so I would recommend just going to a nearby market to pick something up instead. Close to a subway station and a tram station, just a few minutes walk, so it's very convenient. Altogether quite nice, when I come to Vienna I will likely stay again.

Although having given all details including credit card information to the person on theb24h hotline, they somehow managed to lose our reservation claiming to be over-booked. The second stars goes out for the effort of the young man atvthe reception who was clearly embarrassed and managed to organise another accommodation for two adult and two toddlers.

Nice clean rooms and friendly stuff. I recommend stay in this hotel. Not luxurious but cheap, clean, roomy and great for a shorter stay. Its also near the public transport.
