we are regulars here and never ever regret our choice. Their suites are just 5-star material (take the one with the infrared cabin!!), the breakfast is just divine and the staff is super nice. Clean, modern and delightful. Now their bar is ready as well, this just makes it for us 5 star superior!

Just enjoyed a two night family stay. Friendly and efficient staff at front desk. Very comfortable and large rooms. Excellent breakfast. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day as we had a night train to catch. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Hotel Caroline in Vienna. The hotel is situated a bit outside the city center, but after a short walk you reach the subway which takes you there in a few minutes. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff there were really friendly. Our room was really nice as well, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fold out sofa and a huge bathroom. All looked brand new and very stylish. I can only recommend it!

A 3 star hotel around 20 mins journey to Vienna Centre. The area is a bit dodgy, as its full of Arab immigrants. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, rooms are spacious and comfortable though you get basic furniture, a mini fridge and safe included, but no kettle or tea/ coffee making facility in the room. The buffet breakfast is continental with no hot food. There's a gym and comfortable lounge area with a bar. The reception is very friendly and helpful.

Really good hotel, just 2 tram stations form Vienna main station. Room are huge and they don't charge city tax like other European nations. The guy on the reception was very helpful and explained the map and places to visit nicely. Breakfast has a variety of options but for vegetarians there is not much apart from breads. Overall a totally worth it hotel.

Great hotel. The room was very warm, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was great, you can find something for every taste. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop, the metro stop is around 5 min walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and nice. I definitely recommend it.

Surprisingly good value for the price. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Easy access. I would have given it 5 stars, but was told incorrect information about the availability of an Iron. The staff of member on my second day provided me with an Iron. I would stay here again

When we first arrived the hotel looked old from the outside but when we entered we were surprised to find that the hotel had been renovated. The rooms were new, clean and large. The location of the hotel is close to the metro. The breakfast is standard and delicious. In short, it is recommended to come to the hotel and the price is excellent for the value.

A huge room, a cozy bed, a huge bathroom, much quiet, the bus in front of the hotel, very close by a metro station, friendly staff, provided city map. Next time when we will visit Wien again for sure we will choose this place to stay. Recommend!

The environment might look a bit "questionable" but we didn't have trouble nor was anything strange or uncomfortable. So we can say it was an amazing stay and choice.

20+ minute walk to most things, 15-20 minutes to train station. Nearby restaurants mostly streey food. Room very large! Nice bath with bidet!

This hotel really blew me away! For being 3 stars it really exceeded my expectations. Location is nice- close to train station- nothing great right around it but easy to get to other places. The front desk staff was super friendly and the room was super clean and felt recently renovated. I stayed in the newer part of the building. Very spacious. The breakfast was fine- good coffee. Would stay again!

Only 10 min walking from the train station. Very easy to go to the historical center by public transport. Huge rooms. Good breakfast. Gym is OK. I will book again.

Amazing hotel for a low budget stay in Vienna. The breakfast is good, the staff os friendly. It hás a relaxing Room and a very modern gym. Really good. It stays around 20-25m from the City center but there is a metro station 2m away walking

- Very large and clean room with comfortable bed (even though there are two mattress they did not fall apart during night time); bathroom is also large - Excellent breakfast (at least 7-8 types of meat and 5-6 types of cheese, boiled eggs, variety of bread, vegetables, fruits, different jams, nutella, cereals; even though you are on a diet you can find alternatives - stevia sugar, lactose free milk) - Bathroom has floor heating which is very nice - Close to public transport (subway station is about 400m, one bus station in front of the hotel, another station 200m away) - Nearest market is about 200m, a largerer one (Penny) is about 500m - Staff was friendly - If you insist to find out something not so nice about this hotel, one wall was a little bit dirty (seems like being scratched by luggages)

Good location, 10 minutes walking to the main train station. Shopping centers and restaurants close by. Got a free room upgrade and very good spacious room. Staff was very kind and cooperative. Bathroom had an infrared cabin and big bathtub. Breakfast was a bit lacking though with only few options.

Quite a smart hotel with big rooms in a good quiet location yet close enough to walk from the Hauptbahnhof unless you are reluctant to pull luggage around 800-metres. It has a wellness centre but we didn't try it.

Good hotel at fair price, near the main station in Vienna. The hotel is modern and comfortable, the people are very nice, our room was large with a good bathroom and faced the quiet rear, although it needed re-painting and there were unspeakable spots on the couch :-( Also, nobody cleaned the floor in the 4 days we were there, so that it got so dusty that we had to sneeze all the time (both allergic for dustmite). Breakfast was rather average too. But the fitness room is good and up to date! Therefore, 4 stars, I'd surely recommend it!

For the first two nights of December 2022, I lodged at the Caroline Hotel in Vienna. The hotel's location was ideal for my purpose in coming to the city—to explore the Christmas markets. For a three-star hotel, I thought the Caroline Hotel's rates were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the facilities. Both the room and the breakfast were excellent. There are numerous public transportation options near the hotel, and it is only 800 meters from Vienna's main train station. Convenient public transportation stops just outside the hotel's front door make exploring the city a breeze. My stay at the Caroline Hotel was excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Vienna. It's a wonderful option for a vacation in the city due to its pleasant rooms, tasty breakfast, and central location.

Close to the metro and main City Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof). Really clean bedrooms, and they are big (I think they had the biggest room we stayed in around Europe), And affordable price as well!! Family friendly, Breakfast was good, and the servers are making sure everything is clean. I would stay here again for sure!

Old part of the hotel, I can just describe as a mess. We got a small and really dirty room which we couldnt accept. After complaining, for such conditions we got a room in the new part of hotel. It was simply great. Very big, modern and cleaned. Friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast must be improved.

Adecuated rehabilitation process of the hotel space; simpatic reception services; good triple rooms; negative quality of breakfast services and agresive bad education of the waitreses. Two episodes at today's breakfast: waitress yelling, compulsively, at sénior guests, just because they spilled some coffee on the table (hard-to-use coffee service) or, with other ones, because they tried to toast the most normal slice of bread (there Is no prohibition warning for not shaped bread). The waitress don't have the mental and emotional balance for public service and the hotel cannot allow their employees to offend guests. Please, I ask Hotel Caroline management to take appropriate disciplinary action in the defense of austrian tourism national image and the future business survivance. Thank you.

Perfect three star hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent selection at the breakfast buffet. The beds are really nice, and we had a rather new looking bathroom. The hotel is a short walk from the main station and really close to all kinds of public transport. If I ever visit Vienna again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

It was a lovely experience, the hotel is wonderful, with big rooms and excellent bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food to choose from. Five minute walk to the underground station and also secure parking provided by the hotel for a tax. The service was excellent as well, with very helpful tips and advice when needed. Overall, when we will come back to Vienna we will look forward to staying at Hotel Caroline again.
