hotel
with
quite
a
terrible
customer
experience.
I
have
never
expected
Ibis
to
be
a
anything
special,
but
this
hotel
is
one
of
the
worst
Ibis
hotels
I
have
visited
or
at
least
it
is
far
below
standards
of
Ibis
in
Poland
not
mentioning
Ibis
in
Dubai.
Check
in
experience
was
very
bad,
asking
improper
questions
if
we
are
sure
that
we
have
a
booking
for
Ibis
not
Budget,
also
I
was
not
offered
a
welcome
drink
as
a
gold
member
and
not
even
recognized
as
a
member.
Hotel
is
very
basic
and
old
fashioned,
no
water
in
rooms,
no
kettle,
tea,
coffe,
nothing.
This
hotel
should
be
rated
2
stars
not
3.
Also
breakfast
is
quite
a
bit
below
Ibis
standards
in
other
countries
I
have
visited.
This
hotel
is
fine
just
for
a
short
stopover,
but
for
any
longer
stay
I
would
recommend
choosing
a
higher
class
hotel.
