Location is good, price decent. Breakfast was good also. The only thing that made me so mad was the early check in that's an option but apparently not an option, so if you need it don't have your hopes up. We asked for it on advance and arrived really early but they told us we need to wait u til 2-3pm even tho their check in is at 2pm. So basically 15 minutes before their check in time they still didn't have our room ready. 🙄

Was there on my 11th grade vienna trip and there were ants all over the room, especially the bathroom. It was horrible to shower, because they were crawling around everywhere. The breakfast was good, but there wasn't enough space for everyone to find a seat. The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs renovations, the place is definitely not up to date.

Clean rooms with copies of Klimt works on the walls. Continental breakfast with fresh fruits, bakery. Coffee is not tasty. It was said that there is a parking. But it is too small ( approximately for 6 cars) and there was no free places there. It was told that we should order the place earlier. And we can leave our car before the entrance and buy tickets. In any case every two hours we had to repark it. We left our car in the garage of another hotel and spent 17 euro per day. This moment wAs really disappointing for us, because we chose this hotel for its parking.

Apart from location (bit far from center) everything is perfect here. Enjoy delicious breakfast with fast reception service. The reception lady was so helpful. She allowed us to leave our luggage at hotel for 3-4hrs even after checkout. We went schonburrn Palace freely and used our time before flight.

The rooms are good, the breakfast is good. The rooms do not have refrigeration, when booking directly online they promise benefits: wine, mineral water, early check-in and late check-out until 6 p.m. ... forget those promises... no wine, no mineral water, you leave the hotel like everyone else in 11 am...

It is a descent choice, the service was nice, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was somehow outdated but it is kept clean. Not far away from downtown.

The payment, service, breakfast was all good, smooth. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff is nice, they were helpful. There was only a freezer (not a fridge!) in our room and only mobile AC, which was kinda loud. So we have to decide to talk loud or suffer from heat. The luggage room option was a life/moneysaver.

Located close to tram station. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice little garden area where you can chill and have breakfast. Good water pressure. They even went the extra mile and added 2 fans and a portable aircondition to the room due to the heat. Old school and homey design, and was well priced.

A decent hotel with a convenient location and friendly staff. The only negative was the lack of a small refrigerator in the room. Spacious room, clean and fresh linen, breakfast included

It was quite tired looking, the Wi-Fi was horrible(only working in one spot), the beds were comfy able, you can find the kettle in the lobby, receptionist was rude, shower was small but okay(water pressure is good), no amenities ti speak of and the breakfast selection was okay

An accidental but good find . Well located , close to Strassenbahn and public transport . Well suited for a small family or group . Good breakfast , friendly staff

Bad bad bad, stay away unless you know where you are going. The bathroom smells urine, paper on the toilet when we entered the room and the bathroom was full with hair. They dont clean anything, they just change the towels and the bed sheets. I just wonder how the state of Austria allow them to operate. It is a disgrace!

in the end we were disappointed! the building is quite old with a lot of damage, apparently it has not been maintained for at least 15 to 20 years. this might explains the slightly lower prices than the competition. In the end it's not worth it. I would rather pay a little more for better services than staying in this dirty hole again. We found Spiders on the ceiling and above the shower. The pillows had no case , usually you found two cases, one thicker and the one that matches the bed sheets... The pillow was full of yellow stains , and sadly i found out the morning we where leaving 🤢 Αbove the bed there is a wooden structure that covers the perimeter of the wall , it was full of dust. And lastly they had carpet flooring in the room, witch I'm disgusted only in the idea, apparently it's been years since the last time a professional cleaned the carpet since they where dirty. We stayed 5 night and the didn't change our bed sheets ,not even once, they also didn't clean the bathroom. Huge No.

High cost but with poor service! No air condition and the rooms near to the Main Street are very loud. The staff and location is ok. Internet did not work.

Very Healthy Breakfast along with a nice sitting area inside and outside, Room was very good in size especially with kids and a nice view of outside, Location was exceptional as everything is available just downstairs and public transport as well.

The hotel has an elevator which is very convenient. Liked: cleanliness, furnished rooms, excellent breakfasts in a cozy dining room and garden, convenient location, friendly, helpful and understanding staff! Many thanks to the staff and the owner of the hotel for everything. We will definitely return to this hotel again. I recommend!!!❤️

Comfort accommodation for good price almost in the center of Vienna, delicious breakfast, spacey rooms.

Very good hotel for its price. We had everything we needed for a one night stay in Vienna. It was easy enough to get to the city center, there are various stores and restaurants nearby, which is a big plus. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. And we really liked the breakfast!

Starting with the check- in process, the whole thing was disappointing. Tiny, outdated rooms, awkwardly laid out, but the good news is you can wash your hands while you're using the toilet.

My room was tiny but had the basic comfort needed. Cleanliness was ok and the breakfast was good enough. Very easy to reach the center from there, with or without transports.

Very nice hotel with some suprises if you get the Art rooms. Good breakfast, rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful. Close to bus or tram station.

There were ants in my bed, the rooms were dirty and bugs infested the bathroom. The shower had a huge dirty stain on the floor. Staff was rarely seen, never unfriendly though.
