We really enjoyed our stay. Really clean room, with a nice aesthetic. The entire hotel is trendy in a good way. The staff were really kind and helpful, without being too noisy. We didn't pay for breakfast but there was still a machine available where we could get infinite coffee and chocolate which we totally overused. It would have been a massive improvement if the room had even a tiny fridge in it, but it was still great without it.

The rooms were spacious, clean and we appreciated the free coffee/hot chocolate/punch till 10 pm. The rooms were cleaned everyday and got back to nice clean rooms all evenings. The location was quite OK with tram stops for 37, 38 and D close by. Though it still took us 30 minutes to reach the center with the waiting time and the speed of the tram. Coming to the part where things could be better: the first receptionist we encountered was plain rude and unfriendly (at least that’s how we perceived). Her frowning and body language was super unwelcoming. She just shoved the key cards in our hands and showed us the direction of the lift. I spoke to another receptionist who was super helpful and friendly to the contrary. The toilet nor the bathroom in our room had any hooks or shelves to keep or hang our towel or clothes. We found this super inconvenient, especially traveling with family. There’s no kettle or fridge in the room. Overall, we are happy with our stay and thanks to the hotel staff.

Very nice hotel. Staff is helping and provided guidance for various things like where to go in city and most importantly how to get covid test done . They provide free gargle test kit which was very important for us to enjoy city. Breakfast is great. Rooms are beautifully maintained..we got nice top floor room with amazing view . Public transport and some nice restaurants are at walking distance. Thank you to all staff.

Everything was perfect, the rooms were clean, nice ambient, free coffee and hot chocolate is really nice touch. Location is also very good, U-bahn very close. The parking is little expensive (25 EUR per day) because the public P+R garage nearby has a 6,90 EUR rate per day, but is still cheap for Vienna.

I had a reservation at another hotel but I found a better price offer at Ibis hotel, so I canceled it and chose Ibis hotel. The next day a lady from the Ibis hotel called me informing me that my reservation had to be canceled because there was a system error and the incorrect price for the room was displayed. It wasn't my fault and now I have to pay extra for re-booking at the previous hotel because the prices have already increased!!! I definitely do not recommend!

Convenient location, close to two metro and tram stations, large covered parking for only 6 euros per day is also nearby. The room was very quiet and clean, there was a safe, a powerful air conditioner. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfasts. But there are no refrigerators or mini-bars in the rooms, which can be very inconvenient for tourists with small children or if you need some medicines with you. The toilets in the rooms are made very strangely, there is no dense door as such… The internet connection needs to be updated every time (although the Internet itself is quite fast). There is absolutely nowhere to park near the hotel, and during check-in, if you stand in line, you may be fined (if you leave your car outside the hotel for a while). It's not very convenient. In general, for such money, in my opinion, one of the best modern hotels with a convenient location, and if the lack of a refrigerator is not a problem, I highly recommend it.

Somewhat away from the strict centre of Vienna, but still easily accessible by tram or U6. The room was cosy, clean and was made available to us even earlier than it had been scheduled. Plus the very nice staff: all of them were cheerful and helpful with whatever we needed. The breakfast was good. Nothing too robust, but plainly nice. All-day free access to a coffee machine was among the most pleasant parts! My room was on the top floor, which gave me nice views over the rooftops of Vienna. Still, there were thought shades to make for a good night's sleep. Easily this was one of my nicest experiences with Ibis hotels.

Nice stylish hotel in the surroundings of the inner-city. The ring can be reached in a few minutes, even with public transport. The rooms are equipped with well designed heating and air-conditioning. The soundproofing from outside is perfect. Even though there are tram and u-bahn lines next to the hotel in the rooms, one can hardly notice that. The breakfast is okay, a good variety of things to eat and drink.

Very, very good hotel. Rooms nice and perfectly clean, close to the bus or tram station. And it doesn't cost a fortune. We spent a wonderful weekend! Highly recommend!

Excelent and very unique hotel. Rooms are styled in principle of out of the box thinking. Simple, beautiful, comfortable and they have all what you actually need. You will for sure like it if you are tired of traditional hotels :-)

An all around good experience. Just stayed one night but it was nice. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good. A good selection of food. The room was nice. It was a little loud as it was next to a main road but that is to be expected in a big city I guess. The staff was very friendly.

(visited mid-July 2023) Really nice hotel at a good location for a (short) city trip. Although not at the heart of the city the public transport was really close (tram, metro, bus) so you could get to the center very fast. Rooms were good and the AC was working fine, which was nice at it was quite hot outside during this time of year. Some good restaurants in the neighborhood and supermarket. We used the parking garage of the hotel. We were lucky to have a spot as there were not many parking places. I have an EV (electric vehicle) and they have a charging spot but it was already taken by a non-EV but around the hotel are many charging spots. We did not use the hotel breakfast but there was free coffee/water available for all the guests. Staff very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for a city trip to Vienna.

Exactly as expected: modern and clean room, polite receptionist and all around great vibe. Coffee and tea for free in the lobby and a small place outside to enjoy it. The street next to the hotel may get noisy but the rooms are well insulated from outside.

First, the bad: I've requested parking when I reserved - when I arrived and asked about it, the girl at the counter had to ask a colleague who then took a look at me and said there are no places left. Maybe she did not like my face or something because I went down to the garage and there were plenty of places. But anyway at 25 euro per day and as tight it is (elevator for cars and on minus 2 there are some duplex places) it was probably for the best, we managed with the Skyline Garage nearby at 6 euro per day. Also normally we receive welcome drinks vouchers - and without asking. I don't like begging for them but I did mention them to the girl at the reception. She mumbled something that I indeed should get them brushed it off and we never got them. Then the price - this weekend one of the nights was 200 euro - for an ibis, even styles, that's excessive. And it's not in the city center either, it's quite far (about 30 mins subway ride), next to a recycling plant and a cemetery. At least the metro U6 is exactly next to the hotel. The rooms are small (it's only as wide as the bed plus around 50cm each side). And weirdly arranged - there is only some sliding glass for the toilet and the sink is practically in the room - there is no bathroom per se - don't be fooled by their pictures where they show the superior rooms. The mattress is quite bad for an ibis, I've seen much better at the normal Ibis. The good? Not much, at least the room did not smell and it's close to the U6. Will probably avoid returning - we did find a nice Syrian place nearby and also a nice cafe.

The hotel though not centrally located is very close to various modes of public transport. The staff was very helpful and made things easy to get around. Even though we had no Breakfast and no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, there was a free use of the coffee and tea machine in the main area available to all pretty much any time of the day/night. In addition the room was very comfortable and very uniquely designed too. Also even though we were close to a main road, with the window shut you could hear very little traffic. Finally the place feels very modern and a lot of power outlets and connection options available. Only negative is the hotel parking is very expensive even when you are a guest but there are some very well priced garages in less then 10 min walk away

We "accidently" booked our last night in Vienna here! I'm so glad we made the mistake. From arrival to departure the staff were lovely. I loved the funky vibe of the decor. Best nights sleep for a while!

The hotel was quite nice - good value for money. Also, it was close to public transport and easy to reach the city center and main attractions. The rooms were tiny, and the toilet was a bit extravagant. However, the hotel was designed nicely. Moreover, the beds were very comfortable, which is important for a good night's sleep after a long day. I really liked that during the reservation, there was an option to include additional things to make the stay even more pleasant, e.g., iron, early check-in, late check-out, and breakfast. On top of that, the hotel made a nice gesture by offering a free drink for the stay. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at Ibis Styles Wien City and would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here last week. I’ve stayed at a couple of Ibis Hotels in the past and there always good value for money. The room was fine. Clean. Bed comfortable. At breakfast , everything was there what you could possibly want. Staff all really friendly. Highly recommended when on a budget. 👍👍👏👏

It is in the right place, it was close to tram, metro, bus to reach the city center. The room is comfortable, meets all needs. The staff is kind, helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only minor inconvenience was that unfortunately there was no parking space directly at the hotel, only in a nearby parking garage. But it was also rather unpleasant because during our stay there was snowy, icy weather and it was difficult to drag the suitcase from the parking lot to the hotel.

We stayed for two nights back in May 22' and were very happy with the hotel. Superb staff going above and beyond to make the guest feel welcome, comfortable, and even advise what's worth seeing Vienna and how to get there. The room exceeded our expectations, pleasantly finished and spacious. Complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby. Breakfast was rich in selection, all fresh, tasty, with a fancy, transparent-glass waffer maker. The hotel's quite decently located, despite the train tracks right outside it was quiet in the room. Would highly The recommend this property

I really like this hotel. Although it is not luxurious, it really compensate with the stylish decoration and atmosphere. I really like the attention to the details even in irrelevant things, but added altogether really go beyond higher category hotels. Specially, I was super happy with the staff, the most friendly yet professional ever in a hotel, congrats.

The hotel is super nice, with colorful paints in the room and on the floors. The breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from. There is always free coffee available in the lobby. The staff is super nice and friendly. The metro station U6 is very close and can take you to the city center very fast. The only negative side was a slow wifi with constant disconnections. But otherwise we had a super experience and hope to come back.

I love the style of this hotel. Breakfast was amazing and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived early, because we had just gotten off a place from Chicago, IL USA, and they got the room ready early for us while we sat around the lobby. They even suggested getting the room ready for us, we didn't have to ask. So wonderful! I will stay here again!

The hotel was good and the staff was great and provided a great service. It was what one can usually expect from this brand. The only two things that bothered me a little was: 1. It was overpriced. On week day one can find a four star hotel for the same price, they're offering, so make sure you do your research. 2. For some reason each day the unlock card was not unlocking my room, so I had to go to reception to get it recoded.

Nicely presented, nice room, felt a bit claustrophobic, I think to do with the room design, walls very close to the bed. Cool automatic blinds for the window though, and many light switch options. Mini bathroom and shower quite small and cosy. Good options on the TV to connect your media.

A great stay at the Ibis in mid-June 2022! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped with all of my questions, provided a map, and gave us umbrellas right before the downpour! The morning's breakfast was outstanding!

very pleasant stay at IBIS Styles Wien City; very clean, ample choice for breakfast; very, nice spacious family room (colorful); very convenient locker to let the luggage safely at the hotel while sightseeing the day of departure; helpful /kind staff; great location as the metro/tramway is within 5min walk max; super overall

Hotel is new, in good state. Service is excellent. Food (breakfast) is good, but not too versatile. Rooms are small but functional. Traffic nearby is a bit loud. You just can't sleep with open window.

Very comfortable with public transportation, very friendly stuff, very clean and nicely cool design, great hospitality. Competitive prices. Great coffee machine. We recommend this hotel without thinking twice for those who looking for great hotel with normal budget.

It is indeed a stylish hotel. I was surprised that they had a room available but would charge us for early check in, so we declined and had our bags put on hold with the hotel to check in later. Good location as trains and Trams are super close and you get to any destination in short times. Also there is a Würstlstand ( sausage take away ) close by for a midnight snack on the way home 😉
