Apparently cozy but infestated with bed bugs. Very frustated with the lack of assistance. No front desk service after 10pm and the emmergency phone number is useless for English speakers. No sleep for us tonight. I'll wait for a refund.

Rooms are clean, but hallway not, confusing corridors. The breakfast lady was not polite. The location is awesome, and that is the only reason why I may go back

Very nice and clean, own bathroom shower with blow dryer. Closet, desk with chair, TV sit on desk. Built in night table. A fridge was in the room but was out of use. Leather headboard and leather padded door on the inside. Great location, walking distance of city cites.

The room was beautiful. There is an enchanting old-fashioned seated elevator that's still in service. Location was great but not perfect. Would recommend!

Good location, close to trams stops with few stops to the main attractions. Easy and convenient to check in after hours and best of all there is no charge for checking in after 11pm. Other hotels charge 20% if check in after midnight. Stayed in single room, shower was fantastic! Comfortable bed and safe. You can leave luggage free of charge. Only thing to note is that the cleaner forgot to clear previous guest rubbish.

got bitten by bed bugs for sleeping on their sofa bed. Location’s great, old style hotel. Loud streets if open window. Room wasn’t totally clean, there’s a ziplock bag under my sofa bed

One of the cheaper 4 star hotels in Vienna, and for good reason. Not bad for a short stay but you can definitely do better. Pros - Affordable - Large rooms with old-school grand feel. Cons - No air-con - Wi-fi non existent - Uncomfy beds - Tram noises all night

Nice place however the beds were very hard and very uncomfortable didn't sleep great on them. It's a bit out of the city but close to transport

Very small room. Location is far from downtown. Noisy room because of tram line front of the hotel and windows not well isolated. Room Atmosphere bad and keep you unhappy.

About 100m to the tram stop then take the 43 or 44 into town (Rathaus). A good location, large rooms, friendly staff, decent WiFi and central location.

The rooms were nice and very clean!The location is not central,but it's pretty close to most attractions!There is no parking lot,but they helped us find one!The only problem we had was with the receptionist who had a bad attidude since we first talked!He seemed bothered that we booked the hotel and i find that very unproffesional!

Only street parking available. If you have a rental car like I did don't stay here.

Very cozy hotel with interesting interior and kind service staff. It's very close to the city center and all the sightseeings (15 minutes walking). Good breakfast and housekeeping every day. Thank you. Highly recommend!!!

The bedroom was at the front and on 3rd floor. Large room with large double which was comfortable. Good location near university area. The only drawback no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Large spaceous rooms while are very comfortable. Friendly staff and a great location. However, our room was situated next to a busy room making it hard to get to sleep with the sound of cars and trams. Overall an good hotel for the money.

I really liked our stay at this hotel. There are plenty of things to tell about this hotel: Positive: - The people from the hotel were friendly, more than that! - The location was close to the old city, but not too close, so you have many possibilities. - The rooms are beautiful! - The elevator is amazing. - The price is incredible! Negative: - just one: the breakfast wasn't equally good as the rest of the hotel.

Close to the centre with access to the tram. Clean. Very peaceful and not expensive. Had a nice visit.

No air conditioning. And no view. But nice, very modern rooms and friendly staff. Really great value, all things considered.

The place is very clean and nicely arranged in Vienna style. Subway station is 15min away and buss station 5min away. Position is great because you can visit a lot of places within walking distance. Also lots of shops and restaurants close by. The staff was very nice 😊

The location isn’t very close to the center, yet there were a few restaurants close by. The rooms weren’t as clean as they should’ve been, and the bathroom was a real bummer. The water in the shower were either extremely hot or extremely cold and any change in the handle would change the temperature completely. And we had a clogging in the sink so we couldn’t brush our teeth, wash our hands or our faces without worrying about flooding the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable and it was nice to have a fan but with that said, the bed felt like two separate single beds which made our stay feel like we weren’t really a couple.
