A simple but clean hotel in the Grinzing/Döbling district (19th district of Vienna) a little away from the city center. It is convenient but time-consuming to get to the center by train. Recommendation is to travel by car. Driving in Vienna is extremely relaxed. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs in the hotel. Both the food and the staff are first class. Terrible experience! The woman at the front desk was very disorganized and quite hateful when I checked in. The first night I was there it was very warm in the room. I tried to sleep with the window open but there were no screens and I was fighting off bugs all night! My internet did not work at all! When I tried to, politely, talk to her about these issues...she LITERALLY laughed and said “These are not my problems.” I will never stay here again nor will I recommend this hotel!
