This
was
quite
an
appalling
experience
from
customer
service
standpoint
-
upon
the
break
out
of
war
in
Ukraine
I
asked
the
hotel
if
it
was
possible
to
either
reschedule
or
cancel
(as
I
had
to
take
care
of
some
other
matters
first),
to
which
the
hotel
said
that
neither
was
possible.
Since
I
paid
for
two
nights
I
then
wrote
the
hotel
that
I
would
be
arriving
for
the
second
night
only.
Their
response
was
that
they've
already
rented
my
apartment
to
somebody
else.
So
the
result
is
that
both
nights
were
paid
for
in
full
but
they
actually
rejected
to
provide
the
service,
which
as
I
later
learned
they're
actually
entitled
to
if
you
don't
show
up
on
the
first
day
(the
small
print
stuff).
All
in
all
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
to
any
travelers
considering
staying
in
Vienna
for
more
than
1
night
(as
if
your
plans
get
derailed
for
any
reason
you
risk
their
customer
service
will
not
allow
you
to
use
the
remainder
of
your
stay
even
though
you
might
have
already
paid
for
it).
I
think
it's
also
a
matter
of
taste
if
you
as
a
consumer
want
to
associate
with
a
business
that
behaves
like
this
-
but
I
suppose
each
to
their
own!
