👍👍 Unexpected. Would stay again. The room was great. We stayed over the new year (31st Dec to 2nd Jan) and we couldn't shower after coming home from the fireworks. The hot water was freezing. Never skipped a beat after that night. Very tidy with heaps of space. Fridge and dishwasher were available. Ve... People often mention room,

The boarding house, which operates without a reception or restaurant, is actually a tastefully renovated apartment building, where some of the apartments are for rent - but the building is also inhabited by permanent residents. Its condition is acceptable despite the minor shortcomings, the living is comfortable, the apartment is large and quiet. There were wet stains in the living room and toilet, a torn clothes hanger in the hall, graffiti (which we washed off). Its approach is great, both by car and by public transport, simple and convenient. You have to pay attention to the duration of parking near the hostel, it is paid until 22:00 on weekdays. I wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation to everyone

Supermarkets were close (via tram for a larger one).

Lot of cockroaches in the room on my late arrival !! No reception at the place so it was hard to get some help. All of their rooms were booked so no solution was proposed except for a room cleaning. And absolutely no refund was offered. My worst hotel experience by far.

Very practical. Everything has been thought out. Spacious room with a separate toilet and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need. If we fly to Vienna again, we will choose the same one.

When I booked the room I wanted to know if it would be possible to check in before 3 p.m. Unfortunately this was denied because the room still needed to be cleaned. When we entered the room for the first time, we realized that no one had cleaned the room for a long time. It smelled very unpleasantly of stale air and the laundry drawer smelled musty. Equally unpleasant was the fact that the pictures did not correspond to reality. The extremely tiny room compared to the quite spacious bathroom reminded me of misguided architecture. The nice thing about the room is the very large terrace with seating and a huge garbage can, which fortunately hasn't started to smell because of the cold season. There are holes in the wall in the bathroom and the entire apartment could basically use a new coat of paint. The staff, who I was only allowed to speak to on a telephone, were very friendly. Unfortunately the room is too expensive for the rather poor condition. But what is worth mentioning is the location. You have the U3 and trams around the corner and can be at the train station and in the center in just a few minutes.

Not recommended. Extremely on the outskirts and very far from the city center. Mandatory subway which causes enormous inconvenience. The building is well structured but in disrepair. Hasn't been watched for a good 2 years. No contact person, you have to do everything yourself. Dirty walls, shoe marks on the walls in the bedroom, walls colored by the grease of dirt, uncomfortable tables that I won't tell you, normal air conditioning, terrace a bit uncertain about its existence, good beds and comfortable sheets except for the cushions with the lining humiliated by time that no longer holds up. No wardrobe for clothes. Small, dingy bathrooms. In one there is a toilet, in another there is an acceptable shower with great affection. Even in a very small space. If the lack of bidets is felt in some hotels, here it is especially painful. You have to go to the living room with what you have after defecating to take a shower. Bad water. Acceptable soaps. Good kitchen department with more spaces. The really good thing is the supermarket nearby. For the rest one of the worst I've ever experienced. If your situation isn't the best on an economic level but you want to have a holiday, absolutely don't come here, there are many others even cheaper that certainly have fewer inconveniences

I had an extremely pleasant stay at the Hahn Boardinghouse. The apartment was very spacious, bright, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in is done using a key safe, very quick and uncomplicated. I'll be back!
