Location - accessible to bus, underground and tram. A supermarket just in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants in walkable distance to this place. Bed & Pillows - very comfortable ones. Bathroom - Super clean and provided with hand wash and shower gel. Kitchen - it’s very thoughtfully set with induction stove, small refrigerator and dishwasher. The place looked to be new and also very nicely maintained. The check in process and check out process is automatic. But host did reply quickly for my queries through email. Value for money - it’s a win win to the host and guests. I strongly recommend the stay at this place. If you find the review helpful for you please do click on 👍

Steve was very pleasant. Rumours rather compact and they could’ve done with more tablets and check-in as we had to wait 20 minutes to check in and 20 minutes to check out because it was so busy otherwise well worth busy. Room was very tidy and clean and had everything we needed. Air-conditioning was very good.

Room was spacious with all the amenities you can expect in a home. Location is quite on the outskirts of Vienna. The nearby Gumpendorfer station is very close but the station is quite dodgy due to probably homeless or gang loitering around the entrance/exit of the station. To get to the city, will need to take a bus for about 5-10mins. There is a Penny Markt right opposite which makes it very convenient for any grocery shopping.

Apartment is new and cozy. Very ergonomic layout. Bed and linen is comfortable. Windows are thick. Room is well insulated from outside in terms of noise and temperature. Air conditioning is great.

The room where we stayed was beautiful. Well maintained, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchen had all the necessary stuff though ours electric stove wasnt working. Hotel is decently located. 5 min walk from nearest train station. A supermarket across the street ans there are a few restaurants around. Only thing to be noted is there is no reception in this hotel. You have to check in yourself. Tip: you can't checkin before 3 pm which is their checkin time if you have paid online the whole price. I experienced it myself. Machine wont dispensr the room key before 3pm. Since there is no reception yoi can't contact anyone.

We stayed at Oliver’s for 2 nights. The apartments appeared to be much better in reality than in the pics. The stay is situated not far from the downtown with a number of groceries nearby. Contactless check-in is not a problem at all if one is to read the manual the administration sent out in advance carefully and confirm the reservation online following the link sent just before the date of the trip. The apartments are neatly redecorated and furnished. There are two spacious rooms equipped with all necessary appliances. There is a mini-kitchen, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, a teapot (instant coffee and tea provided), some kitchenware for cooking and serving, towels and detergent. There is a minutia thing for long stay here. The room is air-conditioned, very light and saturated with coziness. The bed and linen are fresh and comfy, which gives extra value after long day round Vienna. The is a safe in the wardrobe, which is an advantage either. WC / shower is nice, neat and clean, clean white towels with some washing gel and shampoo courtesy Oliver’s. The cleaning service is at every day’s mode. We felt really satisfied with our stay at Oliver’s Apartments and do confirm our pleasure to stay there again. A wonderful place to stay!

Very modern very clean. I like the laundry room which is free and includes detergent (2 washers and 1 dryer so need to queue). W But be aware that there is always no staff in the building. Luckily I checked in quite smoothly (even made a few error and took me like 6-7 mins), but later I saw a couple who failed to check in and there was no way to call for help. I don’t know how they ended up. For convenience, I will give 3/5. 5 and 7 mins away from two metro stations respectively, a frequent bus 57a down there brings you close to the city center. A supermarket is opposite to the building. Very few options for breakfast nearby and the Nearest coffee shop is 4 mins away.

We stayed here for 4 nights and would definitely recommend here, it's in an ideal place so you're not far from tram stations ( Gumpendorfer and Margarentengurtel). The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious, they have offers if you want to stay for longer. Our room was lovely and cosy with a little kitchenette, the way it's been designed you wouldn't know you had a little fridge in your room. If you want to use the washing machine or the iron you have to go to the basement, if we were to come back to Vienna we'd book here again

Good location, bed comfortable and apartment well appointed. Could have been cleaner especially the stairwells etc. good value for money but I wouldn’t come back .

The place has a very good location. It is near U4, Penny, Billa, Spar. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There was even a high chair for our baby. Guests should prepare a 1 euro coin deposit in order to use the lockers in the basement.

Wonderful stay. This apartment has everything you need including cleaning service every day. Only one thing to mention, our blinds didn’t work so we were awake early but we leverage to get to know Vienna earlier.

Great and clean apartments. Easy to find and check in. Close to U6, U4, trams and buses. Supermarkets are very close and the neighbourhood is so nice with little parks, cafes and lovely streets.

Spacious, clean, well functioning and easy check in and out. Would stay there again, however the location is not my favourite.

Modern, clean and comfortable place close to the U-ban metro that runs every 5 minutes during the day. Recommendable

Nice and clean! Everything is so new and modern! The self check-in concept is fun as well. You even have a full-equipped kitchen in your room and a communal washing area on the ground floor. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The check- in was very easy and user friendly. It's a great location because it's near to the most famous street in Vienna, Mariahilf strasse. We'll be coming back for sure!!

We stayed here for a weekend trip in Vienna. Our experience here was amazing, from the room to the location and even the automated check in. It's like a smart ATM. Really good for when you check in after midnight. Staying here again for sure!

This is a fine place to stay, but it does have many problems : Automatised checked-in… not 100% guarantee it will go well, wifi is sometimes barely working otherwise it’s not working at all, the bathroom (especially the door) is poorly made which makes the bathroom really annoying, the air conditioning is sometimes getting on for no reason.

It is nice a hotel near the tram station. Check-in check-out process is automatic with payment option available at the main entrance. The room is of decent size with a small area for the kitchen.

Awful experience, many problems. The worst "management" I have ever experienced, (if you could even call it management), uncomfortable pillows/beds, (was unable to sleep at all), wifi does not work well, keeps cutting out. Place feels unclean. In my opinion if you want to sleep well or be able to work - Stay anywhere else.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Vienna and was impressed with the automated check-in process. However, I was disappointed to find that the room was smaller than advertised. Additionally, the cleaning lady arrived at 10:00am and tried to rush me out of the room, even though the written checkout time was 11:00am. This made for a less-than-pleasant end to an otherwise decent stay. Overall, while the convenience of the automated check-in was appreciated, the discrepancies in room size and checkout time left a bit to be desired

Very spatious apartment as we got upgraded to deluxe freely, very conveniently located few minutes from the U4 metro line, able to go to the city center quickly, or the Schonbrunn palace on the other side for example. Supermarket right in front, very calm neighbourhood

I cannot fault this place. Come here if you are visiting Vienna! Make sure to leave us a room haha! The customer service is above and beyond. The manager and staff are really helpful and attentive, always around if you need something and easy to contact especially through the app once you arrive. The room is really modern and well kept, compared to living in England it is so modern and enjoyable. It is honestly the best priced and overall best hotel we have been to. Oliver at Home does feel like we are living at home! I cannot fault it. The bathroom sink is genius, don't worry because its not broken, there is a latch behind the faucet to drain which we found ingenious. Self-service check-in was splendidly easy! If you have any troubles or questions the portiere button outside and the contact info are everywhere inside. Thanks!!

Very convenient location and fairly priced. The only wish is a decent coffee machine.

The bedroom is very nice, with a small kitchen and a very confortable bed. The only problem was the check in hour, at 15h - comparing to other hotels it is a little late.

Amazing location in the silent city centre with a lot of attractions within walking distance. Very well-organized processes of pre-stay, check-in and check-out. The apartment is well equipped, not everything you need, but most of it.

Been there with my husband and 10 year old. Took a Deluxe apt. Not too big. Everything you need except a coffee maker. Really close to supermarkets ( 3 of them). 5 min walk to subway. 3 stops to center, 3 stops to Schombrunn Palace. Clean inside and you have basically all you need. If we would’ve had a coffee machine I would’ve rated it 5 stars.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the tram stops and train station. Self check-in, quiet aparthotel. Had an issue checking in but someone was contactable and very helpful. Lovely modern building, good secure access. Mini supermarket directly opposite. Definitely recommend.
