Nice place, in central Vienna... Attractions around on walking distance

The location was great, the room seemed clean, there was enough space for 3 people BUT the toilet was disgusting. It was completed black on the bottom and we had to buy a Chlorine to clean it by ourselves. I think they never cleaned the toilet inside..

Location/price: excellent! The room was cold, but the owners did their best to warm it.

Great location since it’s near the biggest Christmas market in Vienna. Only about 15-20 minutes to downtown by bus. It was just quite bizarre that they have two separate buildings on another street. We were in the ones without the reception.

The rooms are very clean and big. The service was amazing and the stuff is very professional. The price is affordable. 100% would recommend!

Very centrally located which made it easy to get to the main tourist attractions.

Better choice another pension. The room was uncomfortable, cold, dark. Not for this price.

I'm giving them 4 stars for a 2 star hotel. The room was small with no extras but it was clean, reasonable comfortable and less cost than most of the other hotels. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The best thing is the location. We walked to many interesting sites and enjoyed eating across the street at Luigi's Restaurant.

Why not 5 stars? poor and unreliable Wi-Fi. Why 3? The room was functional- had hot shower, a comfy bed and it was well heated. Cherry on the cake- the location! One block away is Berggasse-S.Freud’s apartment! If I hadn’t booked at Liechtenstein I would probably have missed the chance to visit his flat on such a short stay (1night)…imagine! Walking on the same roads that once he was walking on!! I think, that for that there are not enough stars..

The room was big and airy. Near Metro line and Vienna attractions.

Enough for a stay in downtown Vienna. Convenient for waking and transportation, and has all basic facilities: shower, toilet, heating, cleaning service every day.

horrific. staff were terribly unhelpful, hour delay for a room when i arrived, requested to keep bags safe in our locked room with a late check out and was subsequently argued with, aggressively, before this was agreed to. when i came back to get my belongings, i attempted to check out and was told an extra €40 had been charged to my card without my knowledge or approval and was then verbally abused and harassed off the property by the owner and her husband in front of their child.

Very basic accomodation, but clean which is all you can really ask for at that price. One of the pillows was ultra thin, but nobody on reception in the evenings to ask to swap it.... Not the end of the world though!

We love the place. We stayed 2 nights. Clean, nice room. High ceeling. Very friendly people. We walked to Burgtheater, University, Museen, Downtown. U-Bahn, buses and trams are also very close by.

Location, location location. Very nice place downtown Vienna next to major tram, bus and subway stop. The pension brings you right into the atmosphere of Vienna living. Small but high rooms, windows, doors grand staircase. Very kind and helpful staff. Great for low-to-mid budget travel.

Spent 2 nights here. the receptionist was friendly. Not bad but not a child friendly place to stay. The walls are paper thin, you can literally hear every word and every move from other rooms and the shared area. The solid sharp edge of the wooden headboard (seriously, why? the most ridiculous headboard ever!), the gap in the middle of the bed- 2 single mattresses that were uncomfortable. Also 2 very tiny bottles of wash gel, that's all for 2 days, no refill. Our bathroom was not cleaned on the 2nd day. Sorry but i don't recommend this place.

Extremely good location right in the middle of the city and the price was very good. I stayed in a single room and it was clean. The bathroom seemed recently renovated and was in good condition. Room was small but that was expected and I only used it to sleep so the clean and comfortable bed was all that mattered. Slightly noisy as my room was facing a street and on the ground floor but with the window closed all the external noise was muted.
