I had such a great experience at Appartements Ferchergasse. Christian was so hospitable and made understanding Vienna easier. The apartment was clean, comfy, and cozy, and I loved meeting his adorable 3 cats that are in the office area, though one is an escape artist haha. The apartment started to feel like home. We only had a weekend in Vienna, but we would have loved to stay in the Appartements Ferchergasse longer. Our apartment was in the last floor and had a terrace. And it was so nice to sit outside in the evening. The apartment itself was very well equipped, so you really will not miss anything there. The owners are very friendly and really know a lot about Vienna, so just ask them for tips. In the neighbourhood you find many restaurants (we really liked Liebstoeckl) so you don't have to cook if you don't want. And with the tram you only need 15 minutes to the city center so this is very comfortable.

I found the flat to be warming and cozy, came with a fridge, microwave and nice private balcony. The location is close to shops and restaurants of many cuisines of taste. The owner was very friendly and helped us with any questions. Luckily my wife speaks German but the owner also spoke English which made it easier for myself. The bldg has a elevator that travels to all floors also. I highly recommend this building for your stay in Vienna.

Loved the apartment, the facilities, the area, the management. All was great. We enjoyed our stay and while the weather in Vienna was not cooperating, we then truly enjoyed our great apartment. Saved lots of money on restaurant food since we had the basic meals at the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment and not expensive at all. It was like having a suite for budget room price. Christian, manager, was great and always available to answer any questions and even set up a taxi to the airport at off hours at a very reasonable price. Geee, what else can we ask?

We had a wonderful stay in Wein traveling with our 1 and a harf year old girl. We took a night jet from Zürich to Wein, and unexpectedly there were no shower facilities on the train, so upon arriving in Wein, we planned to find a shower room near the station. Shortly before our arrival in Wein, I contacted Christian, and he kindly invited us to use the shower in his apartment as soon as we arrived. Thanks to Christian, the three of us didn't have to wander around with sweaty bodies. We're also grateful to the helpful his mother who assisted us. The apartment had a kitchen, and I was impressed by the cleaning power of the Siemens dishwasher, which was very different from our home's dishwashers. There were several supermarkets and delicious gelato shops around the apartment. We were able to spend our time quietly and comfortably during our stay. Although we only had a brief encounter with Christian during checkout, I'd like to express my gratitude through this message.

Wonderful place, nice and airy. Well equiped. Hosts really nice ! Not very close to all the happening but plenty of close by ammenities and very easy commute.

Exactly as described and photographed! Super clean, facilities in great condition (newly renovated??), and it was so convenient to have a full kitchenette and access to the ground floor laundry! The apartment was great, with a large bedroom, everything was clean and had everything you need. Apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful place, very close to public transport, tram and train. There are several markets in the area. The host was very kind, he welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know while we were there and was available all the time. Overall we had a great trip to Vienna.

The appartment was great and the hosts were really helpfull with everything from maps to personal requests to reccomendations. I would definitely book again. The location is pretty good with easy acces to city transport and a couple of shops close by.

Christopher and Stephanie were kind and helpful, including suggesting ways to travel, places to visit, and helping us purchase tickets on a private train to Salzburg instead of the more expensive and slower public rail systems.

We arrived too early for check-in , but Christian met us in the office and gave us the key to leave the baggage, and on the departure day we left the baggage in storage and had a nice walk before the train. We stayed in the apartment for 2 - it was very clean and bright, with a small nice kitchen. The location is ideal: it is about 15 min to the city center by tram 43, which stops near. And about 15 min to a beautiful forest in the suburb. Lidl and Hofer are very close to this place, so you can buy food there and cook in the apartment or go to the cafe - we find a nice one within two tram stops from the Hernals station. And you can get very easily to many interesting places by S-Bahn Hernals - such as Schonbrunn or Grinzing. We will be happy to stay in Appartements Ferchergasse next time.

The apartments are really clean and cozy, they make you feel like home. The host is really helpful as well and quick to help in any situation, you can really count on him for anything.

Steps from the tram, bus, and train, with a terrifically responsive and helpful staff team, I can only recommend Appartments Ferchergasse. A ground floor apartment was our home for six weeks as we were moving to Austria, and we really enjoyed staying there. A fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms -- it had everything our family needed for a long stay. On the 43 tram, we were in to the center of the city in 15-20 minutes. The immediate surroundings are an interesting urban neighborhood with food and drink options as well as having a large hardware store around the corner. Also around the corner is a bike path that takes you in 5 minutes by bike to a vineyard and 10 minutes to the forest surrounding Vienna. All-in-all, a great stay and we would definitely stay again in the future.

It's a little gem in the 17th district. It's a great Viennese neighbourhood with traditional pubs and restaurants The management is very helpful with information and tips around Vienna. Rooms are great. We stayed as a family for a city trip and all our needs were actually were met at the spot. 100% recommend.

Affordable accommodation at a great location. The host went beyond expectations to assist guests with information of what to see, how to travel, where to park and many others! Shops are nearby!!

We rented 3 apartments for a family celebration. It was perfect. Loved the location and friendly service. We will definitely stay again if given the chance to be back in Vienna.

Amazing host! Very kind and helpful. Great cozy apparments.well equiped small kitchen. Me and my wife loved it there. It's a bit out of the way, but there is a connecting train station only 4 minute walk away,so only a small hassle. And for most your food shopping needs there's a 24hr shop right next to the train station :)

Very nice appartment in a quiet area. It is very close to a metro, stores and restaurants so no problem getting to the center and any attractions. The owner was very helpful to us when we arrived and even helped us set up our Austrian SIM card which we had trouble with as instructions were all in German.

Christian is an awrsome host. He showed us around the building and made us feel at home. He gave us tips and information about the neighborhood and how to get to the city center by transit . It makes a world of difference when the host is on site. The apartment was spacious, modern, bright with a kitchen and was perfect for my family. All the comforts of a home. Although the location is further from city center Vienna transit is fast. Took less than 30 minutes.
