After the problem which came up about the distance to the airport wrongly published on the web I booked on, nobody there was willing to excusing. The management did not appear and they said that they had no formal complaints for customers which is something unbelievable for the high standards in Austrian tourism, which I know well. I gave the chance to the hotel manager to call me in the future days, at least to explain me what Booking considered a mistake by the hotel, which is not really fair as they are also responsible for the information they publish, but no one kept in contact. Thank you for the excellent restaurant service which shew all the excellent skills that management didn’t. Completely disappointed I won’t make my complaint reach Austrian tourism authorities (as I have been assessed) due to the fact that all my previous hotel experiences in such a beautiful country have been always excellent.

Good hotel. We were accommodated even at night. The room is clean, comfortable and cosy, however now there is an autobahn being built near it, so in the morning we were awakened by a terrible noise of construction. We were very tired and wanted to sleep longer, but we couldn't

It is far away from city center. Rooms are small, no air conditioner, no minibar and no elevator. It is like a "Shining" movie that you feel isolated in there. There is no market around the hotel and there is no nearby public transportation which means you must have a car if you really decided to stay in this hotel. There is no variation in the breakfast. If you come to hotel check in after 22:00, you just have to take the key by yourself because there is no one working at the hotel after 22:00 including receptionist. Unfortunately, after checking in, some guests found beer cans and trash in the room and another guest found out that their rooms had already been given to another guests. There is a chaos a little. Honestly, I didn't like staying in here

Disclaimer- I'm describing the room I stayed, there are some renovations in process in this hotel so you may have better luck and get a good room. We got the room on the first floor, not renovated yet. The room was in bad shape, especially the shower. The where no option to fix a shower head to the wall and it was ruined so there water went everywhere but not where needed. Also no shower curtain or a glass door that could prevent water spatter. Somewhere no lightbulbs in the lamps. Dangerous solutions for near the bed sockets, they are literally covered by pillows, too close to the head during sleep. Bed linen and towels where clean. Breakfast restaurant was nice, breakfast - tasty but no variety. Staff was nice

NOT NEAR THE AIRPORT! Sure, it says 5 miles, but that's in a straight line and doesn't include the 35 minute detour across the river needed to get there. Overall, a bleak experience.

First night heating doesn't work. I' m ill now. We explained it to the staff and they repaired it. No food at any time. Only breakfast and bar. Misleading advertising. They show at the website has a restaurant and swimming pool. It's not true. No food. Next here there's only one restaurant. If you don't go soon, you won't be able to have dinner. Far from the city center. One hour to arrive. It depends on traffic jam hour.

The worst hotel ever experience in my life, you can ever imagine. and aim not being emotional when iam writing this review. With my family we contracted an agency to pass the new year eve in Vienna . and they did booked on this hotel. i don't know why ?? maybe availability or it is cheap. This hotel does not offer anything than an bed and an cheap breakfast . iam sorry guys

I rented a room for three weeks. First weekend I went home because of private obligations and when I came back on Monday the things that I left in the room over the weekend (all of these days were paid for, of course) where gone (snacks, cables, toiletry - altogether value of 50-60€ aprox). None of the staff really didn't do much to try to find it. Their only reply was that this was impossible and didn't bother about my complaints. They told me that cleaning is done by another company and that I should speak to manager of that company. Nonsense! Not really how you should treat your guests.

Great value for money, deluxe double really large, loads of space, used restaurant once, food fresh, and good value, breakfast included , all fresh and a good choice, loads on site free parking, only 15 mins to Vienna city, would stay again if in area

Warning to anyone booking this hotel, it is not 5k as stated from Vienna Airport but 29k. I contacted the hotel and asked asked to cancel because of this misinformation but they still charged me even though I didn't stay there.

Mediocre breakfast. They had smelly septic water in shower water for 2 weeks. Staff rarely communicates. Hotel is poorly staffed, only 5 people working. Problems during every checkout. Only one hotel wing with new rooms, given only to new customers, the rest of the rooms are old fashioned but with clean sheets. Wifi is free and ok. Showers in old rooms are poorly made, making a slippery flood in bathroom. Could be improved by 2 stars just with better service

Very clean rooms, and the service was great. The staff had no problems speaking English. The prices were also good (paid around 90 euros for a room for 3 persons, but there were cheaper options available too). The only problem was that the room had no mini fridge. It also had no AC, but that was not a problem for us. The location has a big parking lot, and it's easy to get to Vienna by car from there.

Good food, spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff. It is just 20 kilometers from the center of Vienna.

The accommodation is a net scam! Unpretentious dormitory rooms, nothing like the photos, which is the basis of my choice! Instead of a double bed, there are 2 worn-out scraps single bed with different high, an undemanding bathroom, and no doors on the wardrobe. The staff is not helpful, overall accommodation is very disappointing

I asked the receptionist whether , there is air conditioner or ventilator in the room. There is not by the way , she told me to open the window and close the lights for the mosquitos . Denken Sie dass , ich bin ein Dunkopf oder was . 🙄 She was smoking outside when we arrived to the hotel and a bus of people waited for her. The room has bugs and the hotel is old . Overall a young lady half my age should be polite. Especially in tourism sector.

I stayed there for 5 days; the location is a bit far away from the center of the city. Not excellent, but overall satisfactory.

The hotel is just like a hunting mansion, but it has serious shortcomings. There is no mini fridge, the beds are very uncomfortable and very soft, in some rooms the heaters do not burn

Very nice room, food very good. I recommend
