Nice and clean hotel in the vicinity of Vienna airport. Hotel staff is user friendly and do what you need on the spot. However there is a little noise in the hotel as the sitting lounge is near to the rooms and voice goes directly to rooms. Secondly there is no disposable things like comb or brush etc. overall experience was good and airports transfer was also on exact time. Recommended

I would like to highly recommend this hotel for the long term parking. I parked my car here for many weeks as I was going for a holiday. The Parking lot is really safe and big. My car stayed there very safely. The reception person was very kind. He immediately called the shuttle for us to drive the airport. The shuttle driver can speak many languages and he is very friendly person. The same person picked us up from the airport when we returned. He arrived in few minutes after we called. Overall great service and experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and parking spot if you are flying out of Vienna. The location is just 10 minutes drive to the airport.

I stayed in this hotel due to arriving late from a flight and having to leave very early one morning. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport for 20 euros for 2 people which was ideal. The room was very cozy and clean. It’s not easy to get to Vienna city Centre, I would suggest going to the airport and taking the direct fast train from there. Very limited interaction with staff. Not cheap, but a good experience.

Please please don't book here! Very poor levels of cleanliness, I found white marks on the blanket and don't want to know where they came from. I'm not sure if the shower was ever cleaned, It's disgusting. They will charge you for the shuttle bus, which only runs in one direction and won't take you to the hotel. It was €18.50 (7min by car) and they didn't mention this price anywhere, so it came as a surprise when we arrived.

Business - few overnight stays. The hotel is no soundproofing, so the noise in the corridor and from other rooms is very disturbing. It's amazingly that in 2023, this hotel has no air-condition and it offers a portable fan for cooling down the rooms. I stayed in July and it was really hot in the rooms. It is almost impossible to sleep with the window open, because the noise from the nearby highway is very disturbing. The WIFI signal, on the 2nd floor where I stayed was very poor and unstable so devices were mostly not connected. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The breakfast menu is very limited. For my opinion, this is the hotel to stay for a day or two max if you are not too picky person.

Hotel no aircon & felt stuffy sleeping in the room especially it’s Summer season now. The fan was small for 2 people. Found a cockroach in the room so cleanliness is bad. No amenities like shopping mall, minimart around the area. Not recommended to anyone to stay there.

Bad hotel. Hotel staff doesn't speak English even if you talk to them in this language. There were hair in the bathroom randomly laying on the floor. The toilet was dirty, just as most of the other furniture. Wi-Fi connection is weak, and food is expensive and not that good

Clean and tidy stop over from airport. Breakfast was worth the 9 euros per person. The lady on reception was very helpful when we got there also the hotel offer transfers for a cost per room. The price to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel was 20 euros so include that in the cost if you don't arrange the transfer with the hotel.

Rooms are like ovens during summer - no air-conditioning and the temperature must have been at least over 30 degrees all night. No iron in the whole of hotel to iron your shirt. Not only will you come out sweating cats and dogs, you will also look a bit homeless. Not good if you have a business meeting. Breakfast is advertised as "excellent". It is not. If anything, it is a bit underwhelming and simple. No scrambled eggs for vegetarians, for example. If you are vegan, you will find nothing to eat here. But you will pay EUR 14 for it. The only thing that works in favour of the hotel is the proximity to the airport. But taxi is ca. 20 EUR for several minutes of ride. Being next to the highway it is very noisy if you keep your window open - and you must, or you will boil to death.

We had a clean room, front desk was very helpful, and the breakfast was better than expected. I would choose this hotel again if I am on a tight budget. The morning shuttle back to the airport was affordable and convenient. What I hated the most, was the Vienna airport experience. I will look for different routes and avoid their airport at all costs -- many clueless and very rude employees. They even targeted us for an extra security screening because I dared to ask questions that they didn't have answers for. It was the most racist airport that I've been so far. Shame on you VIE!!! There are many other bad reviews out there. Check them out. It's not a tourist friendly airport at all!

Arrived to the hotel mid night 15th Oct 2023. Being a visitor from the UK so my phone doesn’t have the right charger plug. However, when I asked two of the staffs at reception, they lied to me that they have none. I was even begging them to let me charge my phone as it was the only way I can make payment (Apple Pay) but these people don’t have any manner at all. Woke up the next morning with whole night slept with worrying, the other staff (must be the hotel manager) was there and he supplied me a bunch of charger adapter with many choices (?). I accept the fact that the night shift staffs don’t want to share their charger. But the way they lied to me about their hotel doesn’t have any adapter is totally disgusting. Absolutely dirty human being and totally ruined my experience with Vienna at the first time visit. Their vision is short because I would be more happy to spend my money for drinks or food. These people are nowhere near clever when they choose to treat visitors this way.

Perfect hotel for airport overnight transfers. Serves breakfast, has coffee and drinks vending machines, the hotel can arrange transport to the airport at reasonable price.

We stayed at the hotel only for bed and breakfast before the flight. A very nice hotel. 24 hour reception service. Rooms are not spacious but enough for sleeping and getting organized. Everything in the room looks new. On the ground floor we had a view of the parking lot. A total of 8 minutes drive to Vienna airport which is a crazy plus and no, we didn't hear the planes taking off and landing. The breakfast was not varied enough for our taste.

wouldn’t recommend for parking! they said to take a taxi back from the airport and that we would get refunded for the ride but then said that they couldn’t refund us because the shuttle was available at that time. with the price of the taxi included, we could park at the airport directly. they need a better organisation between staff members for sure

Comfortable hotel near the airport. Registration 24/7, checkout too. Convenient for all departing. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. There is everything you need. Large parking lot. It was nice to receive a welcome drink from the hotel.

Comfortable and convenient. Very near to the airport. We chose to sleep here for one night before picking up our rental car rhe next day. It would be better to stay here insteas of going to Vienna central city if you planning to rent a car. Just choose to pick the car around airport. We took bolt from airport to hotel. very convenient. The manager was accomodating enough and gave us a much secluded rooms, far from large group tourists which may cause noises. But our room’s wifi network was a bit weak😂

Clean and affordable rooms close to the airport Vienna. Shuttles to the city available. Good value for your money. Breakfast option available. Plenty of free parking spots available. We didn't go to the city or the airport during our stay but my wife and I choose this hotel for an event close by and it was a good decision. We had a good first impression. No option for charging stations for our electric car directly at the hotel but there was a charging station in walking distance. This was the only thing we though that could be improved ;-)

Good just for one night stand. Close to the airport, offers parking and shuttle service. Room simple, but bef comfy. Cleanliness could be better

I stayed here for 2 nights with a large group. The rooms are big (for Europe) and are very clean. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms don't have temperature control so that's the one and only drawback. Wifi works great.

Very basic hotel to sleep before taking an early flight in vienna airport. No room service, no restaurant, no phone for wake up. I think that there are better alternative options, but in case of no other possibilities.

Close to airport 10 min, 20€. Tiny rooms, but clean and drinkable water in the top. The reception is the same desc with the bar, so when I enter the hotel, I feel like in a bar.

Restless and fatigue are the words best describes my experience at this hotel. Owners if I may advise, if you have guests who are to be leaving the hotel early mornings do not place them first floor or at least next to the bar and reception.

Nice place for stop over or for night before your flight. Rooms are to small. Reception can’t organize wake-up call. Transfer to the terminal cost 18,50 eur per room. Room are light, quite and clean. Coffee on a bar horrible and value, but in automatic coffee not bad and cheeper.

Came to this hotel (after being treated appallingly in the Moxy by their vile receptionist); and they were absolutely lovely! Lovely staff - friendly and helpful, gave me a little laundry detergent as my suitcase was lost on the way to Vienna (so that I could wash my clothes for the next day), happy to book taxis, helped me with a photocopy, clean bright and spacious rooms, and the Italian restaurant down the road was delicious and delivered to the hotel room! I like that the rooms can either be heated or you can open the window for fresh air. The shower is pretty powerful and plenty of hot water, and ATM and coffee machine at the hotel foyer. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station, and really easy to get to the airport or into town. Comfortable firm beds with nice pillows and bedding. Highly recommend, great hotel!

A hotel that is not suitable for most quests ! Old furniture , and nothing at your room - no possibility to prepare coffee or thea . During COVID 19 : nothing to eat and drink only sleeping. It’s far from the airport ( 8-9 km) and the bus shuttle is not available

Forced to stay here due to failure of Enterprise to have any cars despite my booking. Hotel was fine. Breakfast very good. Very similar to Premier Inn n Travelodge in UK. No restaurant. Walked into nearby village found excellent small Pizza Pasta cafe.

Hotel is very clean, nice large towels, friendly staff. It is good for one night, although it's a bot pricey. No air conditioning which was terrible in August night. Parking is also a problem to find, especially if you come late.

Quiet place, fast and easy access to the airport with available transfer. Enough parking spots for private cars, if needed. Excellent buffet breakfast!

A nice place! Pleasant to stay. 15 minutes walk from the train station. 2.5€ per person - one way ticket from the airport to Fischamend train station. Very comfortable. I gave 4 stars and not 5, just because I'm not sure it is completely clean... Even though it seems clean 🤔

I loved that place. I have stayed there with a kid and a medium sized dog and everyone was very nice. It was very clean and pretty quiet. Also not far away from airport. The hotel keeper was so nice, even helped me with ordering taxi, because bolt guy didn’t wanted to take a dog (I have ordered pet bolt) so I have not missed a plane!!!

Very friendly, very clean. Great hospitality. A 10 minute walk from the train station and 1 stop from the airport. A 21 euro taxi ride is free on the train.

Very disappointed by my stay on Life Hotel. The room was very noisy, people gathering under the window, smoking just under the window (apparently there is no rule for a distance from a window in Austria) impossible to keep the window opened. Very limited transportation means, only one taxi is operating Fischamed town. Noisy elevator heavily used, combined with poor sound proof for door and walls. As a taxi from the airport is 20 euro and a place in the 7 persons hotel shuttle to the airport is 18.5 euros, this is not really an "airport hotel". I had a second reservation two weeks after my stay, I cancelled it immediately I arrived home.

Decent room, no sound proof. There is an inch gap between the floor and the door so you can hear your neighbors when walking in the hallway as if they are inside the room. Good breakfast, pay per use shuttle bus, employees speak english, german, slavic languages

Fantastic for the price. Exceptional service from the staff, really helped me out. Very convenient to the indie Campers pickup location.

Was a great experience for me. Loved the location since it was far from city & had that village touch. Service not much in it. Just had an interaction with the reception, who were cool. In a nutshell, a great experience for a short 1 day stay. Just Found a number of visitors with their pets friendly.

Hotel is good. Rooms are clean and simple. Stayed here due to a tour, not my choice. Ok for one night on your way to the airport. It is far from the city, about 30 min on the highway. No USB ports to charge devices in the room, so bring a current adapter if you're not from the EU. They serve the typical continental breakfast in the morning. Avoid room 12. The only thing separating it from the bar/reception area is a very thin wall. Ear plugs are a must.

The room wasnt clean, the towel smelled so bad i couldnt use it at all, wasnt able to sleep at night because i could hear a strong noise of water coming down through the pipes in the toilet room.. Could also hear the people's foot steps through the ceiling. They charged 19 euros for taxi while you are with more people and its pretty tight in there Just the worst hotel i ever been to, will never go back.

  • 5/5 Anieke M. 1 year ago on Google
For an airport hotel this is perfect. Close to the airport, clean, efficient and all you need. They also have a vending machine with coffee if you need to check out at 4am.

  • 3/5 Daniel R. 1 year ago on Google
About as basic as is possible. Add €35-40 to your total cost for transfers to/from the airport. No evening transfer so you'll need to take a taxi (€20). No restaurant. Not really any bar. So if you want to relax in your room with some TV, you'll need to speak German.

Hotel is located on the outskirts of a small town of Fischamend just off the A4 motorway. The rooms are average but clean and have spacious bathrooom and despite the hotel being so close to the motorway it was very quiet there. The bed mattresses are quite soft but it's ok for one night stay. Unfortunately there's only one person at a reception desk and it can get quite busy there sometimes so you may need to wait for quite a while if you need anything. Although the hotel is mainly intended for one night stay your waiting for the next morning flight can be a little boring. We stayed on Saturday night but the lobby bar was already closed before 8pm and there are no other places nearby so your only option for food and drinks is a delivery (though it can be quite a challenge if you don't speak german) Also it would be nice if the rooms were equiped with a smart TV which would help to pass the time a little quicker instead you only get TV channels in german. They offer shuttle bus to the airport but the hotel is in walking distance (about 15 - 20 minutes) from the railroad station (train takes about 4 minutes to get to the VIE) Overall for the price you pay and for it's location close to the airport the hotel is ok for one night stay and if I ever fly from Vienna again I would consider staying here again.

If you need a layover, this is the place to go. Clean rooms, close to the airport, 15 mins walk from a bakery for a nice breakfast before you walk across the street to catch the bus to the airport. 9/10 would recommend again.

👍👍 My wife and I stayed with our small dog overnight for a layover. The room is basic but quiet, clean and very comfortable. If you arrive late there is a phone at the top of the stairs and they will help you out from there. Staff helpful all round. The area is silent at night and we got a good nights...
