Very nice and competent explanation of the gymnastics lesson. The basic system of Styria Training was also explained to me. Unfortunately there are no blocks of ten just for gymnastics classes. A single lesson of 10 euros is too expensive for me.

There are numerous group exercises, there is something for everyone. In times of Corona, hygiene is also important. There is a disinfectant dispenser at the entrance and there are also plenty of disinfectants and paper for wiping down the devices. All employees wear masks and outside of training, members usually make sure to wear masks.
