Fazit: Als Inhaberin eines Frauensportclubs und Trainerin seit fast 11 Jahren weiß ich wie wichtig Empathie ist damit meine Mitglieder sich wohlfühlen und was du im Umgang mit Kunden beachten solltest um sie lange an dich zu binden. Sie finanzieren schließlich am Ende des Tages mein täglich Brot und lassen mich das tun was ich Liebe und das verdient die richtige Aufmerksamkeit. Die neue Clubführung scheint das viel besser zu verstehen daher komme ich nun wieder sehr gerne und habe nicht mehr das Bedürfnis mir etwas anderes zu suchen.
