The
COI
is
very
familial
and
you
feel
taken
from
the
beginning
in
the
community.
I've
been
training
at
The
COI
since
the
middle
of
January
and
have
tried
Crossfit
for
the
first
time,
so
the
Fundamentals
course
is
really
great.
You
learn
the
movements
and
you
pay
particular
attention
to
the
correct
execution
of
the
exercises.
It
comes,
as
it
should
be,
really
sweaty
and
has
as
a
reward
a
sore
muscles
for
the
next
few
days.
If
you
feel
safe
then
you
can
switch
at
your
own
discretion
in
the
"All
Levels"
course,
which
is
then
even
more
intense.
The
equipment
of
the
studio
is
top.
You
will
find
all
the
equipment
that
the
Crossfit
heart
desires
and
in
very
good
quality.
The
studio
itself
is
very
modern
and
scores
with
its
location
right
on
the
Danube,
so
sprints
along
the
river
can
be
incorporated
into
the
workout.
To
get
off
after
a
workout
there
is
even
a
sauna.
The
only
thing
that
you
could
say
critically
is
that
there
are
not
always
enough
lockers,
but
I
think
there
are
worse
ones
:)

The
COI
ist
sehr
familiär
und
man
füht
sich
von
Anfang
an
in
die
Community
aufgenommen.
Ich
trainiere
seit
Mitte
Jänner
bei
The
COI
und
habe
dort
das
erste
Mal
Crossfit
probiert
hierfür
ist
der
Fundamentals
Kurs
wirklich
toll.
Man
lernt
die
Bewegungsabläufe
und
es
wird
besonders
auf
die
richtige
Ausführung
der
Übungen
geachtet.
Dabei
kommt
man,
so
wie
es
sein
soll,
richtig
ins
schwitzen
und
hat
als
Belohnung
einen
Muskelkater
für
die
nächsten
Tage.
Wenn
man
sich
dann
sicher
fühlt
kann
man
nach
eigenem
ermessen
in
den
"All
Levels"
Kurs
wechseln,
der
dann
noch
intensiver
ist.
Die
Ausstattung
des
Studios
ist
Top.
Man
findet
alle
Geräte
die
das
Crossfit-Herz
begehrt
und
das
in
sehr
guter
Qualität.
Das
Studio
selbst
ist
sehr
modern
und
punktet
auch
mit
der
Lage
direkt
an
der
Donau,
so
können
auch
Sprints
den
Fluss
entlang
ins
Workout
eingebaut
werden.
Zum
runterkommen
nach
dem
Workout
gibt
es
sogar
eine
Sauna.
Das
Einzige
was
man
kritisch
anmerken
könnte
wäre
ist,
dass
es
nicht
immer
genug
Spinde
gibt,
aber
ich
glaub
es
gibt
schlimmeres
:)
