Was visiting austria and Wanted an intense cardio session to start the day, the instructor wouldnt accept cash so was happy to pay through paypal as it says on website, online it stated to bikes available but instructor for 9.30session said theres no bikes, online it clearly said 2 bikes available, very unwelcoming attitude and poor customer service, if it said full on website I would of understood completely, but it did not.

I went for the first time at 10:45 in the morning and I am not a morning person. I had so much fun listening to my favorite songs from RHCP, Gorillaz or Rage Against The Machine, I almost forgot I was working out. Teresa was a super fun instructor! Would go again anytime!

I arrived a mere 6 minutes late to the class I paid for, and shockingly, they not only denied me entry but also showed no willingness to provide a refund or reschedule. What's more, I can't help but wonder if my minority ethnicity played a role in their decision to refuse me entry. This experience is not just infuriating; it's deeply concerning.
