Don't go there, they SCAM YOU, maybe was a good hotel in the past but NOT ANYMORE now they don't respond to messages and don't give you money back AVOID THEM!!!

Staff was very pleasnt, rooms and the bed were clean, how ever room 206 has insanely squeaky floor. Woke up 3/4 of my "roommates" :D

Centrally located in Venice, great service. We were allowed to do the checkin 1.5 hours before the actual checkin time as we reached early. The rooms are very well equipped with all the basic amenities and free wifi as well with a good range which is not the case in many of the hostel now a days.

Radiator heats well. But windows leaks cold air. Rooms are clean. Wi-fi works well. You can easily go to Airport by using Val 2 bus which is 5 minutes walk.

Overall experience was good enough. Perfect location, all the tourist attractions are in walking distance. Bathrooms and the rooms were clean. However, the floors are very squeaky and impossible to be quiet and can basically hear each person walking. Beside I ordered a room including breakfast. The receptionist did not include my name on the breakfast list. And it was quite stressing to explain to the kitchen staff that I was already paid. The staff constantly refused and asked me to call the receptionist which was not available at the time.Finally staff reached the receptionist by personal phone. Sorted somehow but why was the whole hassle for ??

If you wish to enjoy your vacation don't go there. The rooms are so small so you can not move inside them. We left the hotel after one night. The owner refused to returen us the money for the rest of the nights.

Very nice location! Rooms are very very clean and comfy. Breakfast is tasty! The only minus was the reconstruction of the building entry, which scared me a little bit at the beginning. Anyway, the hotel is great and I can recommend it to everyone who need nice, clean room 5 min away from downtown of Vienna.

Super clean, quiet room and hotel. The staff is very kind. Small details in the room make your life easier. The heater works great, but the rooms are already warm enough, we did not feel cold. The owner is so arrogant, he wants us to get out in our room because we ask him whether he can close the door slowly its already 9:30 or 10pm at night. He said im the owner of the house. I will call the police to get out in my house. Why he let us rent his room. Never ever

Hostel meets all expectations of how it must be: 1. LOCATION. Very central, but on a calm peaceful corner, near big supermarkets. Once you are here for a travel, no need for transportation anymore, you're already in a heart of Vienna. 2. COMFORT Basic amentities, but good quality. Mattress, pillow, beddings, locker, light, personal fan. Toilets, shower, kitchen, hairdrier all is very clean and well-organised. 3. RESPONSIBLE AND HELPFUL STAFF. 4. VALUE FOR MONEY. Shared room and private room were all in great condition. Private room had also airconditionar and tv. Owner puts her efforts for guests to have best expierience. Here feels cozy and minimalistic. Nothing fancy or extra, to keep an adequate price with tge best quality. This was not the first time here. And definitely I'll come again

Would not recommend. The dorms are separated by a plastic curtains almost and there is no common space so the people in the next dorm were loud all night and we could hear them as if we were in the same room. We tried talking to them but it didnt stop. What is unfortunate is that we went to the reception but no one is working at night so we could sleep for most of the night because they didnt stop and no employee could intervene.

Pros: - Pretty much in Vienna center, everything at walking distance if not, the u-bahn and S-bahn are at 2 streets from hostel. - Staff was nice. - Place was clean. Cons: - Squeaky floors, dont try to enter silently because is not gonna happen. - Walls are extremely thin, I could hear my neighbours snoring. - 2nd floor kitchen is so tiny and it didnt have glasses or whatsoever. - 1 hairdryer for the whole hostal! So good luck for that one! Was there for 4 days, asked everyday and it was gone all the time and they didn’t even know where it was. - Reception service it’s just from 8-13h, if you arrive later no chance of asking for a towel or anything. - Rooms are tiny and narrow, which I am ok with that as I dont take space but if you need some you wont have here. Place it’s ok, but could use some improvements

Perfect location, near to the subway 🚇 and city centre. The room was clean and the breakfast 🥞 was perfect. I recommend this hotel for its services and an easy way to book a room.

Basic accommodation, that will allow you to enjoy your time in Vienna. Beds are ok for comfort and the self service check in works if you arrive in the day time. Not sure how you would be able to do this if you arrived later or in the dark.

Beautiful old building in a perfect location. Shared rooms and bathrooms but everything is cleaned and organised. At night you might hear the church bells pretty loudly but it's not big of a deal imo. The staff are so kind and helpful, the place is quiet and cozy. There are lockers inside the bedroom, you can bring your own lock or deposit 10 euros at the reception and get one till your check out. The same for towels. There's a supermarket (billa)near by- u can buy some light snacks to eat in the common kitchen. Will definitely come back again for my next visit

Very practical and quiet place for our stay. The staff is smiling and helpful, which is very pleasant! There is a luggage locker place where you can leave your luggage even after check out, and you can come back whenever you want, thanks to a security card that you leave in a box after having taken back your luggage.

The place and location are great. Comfortable beds and quite area. Recommended.

great location very central. if you just need a spot to sleep in the center of Wien than this is the perfect spot!

Really not bad at all. I didn't have any bad surprise. The apartment was clean and rather big. They must have renewed it recently as everything looks new. The bed was very cozy and the night really quiet: not a noise. There are some drawbacks, which are the reason for my rather low score: 1) the location, which is not far from the city centre, but it really doesn't have anything to do with the centre; 2) the WiFi doesn't work at all, which is the thing that annoyed me the most as I had to work and I finally couldn't. It's true, it was not expensive. So, probably it's a fair fare... but I was not so happy. Hope it helps and if you found those info useful, please put a thumb up! ;o)

Entrance is a long corridor being refurbished so looks a bit gloomy at first however once in the place it is all nice and shiny. Rooms are small but plenty space for my 192cm in the bed. Clean bathroom. Calm view on the small squre below (it is on the 3rd floor). Also there was no one at 22h, it was easy calling in with provided phone to a friendly staff who provided clear instructions to get the card key for the rooms. We were 4 couples and were conveniently placed in adjoining rooms. Great stay for a visit as it is ideally centered in town.

The hostel is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The breakfast is very good! Unfortunately there is no common room where you can meet other people or just hang out. My room mates go to bed early, so either I do the same or sit in the breakfast room alone. I recommend it if you're on a short trip and don't mind being on your own, but for a longer stay, I'd look for something with a common room.

Room not as shown upon booking. Not suitable at all. Charged €25 PER NIGHT EXTRA for only other suitable room available. Had no choice. Desk clerk had NO authority to act or negotiate - story was the 'owner' said so. Poor fellow had no say in anything that happened. God only knows what his job was. Rooms look newly renovated but the building is disgustingly dirty in terrible disrepair. Shower very slippery and water ended up outside on the floor. 'Breakfast' was an attempt by a nice lady to try and provide something from old, stale to give minimal substance with less than adequate equipment. Was I very disappointed? Yes! Would I recommend the place? No! Did I enjoy Vienna? Yes!!! Wonderful place.

Price above average. Good included breakfast. Not included 25 euros cleaning fee ( i think it s ridiculous) U can hear people talking at reception even at M05 room on the back side. The entrance is horrible because they are building on the corner or fixing something... Looks dangerous at night.. and the hallway after main entrance too.

Hotel was in a great location but that’s really where it stops. Although it was winter the room was so hot that we would wake up with headaches. The heaters were off as well so h sure why it was so hot. We asked for the remote to the aircon but the women at reception was very rude and refused to give us the remote. She told us to turn the heaters off and to open the window at night but we told her that’s not possible as the windows open up completely and our room was on the street level. She wouldn’t get the manager for us or give us their contact details and when asking for her name she continued to be rude and said she didn’t have one. She also said she didn’t care if we fainted from getting too hot in the room. Really disappointed with this as we absolutely loved Vienna.
