Nice for the price paid.

The room was clean and updated! Very nice!!! There was a problem with communication bc the manager only speaks Chinese and a little bit of Italian. Also, the directions to the breakfast location lacks a lot to be desired.

Location, equipment, cleanliness and surroundings (peace and quiet), all perfectly fine. Of course, once you get here, you park the car and get the key to the room 🤔 because that's the biggest problem... it turns out that everything is taken care of by the Chinese who only speak their native language fluently and only know a few words in English 🤣. After reaching the address provided on booking, it turns out that it is the address of a bank and the people working there have no idea about anything 😜. Only after making a phone call and speaking English-Chinese, a tiny, scared Chinese girl appears out of nowhere and runs to the underground parking lot (by the way, a good few hundred meters away) and then to the room😜. Phew, it worked😊. If you are pressed for time and would like to see something else in Vienna, I honestly advise against it... It's a waste of time and nerves 😂

Expensive, close to the center

Problematic service, instead of EUR 7, they charged EUR 10 for parking as agreed. The standard is ok, but there is no air conditioning, you have to sleep with the window open, and unfortunately there is a lot of noise from the street.

A very nice app. in the center of Vienna. We could reach everything on foot from there. As everywhere in Vienna, there are few parking options and most of them are chargeable. We had the app. but there was an underground parking space, which was very pleasant.

I would prefer not to give a star! 1. There is no reception, just a very friendly Chinese woman where you have to ask anything (she doesn't speak German, only Chinese and Italian and very little English). 2. If you want to get to your car you have to go to the woman who will then go downstairs and wait until you come back. 3. 2 or 3 rooms always have to share a toilet and a bathroom (in our case the 2nd room was empty but the woman had the room next to us) 4. The closet like the bunk bed is almost falling apart 5. The balcony is very small and when you go out onto the balcony there is a big window from the Chinese woman behind you 6. The garage is very difficult to get into because it is so narrow 7. You have to go to another house for breakfast and there are very few tables or chairs there. 8. There is no fridge in the room, (which is what it says in the description) if you want to put something in the fridge you have to use the Chinese lady's fridge 9. The "air conditioning" is of no real use. So after this visit I would be interested to know what the word “exquisite” means!

The room was clean. This apartment is in a perfect location because it is not too far from the Hofburg, Karl Kirsche and Nasch Markt.

I'll not recommend this apartment, despite of Thomas, the owner, who was very good and friendly with us, the man who was making the breakfast was VERY RUDE، and breakfast was poor, he didn't want to make us more omlette, he was hiding glasses, to not drink juice and coffee. There's no reception, we shared the bathroom with other people, and it wasn't written in Booking. Rooms were very clean

Very nice location, we could reach almost everything on foot, nice apartment, fast WiFi, kitchen is large, only the plates weren't washed. The bathroom is clean. Unfortunately, the beds are small, but the closet is very large, the TV works well, the shutters were a bit broken. We couldn't understand the Chinese woman because she only spoke a little French and Italian and hardly any German, and otherwise only Chinese/Japanese and we couldn't drive into the garage because our car was too wide. But otherwise good, I can recommend it

This is a very nice price for the things offered. It's very well situated near city centre, the room was spacious, pretty, and comfortable, the shared bathroom was beautiful, huge, and kept very clean by the chinese lady host, with which we had trouble communicating in german or english, but you'll be able to pull through fine just as we did, I suppose. The only complaint I have is that there is a service fee, we paid around €22 and we were three people. This is not a practice in every country, and should be mentioned explicitly. We only found out when we arrived. The breakfast place was very good, is barely 5 minutes away once you find it, but the address might not be correct; it lead us to a bank, but it's just on the adjacent street. All in all, a very good experience.
