Hi,
I'd
like
to
share
my
experience
from
yesterday's
visit
to
this
specialty
coffee
shop
in
Vienna,
which
was
recommended
to
me
recently.
First,
I
want
to
mention
that
the
staff
was
kind,
nice,
and
incredibly
helpful
to
all
the
customers.
The
interior
of
the
coffee
shop
was
also
stunning,
contributing
to
a
atmosphere.
Now,
let's
discuss
the
quality
of
the
coffees.
While
observing
the
staff
making
the
coffee,
I
noticed
that
the
process
didn't
“strictly”
followed
to
standard
rules.
For
example,
the
barista
didn’t
clean
the
nozzle
immediately
after
steaming
the
milk,
which
is
not
really
hygienic
to
me
personally.
During
my
visit,
I
ordered
a
flat
white
and
an
iced
latte.
Unfortunately,
the
flat
white
had
a
poor
milk
texture,
with
a
large
amount
of
foam
and
the
milk
was
too
hot,
which
shouldn't
be.
The
coffee
itself
tasted
too
bitter
and
didn't
align
with
the
expected
flavors
(I
chose
the
Ethiopia
blend
that
they
have
on
grinder,
known
for
its
sweet
and
floral
notes
–
a
picture
is
included
below).
To
be
honest,
I
was
initially
quite
excited
about
the
visit,
but
after
that,
I
felt
thoroughly
disappointed.
I
hope
you
guys
can
focus
on
enhancing
the
quality
of
preperation
in
the
future
and
I
would
love
to
see
positive
changes
in
my
next
visit
when
i
come
to
Vienna!
