My first great cup of coffe in Vienna in 5 days. I am sure there are many coffee shops that serve great cappuccino or espresso, but I am a filter coffee guy, and their coffee beans, preparation, and friendly service is top notch. It was worth going out of my way to find it.

My personal bean recommendation for espresso is either Alma or Disco, where Disco is a bit stronger for more of a classic shot

It's easily my top 3 coffee experience. Both this place and the one in Mariahilf serve good coffee. People are friendly. But the issue I have with it, and I know it's not really fair, is that it's very very small. So you can't really sit in, just a place that you grab and go. Another thing I don't care for, is the hippy cup-returning thing. Yeah you pay for the coffee cup and then you need to return it to get your 1.5 euro back. Too much work.
