I can't say that it is really a special cafe because it has a high price compared to other cafes, but there is not much difference in terms of quality. But it's not bad to try once. For example, the least expected from a cafe is that the coffee is hot, there is a beautiful design on the coffee, and a chocolate is served with the coffee... but…

Pink decor and delicious pastries. Stopped by here in the morning before it got too crowded. We took a table by the window and ordered some pastries and coffee. The service was quick and we received our drink and food in timely fashion. The pastries were good, not great. The strudel was pretty decent. There is a nice selection of items on the menu.

You can sit outside and have a nice ice cream here. Ice cream is not bad. Staff is super friendly. A bit pricey.

Great place to stop by and have a coffee with some cake. You can get here an amazing breakfast as well. Try out the strudel with whipped cream. The coffee is regular. If you want to bring sacher home, they will nicely pack you a sacher “bricks” to enjoy at home.

As a coffee lover, this is a must visit when in Vienna. The pink interior, the lovely staff, the grand coffee and pastries make this place truly amazing. Outdoor seating is available too!

A must if you are fancy a coffee and cake in Vienna and even more so if you are a girly girl with a love for pink flowers. Beautiful set up with all the waiting staff wearing pink outfits and bringing the best cakes of Europe to your table.

A tourist trap? Loads of cakes on display that looked amazing but when it came to trying them they were underwhelming. Coffee wasn’t that great either. The lighting was also pretty aggressive LEDs made atmosphere feel really chaotic.

My first time in Vienna and I think this cafe is a must stop. Noticed there are a number of Aida’s throughout Vienna and this was is my favorite. Cafe is 2 floors, we sat upstairs and the view is phenomenal. I ordered a cappuccino, water and small rum cake. The cafe has a vast pastry selection as well as brunch food. Beautiful place and highly recommend stopping in when visiting the city 🎀

Very unfriendly service! After having cake and coffee, I wanted to go to the toilet and found that you have to pay €1 to use it. The lady at the cashier told me that I would get the Euro back after paying. So I paid the Euro but they didn’t give me the money back because the toilet machine didn’t give me a ticket. The waiter told me that “sometimes” happens that the machine doesn’t provide the ticket. And they didn’t want to give me the Euro back. I find quite questionable to charge clients for using the toilet and the people were so unfriendly and so impolite!

I would recommend trying Apple strudel with warm vanilla cream. The cream is warm and creamy not too sweet but sweet enough to give you the perfect texture. I wish the place offers free WiFi which is a great help to travelers like myself. For more videos about Vienna Austria please see Rose World Travel via YouTube.

It deserves a fair 3. Most of desserts look good on sight but when you order them they do not taste the same. Coffee was too hot to drink like over 90 degrees, it’s a bit crowded and very tight space to fit all the guests. Honestly disappointing.

Good copy of the cafe Sacher! After our expensive experience at Sacher cafe we decided to try this cafe to compare the chocolate cake and see how it is ans which one is the original! Well we went for breakfast! As it is in the centre, it is definitely busy! The prices are average not super hight but okayish! Coming to the main part foodddd.. got the cake and something traditional don't know the name The cake was average okay below average!! Our expectations scattered.. tears!!! Thr cake was so so and rest of the stuff was good!

Probably the worst Apfelstrudel I have ever tasted - the vanilla sauce and the strudel itself had extremely artificial flavors. Kaiserschmarrn was very dry. Extremely unattentive service. Everything looks delicious from the outside, but it’s all just a marketing trap.

It's very crowded and it's hard to find a free table. The waiter served us quickly. I liked it because it has pictures of the cakes with the price. The ground floor is very cramped and the tables are crowded together, but it seems to me that it is the same upstairs. The cakes are too sweet for my taste. Too much sugar and the crust is dry. The coffee was bad, the tea is €5, which I think is too expensive. Even the cakes are not cheap for that quality, but I know that location pays here. WC is €1.

Worst food experience in Vienna! Cute interior, crowded and a big variety of desserts. Service was super rude + we waited for 20 minutes for them to just bring out a cake?? I’m not going to come back and don’t recommend you to ever visit. Just look how did they bring me a cake with a receipt under it!! I was super disappointed and upset when I left.

Huge range of cakes and shakes. We were not disappointed at all. We ate a single slice of cake nice atmosphere. All in all about the service I would say this pretty place needs some happier staff. We tried a raspberry bombe.

We were attracted by the adorable exterior and interior of this place. However, once we entered we wanted to hog every cake that was available on their menu. That’s not possible so we made peace with the Sacher Chocolate cake and some coffee.. it was perfect. Like you must totally try it. But but the most amazing thing was the Vienna cheese cake that we got packed for dinner and it was mind blowing. I would absolutely recommend this place. The staff is also very kind and helpful.

We sat down and waited for over 10 minutes and nobody came to take our order so we left. It wasn't that busy and a server had been standing near us while we waited. The decor was lovely though and the cakes LOOKED delicious. Sadly didn't get to try any 😭

All the one star reviews referred to the rude staffs and the taste of the desserts etc. Mine is a little different. On an average Monday around 4pm, this place was quite busy. I managed to get a tiny table overlooking the street on high chair. The atmosphere is kind of cute with all this pink and reminiscent of the 50s. Hardly anyone speaks English here! I am talking in the middle of the most heavily visited areas by tourists?! I have never encountered this problem even in provincial areas like Innsbruck. Nobody took my order, I gestured to a manager, he kind of understood what i wanted. I supposed he would help me to give my order to the waitress, but no. Another 30 minutes past. Nothing happened. My table next to me with 2 old ladies too had the same problem. It was past 4:30pm my tune was very precious. I quickly gathered my belongings and walked out. Luckily I had nothing to pay and no drama there, they were too busy to even notice, that's how good they are. My advice? If you badly need a fix of something sweet, get a most delicious milkshake from 5 guys nearby just a fewsteps away, all your anger and frustration will be faded away.

After the renovation, I would say that it's the best in the area. The sweets are delicious and the staff is great! Highly recommended if you want to try the Apfelstrudel or some other Austrian sweets.

I recently had breakfast here for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! I got the Kaiserschmarrn and a Café Latte, both of which were absolutely delicious and arrived quickly. They even have decaf coffee, which is always a big plus in my books. The café is surprisingly large (there is a second floor), the staff is very friendly and fast, and they have a large menu. Unfortunately they don’t have a physical menu (only a mobile one, which must be accessed via a QR code), but otherwise I genuinely cannot fault this café. A must-visit, if you’re in Vienna and like pink :))

Came here years ago and finally had a chance to come back again to check it out. Nice to see a vegan cake selection amongst the classics. Not much has changed over the past few years and it’s maintained it’s Viennese charm.

This place is below average. Located in the most visited area in Vienna, it’s understood that this place is packed during peak hours. However they are seriously understaffed. The waiters cant manage to keep up with everything going on, even though they give it their best. It gets to a point that their stress makes you uncomfortable. We got some glasses of water after asking multiple times. The sweets were decent and the coffee overpriced. The check was never brought to us after asking for it. We had to find the waiter and pay on the way out. I would recommend that they hire some more people so the customers can have a better experience. P.S. Waiters were so busy that covid vaccine check was very surfacial.

Nice cafe in the very centre of Vienna, not too spacious, always crowded. Very tasty everything, good service and lively atmosphere in pink. Fair prices and good assortment, served inside, outside or to take away.

A very busy cafe near the cathedral. They found us a table really quick. I had a café melange and an egg with russian salad and toasted bread. The waiter at the end was a bit rude demanding a tip over my head. I had every good intention to leave a tip but this made me change my mind. That sucked! Nothing extraordinary about this chain cafeteria. P.s: keep change for the toilets.

Came here for the first time with a friend. Obviously it's a popular spot for tourists, but we still managed to get a table right next to the window. It was a little cold, but overall we enjoyed it here! Also, I love that there are milk alternatives and lots of vegan, lactose free and glutenfree cake options. Even though there were a lot of guests the staff managed to stay friendly. I just think the toilets could be a little more hygienic (which probably isn't easy, considering the amount of people there).

Very pink. Like; they went all in on the theme. Staff are friendly and spoke English. There's a massive range of treats on offer and the prices were reasonable. Would go again (but possibly with my shades)

Beautiful atmosphere with great service. Staff were very friendly and had a lot of patience. Pastries looked amazing. My afogato amd macaron were very well made and a great combo.

We went here for some desert after our dinner and it was really really nice. Outside seating, friendly staff and of course, delicious treats. If you have a sweet tooth then definitely check this place out.

Nice cosy place for one of the best ice creams. Everything is to my liking as they are not too sweet nor creamy. Prices are reasonable compared to those back home. Had a window seat and nice view.

🟪🍩🍫🍧🍨☕️ AIDA is one of the best espresso bars and pastry shops in Vienna with a long history. Great apple pies and coffee and friendly staff. My recommendations to visit this place, if you are in Austria.

Awesome spot to sit on the patio and watch people. The place is ALWAYS busy, so service can be slower, but not bad. People that visit tourist areas need to have more compassion for workers in these places. Our service was good and the food was amazing! Stop in if you are in the area.

We walked by this store and instantly got lured in by the delicious looking cakes. We ended up trying the Tiramisu and Malakofftorte. While the tiramisu was a little on the dry side and lacking in typical flavor, the malakofftorte was certainly a creamy delicious treat! Great service and good value - would certainly return to try some more goodies!

The toilets were in an appalling state and the place felt very dirty despite the bright pink decor which kind of hides how dirty the place actually is. The cake tasted like it had been unfrozen after a long time. No vegan options either, which is a shame. Waitresses seemed all a bit distracted and not quite with it. Would not recommend.
