It used to be my favourite bagel, but after a long time I went in to see them and it was almost disgusting. They ignored everything I asked for, gave me the wrong bagel, put onions on it when I didn't ask for them. The girl was incompetent and didn't know what to add. There was very little filling, like she was making it from the last ingredients.... And the matcha... please don't add it to the menu if you don't know how to make it, it was lumpy and hardly dissolved in the milk. Worst thing to spend 12 euros for lunch.

The pastrami bagel is one of the worst things I have eaten in my life. Service is excellent, the bagels themselves are good and ingredients fresh but the pastrami is disgusting: it's cut far too thick like a steak and it's full of gristle. I removed the pastrami and ate the rest of the bagel without it which is a shame because I really wanted it to be delicious. Don't get the pastrami, it's not what you expect. Guys cut the pastrami ultra thin please!

Also there should be techno music playing and not coffee shop music, because this is simply not a coffee shop!
