I was very lucky to play a show here at this very Iconic metal venue in the heart of Vienna. Many cool spaces and the underground bunker vibe is just perfect for any and all alternative music. The staff were professional and friendly as well. It's also close to public transport and amenities.

Very nice club with live music. Unfortunately not many people present. But besides that, very good atmosphere and the club owner is a very polite and nice guy. Recommended is you love rock and metal.

Sound quality was not that good, hard to make out the words of the main vocalist while base and drums were playing at the same time. Small room and people can smoke in it. But there are tables to sit and enjoy.

Came here for a Midnight concert and ended up staying until 5 AM. Incredibly cool place for metal gigs, fast service, great sound, proper underground atmosphere, and cool people. A beer is 5 EUR and late at night they open the backstage area, where you can also smoke. I would recommend, absolutely!

Awesome location with a good variety of different music. Everyone can enjoy his favourite music while having the chance to explore new bands, styles and genres. The location itself gives you the underground experience while staff is friendly and people are chilled and relaxed. Also it's connected to the public transport system, prices are reasonable and the variety of beer, liquor and whiskey is huge and not comparable to other clubs. The viper room Vienna offers regular events such as 80's Zone/What's My Age Again/Lewendi but also new event rows such as AMS to support the local music scene.

Viper Room is one of the better smaller venues around, mainly for rock, metal and industrial acts or tribute nights. A huge advantage is the height of its main hall, there is plenty of air to breathe. Most of the gigs i have been to sounded really good, much better than a place with brick walls should. The staff is friendly and helpful, though the price range is average or a little bit higher than usual.
