The customer service in this Shisha lounge is absolutely terrible. Upon arrival, we were told that all tables were reserved and we could only sit on a table until 9.30pm. (We arrived at 8.30pm). By this time we ordered 2 shishas, Mozzarella sticks and potato fries. The Shisha came immediately however very poor quality. Seems like they on purpose added less Shisha tobacco knowing we will be leaving in an hour. The food took an hour and a half to arrive and we were told we can wait inside until the food arrives although we were still smoking. Eventually we moved tables and only two people showed up in the reserved area when there were at least 8 more seats. Seriously? What kind of customer service is this? Looking at previous reviews I can see the customers have faced similar issues. This place discriminates and chooses their customers as they please. I definitely do not recommend coming here at all.
