Other
reviewers
have
emphasised
the
mumok
over
the
Leopold
if
you
prefer
more
modern
offerings.
I
can't
comment
except
to
say
the
mumok
is
modern
art
throughout.
Housed
in
an
impressive
building
that's
4
floors
up
and
4
down,
the
mumok
broadly
hosts
two
major
artists
(at
August
2023)
and
then
some
general
collections
on
its
lower
floors.
The
mumok
has
done
a
lot
with
what
felt
like
less
than
other
museums.
On
balance,
it
has
filled
out
its
big
spaces
well
with
what
will
take
you
about
2h
to
explore
if
you're
taking
your
time,
maybe
3-4
if
you
sit
and
watch
all
the
video
content.
By
the
end
of
the
two
floors
dedicated
to
each
of
the
two
major
artists,
though,
I
was
bored
and
craving
a
bit
more
variety,
however
impressive
their
substantial
output.
On
that
note,
mumok
felt
heavily
reliant
on
video
installations
and
painting.
Other
mediums
were
more
rarely
represented,
although
a
standout
was
a
great
piece
on
sound.
Not
the
most
diverse
museum
I've
visited,
but
not
the
worst
value
for
money
by
any
means.
